Great location and a great experience at check in. Rooms were very clean a little dated. Love the location the casino is average. The Spa was very nice. I would stay there again but enjoy New York New York above the Monte Carlo.

Staff friendly airtram was a helpful solution.

Gym isn't open more hours Airtram isn't working early mornings or late nights The walkway from hotel to airtram near the "Lick" and up to Starbucks smells like sewage. Not enough or simply no signs how to walk from strip back to monte carlo via aria or cosmopolitan or any shortcuts. The fact that everyone in the casino smokes and I had to go through that on way from hotel to street of dreams and to airtram...

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were so nice, they made me want to come back again just for the service.

bathroom was dirty mold in shower and wall paper pealing off. They gladly moved me to another room. They however did not offer to upgrade me for inconvenience. The volleyball court needs more sand!!

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. When we checked in we asked to give us a room on a higher floor with a one king size bed which has been easely done! Thank you for that once again! Hotels location is the very good! It is in the center of the Strip. Hotel has good places to eat and drink in the evening. Shuttle train from hotel to Bellagio is a very conveninent way to get to this casino.

It is very cold in the hotel! If outside we had a burning sun and +40c inside the hotel it was about 10-15c. So when we planned our evening in hotel for dining or drinking we had to put on the coats! Inside we had to wear a loot of clothes to feel comfortable which was very inconvenient. Hotel's Italian restaurant D Vino. During the payment restaurant took more than 25% more from my card and then said that this is a comission of their bank. Manager told me that they arу working on this issue but for now it happens with all the payments by cards and the extra amount will be brought back to my card in two days. This did not happen even after a week. So the restaurant took more money from my card and did not make me aware of it before payment. Plus it has a very low quality of food. It is very far away from Italian.

I didn't like that I booked two day with booking and I was only charged for one night and I wasn't told that when I checked in. On my second night I was locked out my room so I had to pay additional charge of 220 dollars to stay at that 2 star hotel. I was better off going to the trump for money's worth

So good location and friendly stuff. Everything is clean and comfortable. Nice swimming-pool with wave!

We arrived at 1230 hoping to check in and were told that our room wasn't ready and we would hear from someone before 3pm. I didn't receive a call, We called and were told it still wasn't ready. We couldn't get into our room until 5pm which made us late for our dinner reservation and negatively affected our concert tickets. Also, the rooms were small and on the dirty side. We we stenly searched before going to the pool which was akward.

It was very comfortable, it was located very nicely, easy to reach to everywhere.

The bed was not very comfortable had rolls in the mattress which means to me that the mattress needs changed, other that that my stay was very comfortable

I felt like there were a lot of children there as well as older people- it was the first and last time i have ever stayed there - not impressed

Accessibility for all on the Strip Food court was available Prompt response when asked to fix the faulty shower head and to renew the coffee supplies. Tram to the Bellagio where we saw "O."

No indoor jacuzzi; it was too cold to be outside for the use of it and the pool.

The weather was amazing. Dining experience was great.

Didn't win on the gambling experience which reminds me why I don't gamble. The room didn't deserve $544 in my opinion. I would have paid tops $470. But I am not regretting it. The experience was great still.

Nice and cheap if you catch the right time. Big rooms. Nice swimming pool. Nice and friendly staff. Express check out.

Rooms need renavation.. It's quite old. You must add tax and resort fee which is 22$ per day to room rates

It was a daily lottery as to what products would be left in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc), but I wouldn't class this as an issue - more a fun game.

I liked the location, being connected to Aria and the tram.

It's embarrassing not to have wireless high-speed internet in rooms. It's embarrassing not to have HD TV in rooms. The condition of the bathroom facilities is embarrassing. I would never stay here again and would advise friends not to stay here either. La Quinta or Holiday Inn Express is a better value because of updated amenities and wireless access.
