I liked the ambiance of the hotel and also the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have every experience, worldwide! Every enjoyable and comfortable stay. I did not like the minibar prices, far too expensive. |

good location and proximity to mid-town, shopping and transportation. good promotional value the view was horrible no outside view or natural light, very slow and hot elevators!!! |

Great location The room we stayed in smelled like smoke, we were disgusted by it by the time we woke up and our clothes smelled bad for the balance of our trip. The complimentary breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Bell man forgot to load my briefcase with laptop and important documents into my car upon departure. By the time we discovered this 30 minutes after departure this meant we had to drive back 10 miles to the hotel through rush hour Manhattan traffic.... |

One of the friendliest staff we came across while traveling. Needs improvement on the window shades. I found the sun coming through our window when sleeping. I also wish there would be a door man all the time helping to open the door as the entrance door of the hotel is heavy. Also it is more polite and welcoming feeling entering a hotel where someone is there at the door ready for us. Needs a little improvement on the steel furniture below the window. |

Staff courtesy very good. Hotel somewhat gritty (had to ask for sewing kit and shower caps; a pseudo-environmentalist message warns not to use towels; computer is not for free; lobby services are somewhat amateurial; living is open only after 7 am; etc.). Restructuring tipycally made by a designer and not by an architect (Can you read the floor numbers on the lift panel? Can you avoid flooding the room with that basin?... |

Hotel staff were very professional and keen to help. Rooms were very well laid out and kept very clean. all in all an excellent hotel1 Someone was smoking on Floor 9 next to our room 902. Staff made aware and did spray corridor. But happened more than once! |

This hotel is fantastic! Our room was a very good size and very comfortable, the bed was dreamy! Quirky mini bar and bathroom, everything was spot on! The staff on reception were wonderful, so so so friendly and great to chat to - always helped out with requests, they really made our stay. |
