That my account was debited for $360 and the policy is that I am not to be billed till I check out. I was billed on Friday and I called to discuss my bill and the online number I called stated I had no reservations and that I didn't book my stay thru them. I had all the paperwork and everything. Just think it would have been smoothier if the system had my information. Very frustrated that I was going to be double billed for same stay.
