The lobby decoration The staff was not interested in making the guests feel welcome. The room was small and the view was a wall. Too expensive for no ammenities. |

Great place to stay. Very comfortable, centrally located, rooftop pool and rotating bar in the lobby. Excellent Spa services. |

I enjoyed the convenience of the location to places we visited during our stay. The Monteleone is also a beautiful hotel and part of the rich history that is New Orleans. I thought I could make an advanced reservation for a return stay in June, but after waiting for the desk clerk, I was told to make my reservation on-line and she had no information about better rates for making early reservations. |

It was a beautiful old hotel with a lot of history and it was a great location. I think that more attention could be made as to the cleanleness of the bathroom. There were some big issues but youe front desk staff had it taken care of. |

It was in the French Quarters. Nice looking hotel. Walls are paper thin. Security was called twice on me, a 33 year old professional women and my 41 year old professional female friend while we were in our beds chatting, catching up after midnight. We were not loud, it was a normal tone. Security threatened eviction. I was appauled at his behavior towards us. Do not plan to talk in your room after midnight without a complaint. |

Central location was useful An expensive king bedroom which was small, had no fridge, no TV and thin single pane windows out on to Royal Street. |

the maid did not come to clean room until 3 p.m. when we were resting before dinner. We had been out all day and she came to clean as we arrived back for sightseeing. This was real inconvenient. Also, the front desk did not have the reservation recorded from booking.com. That caused a delay in check in. |

I was especially impressed with the friendliness and accomodating nature of the staff, especially the desk clerks and housekeeping staff. The hotel itself was beautiful and historically original. This offered a unique experience versus the nearby chain hotels. The hotel should offer free or less expensive internet usage rates and a better selection of tv channels. |

Located just steps from the notorious French Quarter but in a quieter location for a peaceful night’s rest, the hotel is close to shopping, Harrah’s Casino and the Warehouse District. |
Superbly located within walking distance of the French Quarter, this hotel is also near many other key attractions in New Orleans. |
Placed just 3 blocks from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, this hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana offers a variety of services and facilities in a prime downtown location. |
This New Orleans French Quarter hotel, Inn on Bourbon, offers it all…an elegant ambiance with the excitement of world famous Bourbon Street just outside our door. |
