Location and privacy.
Location was excellent. Coffee maker in your room.
No wireless free Internet in the room.
Really comfy bed, looks nice from the outside, great location, nice pools, big rooms.
All feels a bit dated, the towels have weird chemical smell. It's a nice hotel, but it's not great, considering the price.
The Monte Carlo is perfectly located on the strip and has great dining and entertainment on property.
Nothing negative to say
Easy check in. Very friendly staff. I was extremely tired and left at ease, no hassle and service was quick.
Not like seeing souled toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Should have called the front desk but had my Lysol wipes so used all to clean the toilet. Was too tired to call and complain.
We liked the Casino and the location. We liked the location because we were able to take the tram or walk to other Casinos.
The toilet paper in the bathrooms needs to be of better quality.
Quality of staff Friendliness of staff Monorail connection to Bellagio
Inadequate quality shopping precinct when compared to most hotels on the strip No seating areas to sit quiet and read
The facilities are fantastic and you can find essentially everything you'd want either inside the hotel or within walking distance.
Lack of blow dryer in the bathroom.
Great location, very clean, lots of choice for food, free tram from Monte Carlo to Bellagio is handy to get a bit further down the strip!
No Wifi in the room - only wired to a laptop . . . not that you spend a lot of time in the room, but it's a nice feature to have Wifi :)
Location is good and within easy walking distance of most sights.
Needs a total refurb. Rooms are dull and dreary.
Too expensive and no different from a three star hotel, which is three times cheaper. I had to lay a towel on the floor, because of the carpet sticking nails
The hotel was very comfortable and good value for money. Staff was courteous and most requests were dealt with reasonably promptly.
No mid range eateries available although the quality of the buffet was fair to good. The swimming pool is only open till 5pm so when we wanted a swim at 4.45 after a hot day of shopping, they would not allow us in. Lounge chairs around the pool are placed so close together that you need to climb on from the end of the chair and the area is super crowded. Not conducive to relaxing with a book around the pool.
Consistency of service, cleanliness, and amenities.
Pillows were all huge. I would have preferred different kinds as we all have preferences. Also, coffee in room was not up to the rest of your standards.
I liked the location. The swimming pool area was great, but it closed at 5:00 p.m. Maybe that was winter hours. There were lots of clubs, restaurants, and shopping within the hotel and within walking distance. Blue Man Group and Minus 5 Ice Bar were right on site. A very large hotel. Friendly staff, good food.
I had requested one bed in a deluxe room with a view. What we got was two beds in a room that needed updating and a view of a construction site. Wallpaper was peeling off, the carpets were so old in the hallway they were bunching up and creating a trip hazard.
Easy to get around and lots of new attractions/sites at the Monte Carlo
We had a lovely room on the 7th floor with a view of the pool area. Comfortable bed.
No wi-fi other than floors 1 and 2. I would have thought in this day and age they could manage to have it in all parts of the hotel.
Warm welcome, clean and quiet. Great location on the strip, close to city transportation and within walking distance of the more popular casinos, but less crowded and noisy than the Northern part of the Strip.
The hotel was ok Ask for a room floor 30 or above then you get wifi from hotel 32
Las Vegas It was impossible to lie by the pool, the noise was horrendous, how about an area of peace and quiet Hurry up with hotel wide wifi ridiculous you haven't got it
The hotel is in a great location and the staff are great. We did have a problem with moths in our room so I would recommend leaving the windows closed but staff were great. Came to room to check for more and remove them. Beds lovely and comfortable.
Moths in room (previous guests must have left window open) and pool only opens at 9am to 5pm.
A month after staying there, still have not fixed my bill/credit card!
Price is good
Equipment is 20 year ago style
We were close to everything. Especially public transport & shops.
