Acest hotel de design din Manhattan este situat la o plimbare de doar 6 minute de Empire State Building. Acesta are un centru de fitness în incintă şi oferă oaspeţilor servicii de spa în cameră şi un minibar. Camerele Hotelului Morgans - Madison sunt decorate cu fotografii alb-negru şi includ TV cu ecran plat cu programe prin cablu, birouri şi seifuri. It was impecably clean, the staff were friendly and the facilities were modern especially the batthrooom. We enjoyed the breakfasts which offered all that we normally eat. Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion on our last morning there when the breakfast room was moved to the penthouse from the first floor.

Great staff on site - very welcoming and friendly. However impossible to book directly with them so use booking.com Reservation staff - unfriendly and very unhelpful.

The hotel was amazing very clean the staff was very professional and kind. I love the decoration of the rooms it was modern but had so much character with little details. Location was great it was so close the subway and walking distance to major attractions. I would love to stay in this hotel anytime :)

Nice room, delicious daily breakfast, location. Upon check out I had a question on my bill as to why certain days were more expensive than others. This was not made clear to me on booking.com. The final bill did list only one daily rate, the lower one. The front dest clerk proceeded to raise his voice, argue with me, belittle me..kept saying in a condescending manner: "What don't you understand?" So for a difference of $21. over 3 nights, and such a horrible attitude on my checkout (was there 9 days), I will never stay there again.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location,friendly and helpful staff,good size rooms( even the third bed was good size for an adult),we where able to park the car( at extra cost),lovely lounge,if you had to wait,will be going back and recommend to friends and family

The bathroom was so small that you had to step, move to the left and close the door behind you before you could use the toilet- which made for the need to put on the very bright bathroom lights in the middle of the night.

We were really disappointed by this hotel. Staff is very friendly and location in midtown is fine. However, the hotel, in my opinion, needs a total makeover (especially the bathroom), and does absolutely not justify the asking price. You have many better alternatives in New York.

The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and a great size for NYC. The breakfast room was beautiful and the breakfast an added bonus! Enjoyed our stay and wouild definitely stay again and recommend to others. I already have told many others!

The staff were friendly; happy to do everything from recommending places to helping with bookings. The hotel location is fantastic - there is a lot of traffic noise but seriously this is expected if you go to Manhattan as the city never sleeps. The hotel is walking distanc to numerous places of interest I.E. Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building (we had a view of it from our room). Grand Central station was around the corner (5 min walk). Rooms were fantastic. Heaps of room to walk around even with a couple of suitcases. No concerns. The place was fantastic.

Loved the staff, decor and breakfast area. All created a soothing relaxing atmostphere. Room facing Madison Avenue was noisy: soldiers marching up Madison woke me at 6:45 a.m. on Sat. morning. Trucks were busy all Sunday night.

I was unlucky because the hotes is under refurb so the living room , the entrance ...are very small and poor. I really enjoyed the breakfast room , magnificient. Very nice staff. . The room (I booked a superior double, room 701) not so big enough but in the avg. The bath was under my assuming. Poor decoration, completely missed linen closet
