The bed, sheets were really soft and comfortable. Felt cheated, I paid for a room facing Las Vegas Strip and a) they did not have my room ready at. Midnight when they promised to have it ready from 3 pm, so I had to wait more than half an hour to check in, and b) they gave me a room facing a parking lot, when I asked for an explanation and or a discount given that I had paid 50% more for a room with a view ( that is $1,200 vs $800 ) they simply said that it was impossible for them to guarantee availability of a given room because they can never predict when a customer would like to extend their visit or check out earlier. My question us then why bother to reserve anything If this is the case ? And regarding the difference in price they would only concede $20 difference, this is a fraud.

I would definately stay at this hotel again. It is in the best location to see the strip, bang in the middle. Don't even think about staying anywhere else. Walk out of the hotel turn right and you have MGM, New York New York, Luxor, Mandalay etc, turn left you have Paris, Bellagio etc. Across the road you have Planet Hollywood, and loads of shops. Go to the ABC store for all your beer and wine, (cheapest place around). CVS store next door is good for all your chemistry bits (ATM machine, $5 charge). One minor critism of the hotel is the music by the pools is very loud, but you get used to it

The rooms are big. Comfortable beds and linens. The rooms are also clean. The room did not provide refrigerator, electric kettle for coffee and tea. If these are provided, the hotel will be perfect for my stay since I stayed for 10 days and I have to go down every morning for my coffee.

The people from the Valet parking were very friendly. We booked a Monaco Suite, which upon arrival was booked by The Monte Carlo (not by booking.com) as a Deluxe room. Why I had to go online, spend around $ 12,00 in the hotel for the internet to show them the confirmation. They did not offer to credit this money. After I showed the confirmation it was ok and we got the Monaco Suite. They said it was their fault. But did not offer to credit the costs I spend on the internet. I was also not impressed by the Suite. The room is big, but not really luxurious. We got a nice rate, but more I really would not have spend on this room. On the booking.com website it says, wifi is free of charge in the rooms, this is not true. You have to pay $5,99 for the internet on the television for the first 2 hours, which really does not work at all!! After 15 min you will get to the website you want to be on. The wifi internet is even more expensive. On the booking.com website is also shown, the hotel will not charge your credit card. It's only for the guarentee. However, upon arrival they already charged the credit card for the first night. If you would like to pay cash, it's possible, but they would have to credit the money back to you first. Which is not as seen in the information.

Location was good and price reasonable Hotel had a rather shabby feel. Decor in rooms was only average, settee was very frayed and room amenities were not as good as expected for 4 star. Pool area was very overcrowded...even with hundreds of sun loungers it was difficult to find a free one. Lifts were slow and a 5 minute wait was not unusual

Hi, I enjoyed my stay there, loved the food area, and able to use the wifi, there, but it would have better if I could have used wifi in my room. Would have loved a coffee machine in my room, and if the bus stop was just outside the hotel, instead of having to walk a mile. Would come to stay here again. Regards Meredith Howell I think that you should get rid the the extra charge like the other hotels around. Would have liked info on how to get around the strip would be good, catching bus, cost etc, best shopping place and how to get there.

Location was excellent Check in took 30 minutes ( 2 clerks, 20 groups/families waiting ). The line for check out was so long I did not even bother. Traveling on business, I need a receipt but will have to wait on one by mail. Wireless signal was weak and unreliable in room 29-129. Service in the Cigar bar was poor. After waiting 15 minutes, I was forced to seek a server from the hostess. ( July 13, 10:00pm )

The location is fantastic and we loved diablo´s mexican cantina for great music, ritas & fajitas !! This is our second stay in 8 months and ( to be picky ) the only thing that we didn´t like was the crowded food court.

The Monte Carlo's location is excellent to get around the strip. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear everyone next door. But that seems to be the deal with big hotels.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff most helpful in all situations. Its location was excellent in regards to it being central on the Las Vegas strip and in the the heart of the new City Centre complex The bed was'nt the most comfortable and the pillows too hard for my liking. Also the last nights rate was not what I was quoted on the booking.com site-the hotel charged me slightly more than quoted-$106 as opposed to $80

I did not like the half naked girl dancing on the bar as you walked in the door. I had my small children with us and was not happy about this at all!! I had alot of explaining to do! We took our children to Disneyland for our family vacation and drove to Vegas for one day and flew out the next. The people were very nice but I would have to say, if you have small children with you, I would not choose this place!

It's situated in a great spot on south strip, near everything! And it's so beautiful in inside and outside! Just awesome! One of the concierges was just out of pacience, but I prefere to believe that she was in a bad mood, in other hand I talked to Cohen, that explained all my doubts and sold me the best tour I ever had, the helicopter skywalk one!
