There is a lot of restaurant close to the Motel. Free bus was available to Niagara Falls.
Very homily and laid back. We enjoyed our stay there.
the motel was clean and comfortable
the breakfast was limited and to much sugary stuff
Perfect place to stay. We were glad we choose this Motel.
Free continetal Breakfast
Breakfast had little to nothing for diabetics (All sweet donuts)
Close to the Niagara Falls. Nice Staff. Our room was quiet. We did not here a lot travic.
The Breakfast. Only the coffee was good.
We were a short ride away from the falls. The pool was new and the kids really enjoyed swimming. The owners were kind, helpful and knowledgable about activities and places for us to visit. There was also hot coffee, baked goods and an assortment of fruit for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious with an updated bathroom. This wonderful motel is a must and we will be back!
There is very, very little to not like about the Moonlite Motel and it is hard to pin point anything that was not excellent about this great little gem of a motel. We had an easy check in and our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The pool was open and ready for the kids to swim in after a long drive. The location was easy to find but it is located right on the main road. It is about a 15 minute drive to get to Niagara Falls State Park. There are also a number of fast food restaurants and places to eat along the main road.
Great wi fi . Easy to find.
Room very small.
My husband & I just got back today from our stay at the Moonlight. We were there celebrating our 25th Anniversary & we couldn't have been more happy with our choice. The owners are so accommodating & friendly, rooms are squeaky clean, a homey atmosphere, I could go on & on. If you r looking for a nostalgic stay like we all did years ago before the big Hotels...THIS IS IT!!!..Remember M...we were in #5...THANKS 4 EVERYTHING..J & M ... we'll be back!!! - also, we're used to the big Hotel Suites..this is a place we could let our hair down.
That we only stayed 4 days!!!!!
Two queen beds for a good rate in summer
Sheets don't quite fit the beds
Good location and friendly staff.
Breakfast was very limited and no coffee available except during breakfast.
clean, basic, the owner was very helpful, and located on trolley route
slight musty smell, noisy traffic
For a great price we got a large room and bed, very clean, with pool, wifi and breakfast. So we saved at the fashion outlets and didn't spend it to stay over. Marlene and all who work there clearly care to make it a great experience. We'll go back!
It was very clean and close to our destination.
The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the ground. We woke up many times due to discomfort, and in the morning our backs and shoulders were very sore. We paid 200 for one night and we might as well have slept in a tent with sleeping bags. The bathroom was clean, but no place to put any personal items or hang clothes. Plus, I forgot my shampoo, and was very displeased that the toiletries consisted of packets of shampoo, which wouldnt tear open, I had to wash my hair with bar soap! :( This place was extremely overpriced for what we got.
Cleanest pool on our trip. Friendly staff.
It's close to shopping for anything you could need and there is a free shuttle for you to take to downtown. The room is quaint and vintage in a clean and non-creepy way. Pool is nice but watch little ones closely as the deep end slopes drastically (only 5ft though). One huge thing I love is that the windows open! Fresh air is so important to me when traveling. The staff is incredible, so polite and friendly, really went above and beyond.
The only things I didn't like were minimal, I didn't like the paper bath mat and the finicky hot water, it gets extremely hot. If you flush the toilet while someone is showering they can be scalded. So with an upgrade to the plumbing this place would be perfect.
My criteria for traveling us clean, no Bugs!basically you're paying for a place to sleep while traveling so who cares about decor. Staff was friendly & helpful, room clean & no bugs. And the price was reasonable.
Needed a better bath mat, not a paper one.
The Moonlite Motel is the best motel I've ever stayed in while traveling in the States. The staff was very friendly and it was not a problem at all that we arrived after the front desk had already closed. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is included. We also got detailed information of how to reach the Niagara Falls and where to park. All in all a surprisingly pleasant stay!
For the price can't go wrong - breakfast nothing fancy but clean, great pool, and very friendly staff.
Upon arrival the staff was very kind & helpful. The rooms were immaculant with upgraded bathroom fixtures. Great location to Niagara Falls & close to restaurants!
Nothing! If you're looking for luxery then don't stay here. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location & a friendly staff then this is for you!
We stay at the moonlight whenever we come den for a shopping spree. I find the accommodations clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and very willing to accommodate. The location is perfect because you are close to shopping and restaurants. Just a great place to stay even in the winter for Black Friday !!!
Close to the falls with free buses everyday. Cleaned everyday. Close to shops if you need provisions friendly family business you pay for what you get
No issue with arriving late. What you see is what you get- a motel on the side of the road near to the usual fast food outlets. Close enough to Niagara Falls. It's fine as a bed for the night. Didn't try the pool but it looked acceptable.
Weak wifi signal in rooms away from reception.
Pleasant staff/owners(?), good directions given by staff, location was good; value for location;
cookies for breakfast along with other sweet, sweet pastries and powdered creamer for the coffee.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I could recommend the hotel for visiting the Niagara Falls.
In reality the pool is smaller than on the picture.
