All other was ok except cigar or cigarett smell.
Noise, noise, noise There is no sound proof of anything for the rooms. Leaking in the toilet is another thing.
The beautifully decorated wedding chappel right next to even more beautifully decorated reception hall I loved the wedding planners attention to detail Denise was amazing that person deserves a raise I hurt my leg she made sure I had a wheel chair for the entire stay I'm the mother of the groom I prayed my little boys special event would be and it was my expectations where far exceeded at Mt Bleu
Indoor pool and spa was unique and fun.
Dated decor of rooms.
Wedding planner was excellent! Denise met all our requests in helping with my nephew's wedding. Dinner was great.
My bed sheets were not changed. The bed had a chocolate milk stain on sheets. I dropped it and had hoped it would be changed but not! Called front desk at 11pm.
I liked that I could walk to others locations.
The bed sheet had a rip in it. No outlet for your cellphone by the bed. Dirty classes left outside in the hall for two days.
The shape of the shower made it easy for the whole bathroom floor to flood. There was no microwave or refrigerator which we expected to have in a resort hotel room.
I recently stayed here and I was a little nervous after seeing the recent reviews. I want to Say that I was happy from the hotel host to the comfort of the bed. It's not the Ritz but for value comfort and location I would return.
Really was not disappointed in any way.
The view! however to be guaranteed a nice view you have to ask at the time of check in. The huge jacuzzi style tub for two and seperate shower big enough for two. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The excellent Ciera Steakhouse in the hotel.
No mini fridge in the room.I believe you can add one on though for a cost. No movies availible to order on TV.There was part of the day where we just wanted to relax in our room between outings and order a movie, but we couldnt!
the location is perfect. beds were comfy.
door for bath is only for toilet-minimal privacy-no door for shower rm. musty odor in room-i'm nonsmoker. asked for good steak dinner? they said ciera. filet mignon was dry, bland. tho salmon was excellent.
Price was good upgraded room for cheap.
Constant construction. Banging all night and all day. Not even a warning.
I like the location and the entrance of a casino
Everything else. The hotel is old and dirty. Most of the employes are really weird, kinda strange. Reception stuff is very strict and I feel like no one is happy there!
Location is great, casino is excellent.
Staff and security staff need an overhaul.
My children enjoyed the indoor pool but it wasn't heated enough for me to go in.
-Dated hotel with worn carpets, missing crystals in the chandeliers, stains in bathroom, hairs in the shower, the shower knob wouldn't turn to run water for a bath. -The halls smelled like marijuana most of the time. -Upon check-out there were extra fees (expect to pay way more than is advertised).
Very nice indoor pool for the family.
Resort fee didn't match what was advertised on Booking.com. They refused to honor the price advertised and didn't offer any other type of resort credit.
location, horse racing game
pillows to soft
Pool was decent
Neither you nor hotel told us it was being remodeled. Then our room was terrible. Stains on carpet, dated chipped paint furniture, ugly decor, terrible view. We got upgraded to lake view room but jacuzzi tub was in the room and not bathroom. Spa had no hair stylists.....! Jacuzzi invspa roped off....not working. Restaurants packedvand food was terrible. Dump this dive!!
The mattress was old and worn out - springs creaked and support was uneven.
Staff was rude very unprofessional. Low heating system room was cold. Shower was very loud. Cleaning service was done poorly
Honestly this was a nice venue. Definately needs upgrades. Employees are very pleasant. Our highlight of our trip was the 21st birthday dinner at Ciera. Amazing staff and food. They made my daughters night super special.
Ok so I realize this is a Casino, smoking does happen. But when you request a non smoking room you want it not to smell like an ashtray. Definately need a better ventilation system !!!! Woke up to smoke smell and pot smoke smell coming into the air system . Not pleasant at all . Also we stayed on the 6then floor our first night and the room was dirty . Now I know we got a discount coming to Mont Bleu and we were on somewhat of a budget, right before Christmas but seriously need to have more pride in the condition of the rooms . Second night room was on the 8 th floor was found a bit cleaner unfortunately smelled of smoke.
I was not impress at all. Thank God Lake Tahoo it's beautiful, so we did not need to stay a lot in the hotel.
The bathtub looked dirty and maybe 15 years ago the all hotel could have been good but not anymore.
Location and Starbucks downstairs is a good perk.
We wish we had a room with sliding door. Windows don't open so gets a little stuffy.
They handled a huge crowd that night for a concert. Did well in crowd control and the normal staff was very accommodating at the front desk.
The separation of the people in the general admission area was a joke. They gave us separate wristbands and there was not a "general admission" area anywhere. People we came with were no where near us. And nothing was specified. Even when we were in line.
casino down stairs so we didnt have to go outside.
lack of choice when it comes to food that is available to you. No fridge or micro wave in rooms. The air cond or heater did not work good at all.
I enjoy the fact that everything my family needs is in one place. The kids love the pool.
Upon arrival we checked in and went to eat at the buffet at 830 pm. Although it closes at 9 pm, we were told they were closing early and couldn't be served which was frustrating. A large party of young adults were placed right next to us and were loud and obnoxious from the moment they arrived screaming, yelling, banging until 3 am setting off the fire alarm. The hallway was filled with smoke and reaked of marijuana the entire time.
