It was clean and the people at the desk were very friendly

Wild teenagers using the pool at 3:00 am one night and on the second night right outside our door on the 3rd floor kids were jumping off into the pool.

I loved the design of the room, the location was easy to find, and within walking distance of many tourist shopping places. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They provided an excellent experience. Booking.com deal was affordable too.

My hairdryer didn't work! Really my only complaint though.

The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, they even had a special spot to park my Harley. We were with in walking of the wharf, Denney, etc, from now on I will only stay there. I run a rv park outside San Francisco and enjoy getting away each weekend. They understand

There was nothering more they could have done. They were great, I travel all over the U.S. on my Harley other hotels should take note on how they run there hotel and treat there guest.

Better than I expected. Great value, good location.

Place was clean. Bed was comfortable, had nice soft sheets, not the rough bleached out ones.

The shower was very tiny. It had no tub which isn't a big deal but I'm a small framed guy and I was cramped. Also wrt location , it's a good 15 minute walk to cannery row. The whole reason we got the place so we could leave the car. By the second day we were burnt out.

Nice staff, the hotel was almost next to the bus station where you can get buses to most places around Monterey. Only a short walk to Fishermans Wharf. Good value for money.

Close to the road so you can hear loud cars or motorbikes passing by every now and again.

It was clean ad close to the Monterey Jazz festival.

My booking is a queen bed but it is a full bed. I asked but the manager just said: we are all equipped with queen bed. It is a rip off !!! I will not stay here anymore. I will report to AAA as a member. It smelled once in a while !!! The carpet needs cleaning !!!

Small, cramped space, needs renovation, black marks all over one shower wall, exhaust fan so noisy we couldn't use it and it is connected to the light over the sink. definitely wouldn't stay there again...

House keeping at this facility needs to be up-graded. They do not seem to have been trained properly on what to look for in preparing a room for occupancy.

The bed was very comfortable. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel had fairly modern newer looking furnishings in good condition. The included continental breakfast was fresh and had a nice selection. Very nice service at check-in and check- out. Good budget hotel option for Downtown Monterey.

The bathroom is very small and could be cleaner. The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside due to the type of construction and it's location behind a gas station. There where no hotel parking spots available for us when we returned from dinner at 9:45 pm. Even so hotel has underground parking structure and parking in front of the hotel building. Free onsite parking was one of the features that was important to us when selecting this hotel. We had to park on a side street several buildings away.

A good sized, comfortable room with a high ceiling (upper floor). Some distance to walk down hill to the center of town but quite pleasant.

Nice morning breakfast. Liked the refrigerator. Friendly, helpful staff.

The carpet was dingy.

Att bli uppringd klockan halv ett på natten. Fel på datasystemet. Uppge dina fyra siffror på kontokortet. Gick ner i receptionen och fick till svar att han vidarebefodrat ett samtal om att någon sökte i son! Sorry mam! Samma kille satt på morgonen i receptionen och "sa inget om nattens samtal". Tråkigt.

Wir freuten uns, dass es zum Frühstück auch Brot gab. Dieses vermisst man ja sonst in USA.

Zum Schlafen war es zu laut, da die Belüftung unseres Badezimmers viel zu laut war. Wenn die Belüftung in unserem Bad nicht lief, hörte man die irgend eines anderen Bades (genauso laut). Zum Glück war es für uns nur eine Nacht. Auch waren wir überrascht über diesen kleinen Swimmingpool. Er wirkte vorher auf den Fotos sehr viel größer. Da muss schon ganz schön getrixt worden sein. Bei unserer Rundreise durch Californien und Nevada war dieses das einzige von 10 Hotels, das wir zu bemängeln hatten.
