The restaurant was awful, got bad oysters..expensive and snobish...
Room less than par
Fabulous food and carousel bar is awesome... Wait staff incredible
Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and located near parade routes and Bourbon Street
Could not get near the carousel bar; might have been better to give residents priority.
The hotel staff was superb! The room was quiet and very clean. Location to main attractions was excellent. I will definitely stay at the Hotel Monteleone the next time I'm in New Orleans.
There was nothing I did not like.
The location was fantastic! Walking distance to all things French Quarter. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. I was pleased with me stay.
Beautiful hotel, carousel bar and restaurant on site, Excellent location
The bathroom was small but very nice and clean.
Location location location and comfort
Ready slow free wifi
Loved the hotel. My wife and I went for valentines weekend. We were very impressed with the total service we received. The wifi wasn't cheap. However, as irritating as that was, it forced us to put the devices down and really enjoy ourselves and the ambiance.
Parking was expensive. But that's the way it is in New Orleans. The wifi was not free and not cheap. But that was really the only thing we didn't like. Supposed to be very haunted, didn't see any ghosts! Lol
Location, Location, Location
Does not feel like a luxury hotel even though its price tag is. Our housekeeping forgot to clean our room. We had to call front desk at 4:30pm to get the room cleaned. The interior is dusty. Can use some deep cleaning. The carrousel bar is great, but good luck getting in there.
The entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so helpful and gave us excellent recommendations. The heated pool was definitely a nice touch! You cant beat the location, we were able to walk everywhere.

Location Bed comfortable Clean
Room too small Too noisy Nothing about thi security deposit online
This hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms were nicely appointed, but a little small.
Don't expect old world gentility, the attraction here is the revolving bar. Teeny tiny but v pretty room.
Check in staff were fine but the lobby was sheer chaos. Lots of staff milling around but no one taking charge of situation. Had to search for someone to check luggage, and no one was watching the checked luggage room. Bar is main attraction here. Housekeeping didn't turn up til I'd been out for the day and had come back for a nap at 4pm. Sheer mayhem.
Everything. Location cleanliness and how helpful the entire staff was. This was our are second stay at this hotel and we will stay there again.
Everything was wonderful totally enjoyed the stay.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and the location very central.
Difficult navigating through the city to the hotel as we encountered roads that were closed to car traffic.
the beds were comfortable and the hotel was beautiful
After booking our room, we called to request a King Bed. When we arrived, they said we did not have a king bed but we had a "premium" room with a "premium" view. Our tiny twin double room, looked onto a parking garage and an ally. For the price we paid for our room, we were extremely disappointed..
Pleasant and well equipped Junior suite with two bathrooms. Nice for traveling couple.
Older experienced Carousel bartender ignored multiple female? customers . Waited at the bar over ten minutes late Monday afternoon and finally left really annoyed. He would not even make eye contact. Never seen that before. Should have reported him.
