Room was large with two queen size beds. Shower was good.
One medium towel per person!
$28 resort fee and NO wifi and pool was closed ! Hallways very tired, stains on carpet , torn carpets and walls scratched. The only happy employee was the man directing traffic at checking line.
Great value for money. Comfortable beds. Helpful check in staff.
The decor is looking a bit tired. No wifi in the room!
Great Location. Great Steam Room & Gym.
Hotel decor was dated. Awful Food Court Situated in the Hotel. Awful Shows. Rooms Could Have Been Cleaner.
The staff on floor 32 were all super helpful. They gave me a personal tour. The nibbles and water and drinks were great. View was amazing! Bedroom was immaculate and above expectations. I love the tram that you board easily and can go to the different hotels on the block. Very entertaining.
1. Really poor coffee. 2. The front desk said my room key would get me into a really cool club, Haksan I believe, in a different hotel where one of my favs was playing, Steven Aoki, but I was denied entry. That sucked. Upon arrival, when I was having really bad gas pains medicine was too far away. Both the front desk and 32 VIP staff pointed me in a direction down to the 1st floor, but the pain was so great I didn't know if I was going to pass out on the way there. It would have been great to have help at that moment.
Great location on strip
They close the pool and hot tub at 4pm!!!!!!! Rooms were dated and not very clean. Photos on their website are very misleading.
Quick check-in. Great price. Great location in Las vegas strip. Within walking distances to shopping centres and restaurants, food courts. Tram goes right beside the hotel. Like the free valet parking. Parking is free at a multi-storey facility beside the hotel, connected by a walkway. Room is spacious and we had 2 queen beds upon request (upgraded from super king).
No breakfast included. Hotel is old and casino games are limited. Due to the size of the hotel, to get to the street, one has to walk the entire length of the casino. So you can see babies and kids inside the casino. Smoking is allowed inside the casino so imagine the pollution and the smell of our hair! The buffet queue was so long that we gave up. There is renovation going on so the parking entrance is way before the Hotel sign. We missed it and had to turn back.
The hotel is dated staff are not @ 4 star standard. Wish we stayed somewhere else.
no wifi in the rooms
the pool, jacuzzi, craps lesson; there's the coffee shop sambalatte right when you exit the hotel: excellent coffee!!
the resort fee (28$) is not optional!
The work that was going in outside.
I reserved a king bed and got two queens. The buffet was horrible and over priced for the quality of food.
The location was excellent
It is not being kept up with. Old decor. No wireless in the room.
Cleanliness of the room atrocious. Bathtub would not drain even after several attempts to clear and blood on the comforter. Nothing done to accommodate
This was our favourite place to stay in Vegas- great location on the strip, good staff, and top facilities. Check-in was very smooth and it was nice to see the Christmas decorations going up when we were there.
Room was quiet with an excellent view of the strip.
The staff were great. The actual casino is nice and there is a lot to do. We enjoyed the minus 5 bar.
The room service closed at about 3-4pm and wasn't open until the following day which was disappointing. Lots of construction going on out the front, some our lights did not work in our room.
No wifi in the room The wifi in the lobby wasn't working good as well. Calling for 2 minutes to a company in the US. cost 30 dollar.
location is on strip
Rooms are very old. it smells smoke, even pillows!
nice view, exelent maids service,
first room ligth did not work, t.v. did not work, second room the toilet loose on floor, clock did not work
location is great being on the strip One of the smaller hotels so easy to find your way around
Bathroom very dated and very dissapointed as main pool area that isnt shaded by the city centre buildings was closed for the season despite the weather being in the high 80 ' s
Location and affordability - also bed was super comfy and room was spotless
I think they're pushing it calling themselves 4 star... Closer to 3 I think but overall I was very happy n would def stay again
Comfy bed, good casino, great housekeeping, great deal or no deal slot, friendly and helpful staff
Slow check in, bath, shower, pricey
