Mosaic Hotel  

The staff were helpful and offered assistance when we discussed my itinary and transport arrangements. The rooms were extremely luxurious and the bed the most comfortable that i have slept in! There was a personal touch to the service, (because of the smaller scale of the hotel), and this lent itself to a more intimate service. Good location for shopping in Beverly Hills and the shuttle service that is offered is useful if you need to get somewhere and are not sure how. This is free by the way!!

The pool could be slightly bigger though given the location and the scale of the hotel, its understandable that its slightly smaller than in other hotels. This may be a problem when its hotter and more guests are using the hotel swimming pool. I can see that this could be frustrating though it was not a problem at the time of my visit.

We found the staff at the hotel were all excellent - very friendly and helpful. The driver service was very useful to us. We were able to get a ride to and from a nearby mall and to and from a nearby restaurant. The front desk staff were always very helpful with any questions we had about the area and about Los Angeles in general. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

My one (very minor) complaint is that there was a slight musty smell to the room, maybe because of it proximity to the pool or just because its an old hotel. I did get used to it and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again but it would be great if that could be fixed!

The receptionist gave us the wrong room(cheeper and smaller than we reserved). We had to ask change rooms.

Very good location which could go to Beverly Hill shopping by 15min.walking. And very comfortable room,beds and internet...

quite poor service for breakfast in hotel restaurant even though the price was high. took too long, the aiter counted our drinks twice in a bill and the quality of food was so-so. so better to go somewhere outside.The bathrooms are very small even we had a deluxe room.

This is a very nice hotel. We landed to Los Angeles after long trip and this hotel was perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious, well equipped, luxurious. Location is not super central in Beverly Hills, but you could reach Rodeo in 5-7min by walking, which is fair. Hotel gives free 3 mile shuttle service to compensate for not top notch location. Bath stuff features Bvlgari shampoo, soap, etc - this is of course very small thing, but I still remember the smell of those :) I would love to stay there again.

Our room was facing the street and we had some minor noise from it, but street is rather quiet, so no big worries. Also, hotel was little on expensive side.

Thank you for being so gracious about all the changes I had to make. We had originally planned to stay for 4 days and ended up staying one.The website is the best and we will definitely be back. Just a wonderful place to stay in LA. Love the quiet street!

room is too small and less choice on resturant.

Unpretentious but elegant place tom stay and rest. Good value for money. Very helpful and more than accommodating Staff.

No bathtub (that is my wife's comment)
