Friendly staff Beautiful grounds. Spacious rooms Comfy bed. Quality towels. Powerful shower. "Village" set-up.

    1. Reservation for 4 people in a suite: towels provided for 3. 2. Suites have 1 bathroom with max 4 people; need additional mirrors/outlets in bedrooms to allow for grooming outside of the bathroom. 3. Ant invasion.

Great place to stay and great value for the money. The only thing issue I had was that tje Tv in our room was not working. Staff came and fixed it only to have it go back out 10 minutes later. Also, not sure what was going on with the place. Bit it seemed we were the only ones there. Besides the staff there was no one else in sight.

    Room size, kitchenette, DVD player

Extra charges for most requests (i.e.: extra blanket , extra pillow, etc): No feather pillows or roll away beds available: Staff did not know which rooms had couches with pull out beds: Room missing common amenities (i.e.: full length mirror, ice bucket): Couch and carpet were worn and stained.

We did not have hot water in the check out day. The hotel compensate us by few dolars.

The room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful setting.

Many of the stores in the village area were closed and the pool near our room was not yet heated.

This is a lovely resort, right on Lake Las Vegas and adjacent to the Village. The room where I stayed was excellent. It was spacious and had a full kitchen. The view of the lake from the balcony was wonderful. Personally, I loved the quiet, almost rural, location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The pool at the Luna resort, where I stayed, was under repair. However, the pool at the main resort was excellent |(albeit a 10-min walk). The Village, although charming, is rather "dead" with many empty stores. Even the only grocery store was shuttered!

The inefficient and incompetent front desk staff. They promised to call me when my room was ready but forgot. They did not know where the gym was located. They kept me on hold for 15 minutes on the phone. The swimming pool at our location has been closed for more then a month. The casino is closed. Food options are OK but limited. I don't like paying $8 for a beer.

The hotel is very nice, pool area is great

Didn't like that our 'resort view' room looked out at a mud hill. Worst view at the hotel.

The location is like a country resort but still close to to other attractions such as shopping at the District and the Vegas strip area. Quiet and relaxing.

The empty shops in the Village area - very sad.

Great layout & location. Great proximity to recreation areas. Very quiet, too.

Electronics in unit were old and cumbersome to use.

Great place to stay if you want to get away from the strip. It's a condo-like building with spacious rooms and bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Has its own casino.

It is far (20m) from the closest mall but the place is very quiet.
