The rooms were nice and clean and the bed really comfortable! Free Wifi which was great - some hotels charge you extra for that. There was construction going on during our stay so we didn't get the best overall feel for the hotel but they were using the penthouse for breakfast for the guests which was great - amazing views! The staff really made our trip though - everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic - walking distance to all main midtown attractions. Subway was a short walk from the hotel. Never had trouble catching a taxi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast spread was great, and there was some fresh fruit. When we arrived it was pouring rain. The front entrance is under renovation and there was not a sign on the door directing us to where we were to enter from.

The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Was under construction during our stay. No fans or ventilation in the bathroom.

The staff was kind... and very helpful.... the beds were nice... the hotel was under major construction! the carpets upstairs in the penthouse eating area were stained and scary looking... its a nice place but in desperate need of some re-due.

The design of the hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to go that little extra distance. A bit pricy for what you received. There was no bar in the hotel its self.

I've been in NYC a couple of times and I have to say that Morgan's hotel is the best hotel I've stayed in. Great service, nice and clean rooms (and bathrooms!), generous breakfast, excellent location -a few blocks away from Times Square but on a quiet avenue (Madison Ave). I would definitely recommend Morgan's hotel.

Very nice front desk staff. Room was clean and quiet Receipt given vs amount charged to my credit card is different. Been attempting to contact their accounting person with no luck. I have left voicemails and emails - no response. If this isn't resolved asap it will cause me to not stay at their hotel during future business trips.

The room is comfortable, big and clean. The staff always friendly and the location for shopping and drinks and fancy clubs it's a great option. During the night was a noise in some machine that I didn't recognized and it was uncomfortable. The bathroom is a little bit small

Nice continental breakfast served in the penthouse. Friendly staff and great location near Morgan Library. It's a favorite venue to visit. I'll be returning soon! Street noise and extended fire alarm testing, though much better to test in the late afternoon than in the middle of the night!

Location and reasonable price 1. We were called from the Morgan Hotel and aksed if we can go to another hotel (call was received at 6PM on the check-in date). We were disturbed about this call. I have travelled a lot around the world and I have never experienced this kind of call from a reputable hotel. After some time, the caller finally accpeted to take us in the Morgan Hotel. 2. We arrived late at around 1 AM to check in and in the reception we were told that there was a "technical" problem with our room. It took close to half an hour to finally get the keys of our room. We were late and tired and it was not nice to take so long to give us our reserved room. 3. On the morning, two ladies open our room at around 10 AM (how can somebody else can have keeys and have access to our reserved, paid an accupied room????). They told us that this was their room and how come we were in their room. We just told them, please check with the reception since we are obviously staying in this room. I have been traveling for over 35 years and if I would've have this experience ina hotel like Marriott, they would immediately refund us all cost of our stay, including parking. We did not receive not a even a suggestion for some kind of compensation and only a "sorry about" it. I do not think I may recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends after this bad experience.

I like the brand if the hotel ... But comparative ... Not too good because the lobby is small .. Rooms r dark ... No view ...feel v old ... Not the usual Morgan hotel that I live .. Like cliff , st martain's lane ...but the staff is friendly in Morgans ...

The security was good and the staff made you feel so welcome, being away from home. The air conditioning needs to be looked at as it was noisy and not filtering out the dust, causing me problems coughing and also keeping me awake. I found the extra room attached to my room was a waste of space as I did not use it. Would have been better used to extend the bathroom into it somehow in the initial design.
