The lazy pool float.
Could hear the construction noise on the west side.
The pool hours- extend them. The bath tub had a terrible slow drain- we told the front desk they said it would be fixed. It was not.
Beds were very uncomfortable
No refrigerator in the room. Bath tub kept leaking. Entry Hallway lamp no good. Closet knobs and door felt cheap quality, got my fingers caught behind the knob a few times.
the location was perfect and the best Vegas hotel we stayed in yet.
the sunbeds by the pool can be limited in the morning.
Location, pool, and restaurants are excellent.
The room leaves something to be desired. Was not vacuumed thoroughly, TV remote did not work (they did not return furniture to original place when they fixed it), and tub did not drain well.
Valet staff was excellent
no wifi in the rooms!! bring your land connect if you want to check anything! halls and room carpets need cleaned Pool is a club! during the day and the hours restricted!
A typical Las Vegas strip hotel. Spacious comfortable room. Good food choices. Slick check in and check out. Good value for money.
Terrible pool. Recliners packed in tighter than sardines and lucky to find one unoccupied after 12 noon. Disco music at 200 decibels all days. Beer drinking and " booty" shaking competitions. Worse than 18/30s holiday locations in Ibiza for anyone not in that agegroup.
Close to city centre, shops, attractions and food for all tastes and prices.
Good value for money, free tram connecting to Bellagio, extremely friendly staff, awesome bed, good smell (non-smoking room), good pool.
No wifi available in the rooms, weird looking shower but it works well. Bathroom is old, but clean.
We worked with Rachel, she is relatively new and was training a few people. Either way she was great! Very fun, knowledgable and nice.
Our room wasn't clean even though it said it in the computer. But Rachel was very accommodating and quickly found us a new room.
Location is great
Room size Location
It was busy great people's and guest. Had a dj right at front at night outside drinking dancing everyone have a good time smillis all around.
They call their regular rooms a dulax room. Or an upgrade room.
The Staff are rude; The rooms are old and dirty; Overpriced.
11am check out lol
The bed was too soft
The room was clean and the hotel accommodated our special request for a room at the end of a hall.
The hallway carpets were stained which made you wonder if your room was going to be dirty. I'm not sure why the hotel doesn't clean the carpets on a regular basis. We also noticed one of the rooms has ordered room service and the cart with dirty dishes sat in the hall for at least 12 hours if not more. The hotel needs to remove the room service carts before 5:00am or at least check each floor for carts and trays.
Location. Connection to other casinos. Food court in casino offers reasonable eating options.
Rooms are dated.
Room was dirty
No wi fi in rooms
The best for me was the location.
The carpet look old, which gave me the idea of being dirty.
Very handy location on the strip, friendly staff and everything you needed was a short walk away. Great restaurant options.
A little dated
There is huge construction behind Monte Carlo. Construction starts at 5.30 am. It is almost impossible to sleep in early morning. Besides construction, everything is as usual.
Lots of Noise
