Moths flying around in my room. Moth stains on ceiling. Did not change my sheets though I requested it.
Old outdated. Bathroom tub had mold in the corners. Needs a total redo of the guest rooms
Good central location.
Great location for shopping, restaurants, people watching, and of course gambling!
a bit of a small casino, but spent the week walking the strip and going to different casino's
Moths! The top floors of this hotel are plauged with moths. They are attracted to the lights at the top of the building, and if people leave the windows open they get. Even if you don't open your window, the moths still travel from room to room through the vents and under doors. I splatted 3 of them before requesting to change rooms at 3 in the morning, which they did accommodate very quickly.
The staff was not friendly, not a single smile, didn't want to answer any questions. They overcharge you much more than other hotels and don't give anything extra than other hotels. The rooms are very old. The view is of a parking lot. Didn't offer breakfast with the room.
The location is pretty good, since its on the strip easy access in and out. Massive self-park area.
Location, amenities, rooms.
This resort is old and outdated. My room had worn furniture and an old, plain bathroom with absolutely zero wow factor. I was not asked if I wanted to pay for an upgrade but heard the guy next to me decline a $60 a night upgrade.
View is was construction very noise
The atmosphere, the noise of the construction works and location...been to vegas 4 times and this was vCard definitely worse experience
Request and pay for a luxury room and what I got a regular old furniture room
Dealers very unfriendly we have been going to Las Vegas for 43 years always stay in nice hotels except when our kids were young we would stay at circus circus, but these dealers were very rude and not nice .
The dinner at Brands was ok but not worth the cost. The drinks were good.
No wifi in the rooms? Seriously?!? For a hotel the has a "four star rating," that is the least I would expect! There is also very little sound insulation between rooms... Also, the smoking everywhere gets a bit much.
The location was ok, the room was fairly comfortable, and the amenities were close to what I expected.
The parking garage was under construction
I would stay at the Monte Carlo next time I come to Vegas.
The view was not so great. All you could see was the construction going on.
Walls a bit thin. Heard loudmouth lady next door at 2am.
Close to strip and other casinos
would of like to have microwave /fridge in rooms
Prefer a non-casino hotel; don't like the smoke and garishness of that scene. Blue Man Group show was disappointing.
"Beach" area, Pub, and Sambulatte cafe. Staff was helpful (concierge).
Room could have been updated. Room was not cleaned very well. carpet dirty and remnants of cigarettes in room.
Great service, with a smile
I booked as King size room, and all the pics on booking about that room I booked, says it is a king size room, just as the other normal hotel rooms I booked before. but it turned out a queen size room when we entered the room. The receptionist didn't inform us when we checked in. When I called the front desk back to ask to change the room, I was told that, 1. front deck didn't inform us when we checked in; 2. the front desk attitude is bad as it is our fault that we didn't get lucky enough to win a king size room.
location is good.
Limited wi-fi made it hard to communicate with friends in other hotel. Housekeeping took towels each day, even tho we left on rack for another use.
Close to all the things we wanted to see. Tram to bellagio was great. We used everyday to save walking. Pool area nice.
At the spa, the software system was down and wanted to charge the fees to my room, however they asked for CC first and when I presented the credit card, they asked me for cash. I placed a complained and got an acknowledgements with a small reward.
Location on the strip, clean rooms, good services.
