easy access to my job the room was ver comfortable warm and clean
when went to check in the receptionist said its too early until she found out that i had booked i on line and that lets you arrive when you want; then her manners changed after that. was expecting more as far as breakfast didn't even have a microwave out there if you needed to use one since food wasn't allowed in your room.
Convenience. There was a strong, well used smell to the room when we arrived, but we became accustomed to the odor. Bed was very comfortable(we had been traveling for 10+hours. Shower was HOT! Breakfast was more than adequate. Great use after using LOGAN EXPRESS.
Location and value
somewhat tired but clesn
The location was fine for my adult daughter & me. Family at Wellesley & dinner (overpriced) at Ken's steakhouse. The price was good.
The bathroom needs extensive repair & upgrading, i.e., broken towel rack and rusty sink
cheap I don't know what i was expecting for $75/night. you get what you pay for.
Lack of hot water and no plug in the hand basin.
We did have a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was O.K. Coffee was decent.
The lobby smelled like urine. The room had heavy chemical odors that made my eyes water and my throat burn. I think the chemicals were to cover up smoking smells, but they simply helped enhance them. The carpet near and along the walls was sticky under foot. It cost $20 more than we had understood. We won't stay there again.
convenient location to restaurants and shopping,
the room was very dated and smelled. The toilet was a "kick handle" like you see in public rest rooms. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours, served the purpose. My room did not look like the photo on their web page that is for sure!
Everything! this place was filthy...We didn't dare to use the bathroom. Slept with one eye opened to watch for bed bugs and roaches. Never again!
location was very good
the room had very old furniture and not very much walking space, going to the bathroom. the bathroom needed to be updated and better lighting.... it was basically a truck stop, wish we had known
Location. Had mini fridge Had mini microwave. Had shampoo.
** Wifi didn't work ** TV is an old 19 inch cathode ray. Musty smell in room. Old everything. Bathroom soaps were the cheapest.
Bed bugs, no wi fi, no hot water, the carpet is dirty and smelling, I would never go back the again. I think you guys should think twice before u offer this place for a costumer, it could affect yours image.
cheap and close to I-90
nothing it was the worst place i have ever stayed at and it needs to have the bord of health called
The front desk gave me money-saving advice. Check -out was easy.
Mildew in the bathroom. Residents living at the Inn. Smelled.
Close to REI and Target
The glass of the windows in the bathroom is see through. People can see you from the outside. The courtains were broken or too small for the size of the windows. Lots of drunk construction guys staying. Arrogant staff.
The only thing there was a cocaroch in the bathroom
Got what I paid for a cheap hotel...
Bathroom was dirty! Cleaned myself as it was too late to wait for anyone to do anything when I arrived. I could only use refrig or Microwave outlet did not work. TV was old and poor quality not compatible with the cable network.
location was excellent for us. quiet even though it is right on Route 9. small dog allowed (for a charge)
Location and cost.
There was a mouse in my room and the staff told me there was nothing they could do to help me!! Also, the room smelled like chlorine so badly when I got to the room - we had to leave for a while to air out the room so we could stay there. There were shady people staying at this hotel and hanging around outside our hotel room. My worst hotel experience ever.
The room were old out date and nasty smelling .Would have not stayed there but could not get my money back . Want stay there again!!
The location was convenient and the place was clean.
The older décor and musty smell in the room.
Bed was comfortable but that was it!!
The only toaster in the eating area was broken the three days we were there. Wifi was down 95% of the time. Very, very frustrating. Staff wasn't very friendly.....one even hung up on me when I complained wifi was down.
Staff was really nice, great breakfast selections available, convenient location, inexpensive. I found a cab easily from the Airport/Framingham shuttle bus station, and it was a short trip- cost very little.
Wifi did not work in my room. Was very rundown, but that's OK. What I found most objectionable was how filthy the room was. I've stayed in a lot of "dives," but this one, from a cleanliness point of view, was the all-time worst! For example, I used the washcloth to clean the remote control (cuz it *looked* dirty) -- the washcloth was soiled beyond belief as a result. Despite having removed the visible greasy grime off the remote, I just didn't want to use it! Yuck! Socks stuck to the carpet with each step - no way was I going to be barefoot in that room! looking out the back window, I saw piles of junk! The shampoo bottle had been opened and used - by a previous guest, I presume. Had to go outside to get a wifi signal. Most of these issues could be remedied with just a little effort, resulting in a decent motel experience for guests; I suspect the owners just don't care enough.
