I made my reservation almost 3 months in advance, and being that i was not just dropping in and hoping you had vacancy i feel that the roomt hat i signed up for should have been held for me. I signed up for a regular sized room with a Queen sized bed. I was given a small room a double sized bed, with a shower instead of a bathroom, AND i was not warned when i checked in. When i went back to the desk to see what happened, the lady said, "Oh, she didnt warn you it was a handicapped room at check in?" NOPE! I asked if i could be switched ot a room with the bed size i signed up for since i have 2 adults (myself and my husband) who have to fit in that tiny bed and she said that they were booked for the weekend but she would leave a note for the manager in the morning. She NEVER apologized, she didnt even say "goodbye" or "have a nice night", nothing. EXTREMELY rude! The next morning the manager called our room. He said againt hat they were booked until monday and asked if i'd like to change rooms then, i said i was checking out Monday too (feeling like he should have known that). He said, "i hope that's ok that you have to stay in that room." I said, "Well, i dont really have a choice." To which he responded, "You could go to another motel." I said, "don't you think that is much more inconvienent than just switching rooms?" He said, "we would fully refund you." I said, "still SUPER inconvientent." Once again, HE NEVER APOLOGIZED, NEVER! After talking to my husband we decided to stay, as i was the maid of honor for a wedding and did not have time to go hope that i could find another motel. Everytime we used the shower, the bathroom flooded. We had to use allt he towels but one to soak up most of the water so that we could go in, in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and not walk in a puddle. I was still wet 10 hours later!
