Clean hotel and good location at end of strip. Great value for the money.

Not as new as some and could use a refurbishment. Pool and lazy river a very small.

Pool staff and bartenders were funny and friendly!

Pool music was too loud and too many kids were at the pool. Lines at concierge and checkin were way too long. There's 20 computers and only 3 workers on- it didn't make sense

Kids liked the wave pool and the lazy river.

How crowded the pools were. And how expensive drinks were at the pool.

Smoking in the casino and dining area is excessive and is a health hazard. Kids should not be allowed into this area.

easy to get around and not get lost. the Monte Carlo layout was nice to look at. there was good food offered.

the check in clerk did not know how to smile (bad day, maybe). thin walls, I could hear the people next door through the separation door as loud as if i was in the room with them. several of the pit bosses and game table personnel were grumpy. i purchased a strip view room and they told me upon my arrival that they may not have any, but later found one. the room was no better than being at the "Excalibur" for less money.

Sambalatte coffee shop at Strip entrance has interesting automatic vacuum press coffee brewers. Indoor tunnel to Aria and tram to Bellagio. Positioned between Luxor and NYNY on value scale.

All low to medium limit blackjack has house-friendly rules, e.g. blackjack pays 6-5 or dealer hits soft 17. No Pai Gow tiles.

location was excellent, beds comfortable, room was big, bathroom was clean, pool was nice with music playing during the day, coffee in the room was good, very enjoyable stay!

wifi didn't reach our level, can only be reached levels 1&2 which was a bit annoying - they did have internet cords in the room but iPads/smartphones can't be used with it. No fridge/mini bar to keep our drinks cool but there was an ice machine on the level.

Very nice hotel and clean rooms, service was great.

Check in was very long, felt like airport check in. Pool closed too early.
