The original vision for this place was phenominal! However it seems that a lack of funds has caused maintenance to get laxed and there are several cosmetic issues that need to be addressed.
The Mediterranean style with the backdrop of the lake and fountains takes you to Italy without the passport or layovers. The staff is very friendly. Best of all you don't have to put up with the crowds on the Strip.
No wireless internet signal. Bed is bad, noisy and soft
Stayed in a two bedroom unit with balcony. Very spacious. Very quiet & extremely easy to jaunt into Las Vegas. Terrific value.
Everything was outdated especially the TV! The sink didn't work !
Everything was outdated especially the TV!
The first condo we stayed in was located on the east side of the lake, and the pool/hot tub was empty. I walked across the lake to see if the other section' spool was up and running, and it was. When I asked to move b/c the other side had a pool, the receptionist lied and said they are both out of commission for a week. I asked if we could trade rooms with someone who hadn't checked in yet anyway, and they accommodated us. We were able to enjoy the pool the next 2 days, but call ahead and make sure the pool really is open before booking, especially if it's the main reason you are booking this place.

That I Couldn't Stay Longer!
Nice Convenient Location. Quiet, And Out Of All The Hustle And BustleThat Vegas Has To Offer.
Bulldozing beginning at 8 am Lack of a good espresso cafe
Room View Facilities Peasefullness Good resturants within walking distance
Neither the room nor Front Desk had decent info on the restaurants and shops in the village or how to work the technology in the room. With several vacant places in the village, it was hard to tell what was truly available. Neither the resort nor the village had a convenience store (water, snacks, etc) so a 15 minute drive to Henderson was required if anything was needed. Quite a hassle. Phone in room didn't connect to Front Desk. Instead, rang to an off site call center where the person I spoke with couldn't provide accurate information for the place we stayed.
Room was wonderful. Property is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Food at the restaurants in the village was good. Nice to be away from the chaos of Vegas Strip and Downtown Vegas for sure. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
Noisy until 10PM Bad Housekeeping
Pizza places don't deliver to hotel.
Big unit, I didn't think I ordered such a big room.
the 'village' is quite empty, just few restaurant and shops. The majority of them is closed and nobody warns us before to go and présents it as a living place.
hotel and room are great
Some repairs neglected. Casino under repair. Appears if things don't change won't b open next season.
Great beds loved rooms.
1. Reservation for 4 people in a suite: towels provided for 3. 2. Suites have 1 bathroom with max 4 people; need additional mirrors/outlets in bedrooms to allow for grooming outside of the bathroom. 3. Ant invasion.
Friendly staff Beautiful grounds. Spacious rooms Comfy bed. Quality towels. Powerful shower. "Village" set-up.
All good. Best location. Perfect to be relax.
Did not clean room unless requested
Great room, clean, lots of extras
The AC was broken and we had to change rooms for the second night.
Comfortable beds and the shower stall is huge.
no casino, lake dried up, and poor clean up service. false advertisement.
Great place to stay and great value for the money. The only thing issue I had was that tje Tv in our room was not working. Staff came and fixed it only to have it go back out 10 minutes later. Also, not sure what was going on with the place. Bit it seemed we were the only ones there. Besides the staff there was no one else in sight.
Extra charges for most requests (i.e.: extra blanket , extra pillow, etc): No feather pillows or roll away beds available: Staff did not know which rooms had couches with pull out beds: Room missing common amenities (i.e.: full length mirror, ice bucket): Couch and carpet were worn and stained.
Room size, kitchenette, DVD player
The dish TV.
The rooms were excellent and the property was amazing.
Worst sofa bed ever. We only had 3 pillows on 4 people. Refrigiator had a smell from blue chesse.
Nice room for a low coast!
We did not have hot water in the check out day. The hotel compensate us by few dolars.
Nice place to hang around if you want to be outside Of vegas in a quite place
Many of the stores in the village area were closed and the pool near our room was not yet heated.
The room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful setting.
The pool at the Luna resort, where I stayed, was under repair. However, the pool at the main resort was excellent |(albeit a 10-min walk). The Village, although charming, is rather "dead" with many empty stores. Even the only grocery store was shuttered!
This is a lovely resort, right on Lake Las Vegas and adjacent to the Village. The room where I stayed was excellent. It was spacious and had a full kitchen. The view of the lake from the balcony was wonderful. Personally, I loved the quiet, almost rural, location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The inefficient and incompetent front desk staff. They promised to call me when my room was ready but forgot. They did not know where the gym was located. They kept me on hold for 15 minutes on the phone. The swimming pool at our location has been closed for more then a month. The casino is closed. Food options are OK but limited. I don't like paying $8 for a beer.
