Van driver was very helpful, our car would not start and he got jumper cables and helped us get started.

Comfortable, friendly staff, and convenient location.

My room was above the front entrance. There was a noisy motor running for hours at night. I don't know if it was a truck or a generator motor.

The disconnect between the reservation service and the actual hotel. They had different registration info for me.

We went because my fiancée had passed away and we had to bring him home to Canada. They did everything and more. Friendliest place I have ever been. I would definitely go back just under better circumstances to enjoy it more

very noisy with lots of door slamming throughout the evening, night and early morning. Telephone and alarm clock did not work. There was mold on the wall behind the bed.

5 min from the airport for a 6:30 am flight!

Staff was friendly and friend had left keys in room after check-out and cleaning crew found them and caught us before we left. Great service and honesty

It was budget-friendly and very close to restaurants and my place of meeting.

I booked my 6d stay thru Booking.com, but at check-in the hotel could not locate my reservation. I'm unsure whether this was a Booking.com issue, a hotel issue, or a clerk issue, but had the hotel failed to honor the reservation (I showed them my printed confirmation), I would have been cast into a very disconcerting & expensive nightmare. Other issues were the bed is directly in front of the a/c and there is no way to deflect the breeze away from the bed, and one morning the clerk forgot to deliver a wake-up call.

Your desk staff was excellent and very helpful and resourceful.

The staff, Melody in particular was extremely accommodating, she was able to resolve a problem regarding what your site said was available but in fact was not , the entire place was extremely clean and everyone on staff that we encountered was very friendly, a great value and very enjoyable!

Your website stated that additional beds were available for a charge of $10 per night, the hotel in fact does not offer this

Grouchy front desk person; sent us to room that was already occupied and was not apologetic; terrible water pressure; hot water ran out during shower

Staff was exceptionally helpful every time I was in need of guidance. They always had a smile and it did not matter what shift or time of day. All my needs were met including wifi and computer access.

It was a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and so very helpful. We had lovely room and plenty of room to beat. The room was comfortable. The staff was marvelously friendly, happy and caring.

very close to the airport, important after some 24 hours flying. free car park. room comfortable, availability at last minute booking. free wifi, free breakfast.

loby looks a bit off puting. doesnt really matter if all you need is a clean safe place to stop for the night.

The location and price

The front desk clerk told me all the rooms had spas built in the bath tubs and they don'T. She does not know her job or her hotel very well

We were deliberately misled, either by the hotel or by Booking.com., Or both. They get you believe that you can leave your car at the hotel when you're away on an airplane trip for free, but then they charge you per day. You are better off to pay the parking the parking fee at the airport.

It was reasonably priced for a clean, comfortable room with a shuttle to the airport.
