The location was very good for us.

I loved the location. The jacuzzi and the pool area were nice and private. The price was reasonable.

I did not like the spa tub in the room with the bed. Also, the bathroom was too small. There was hardly enough room to get up from the toilet.

Location. I attended a conference and was able to walk to all meetings. Liked proximity to beach and parks!! Beautiful.

I liked the layout of the room. There were many features (such as the fridge, TV, microwave, closet, desk and sitting chair) that were spaced well and logically. I also appreciated the blackout drapes, since our room faced the parking lot and pool area.

The pillows were a bit thick for my liking but we were just there for one night. Even so, I had a good night's sleep.

Almost everything about the motel. We planned to stay one night and ended up staying four. The hot tub and pool are great, the room was quiet and clean, and it was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The in-room coffee was actually good, and they provided real half & half cream. There was a frig and a microwave. We could walk to the fisherman's wharf and it was a brief drive to the aquarium, downtown and wonderful beaches. Beautiful wildfowl frequented the bay in front of the motel.

There was no breakfast included, except that the desk gave us $2 coupons off of a very bland and not cheap breakfast place. I would have rather had a $2 continental breakfast available with milk, juice and a pastry. Also several of the TV stations were fuzzy; don't know if they had any control over that.

This hotel was more like a motel in design but it was very nice and my request for a quiet room was honored. It was a convenient short walk to the beach and about 10 min walk to downtown. The room was clean and tidy and the staff helpful. The adjacent restaurant served a very good breakfast (price excluded).

There were no problems during my one night stay.

The room was comfortable and the lighting subtle and well positioned creating a cosy feel after dark

The bed was worn out, the spa was 94, which is cold for a spa, the room was very small not like the picture and I did not save a dime going though booking .com

The location

Stuffy on a hot day with no air conditioning. Cooled down at night but road noise with the windows open. No road noise with windows shut due double glazing

Location and parking

The computer in the lobby did not have virus protection and consequently I could not use it for erading web-mail. Also, it would have been niuce with some sort of simple breakfast at the hotel, since there aren't any resturants really near.

Close to the ocean, great location

Friendly welcome from reception staff. Lovely rooms overlooking the pool. Great pool and hot tub. Excellent location near lake, town and Fisherman's Wharf. Much cheaper option than Cannery Row (where I have previously stayed) and more laid back atmosphere with friendlier staff and more welcoming pool ideal for couples and families.

Restaurant was closed for refurbishment whilst we stayed which was a shame but there are excellent places to eat in the town especially for breakfast (Rosines).
