Mosaic Hotel  

Vanessa and Kristian were great. Made my kids feel welcome and the Mosaic is in a great location. We will be back!

Nice small boutique hotel with friendly staff, in walking distance to Rodeo Drive

The staff is wonderful; very friendly. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The restaurant is small but nice.

Absolutely superb quality of linens, robes and other ecoutrements. Best bed I have ever been in.

The "human" size of the hotel and therefore personalized contact with the staff. The location in a quiet and safe area, near by foot from Rodeo Drive and from the Catholic church The Good Shepherd, yet offering by car an immediate and easy access to the arterial streets leading to the other districts of Los Angeles. The Metro Rapid 720 stops on Wilshire Blvd just in front of South Spalding Dr, a practical way to go to the Getty Center or Downtown by using public transportation. I had the room 304 and a nice view between other buildings on palm trees and hills in the far. A special thank again to Anna, the frontdesk clerk, who helped me, when I was in trouble with my rental car. I had a nice room.

The slow service at the restaurant. I had to be overly patient. The last evening I waited half an hour to hear that they had not yet started to prepare my order; the good thing is that I could cancel my order. For the first time in my life I had to sign a paper concerning the consequences in case of a violation of the non smoking rule in the room and possible dammages, besides rules in case of a conflict between me and the hotel. Such preventions may be a standard in Los Angeles or the United States; however, not being aware and used to this, I needed a night to feel comfortable again. The hotel is clean, but I believe that cleaningness also consists in dusting surfaces and drawers, which was only partially done in my room. I believe that I left the room cleaner as I found it. I also think that the hotel should renew sheets and towels more often (one pillow envelopp had small holes at one end; some towels were old). Bright cleaningness and top garments should be the standard of a hotel, which has already a high price range. The air conditioning is loud. However, after acclimation, I had a wonderful time in my room and in Los Angeles. People at the hotel were nice to me.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant without the pretentiousness that you can encounter in certain Beverly Hills hotels.

They did not announce the fee for the Parking , they gave us obviously a room that was far two small for 4 of us , The bed was even not Queen size , the room was very small .

The Mosaic Hotel is a good value for the price. The rooms are very pretty, decent size..the beds and linens are soft and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The only drawback to the hotel is that the pool area is very small. I came with a girl friend and we wanted to lay out, but there is basically no place to lay out and very few chairs. There are only two chaise lounges. ApparentlyThere is no spa that I saw. In the room with two beds, the air conditioning vent blows right onto one of the bed, so the person in that bed gets blasted with hot or cold air all night...not pleasant.

My two week stay at the Mosaic was for medical reasons. I spent much of my stay in my room. It was very quiet and it felt like of home. The staff were so pleasant! I had many meals in my room and the food was wonderful. I can't say enough about the Mocaic! I loved it!

My stay did not start well, at check in the room I expected was not available. The manager kindly made it right and exceeded my expectations. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Hotel acolhedor, tipo 'boutique', situado perto de rodeo drive na zona nobre de LA (Beverly Hills) mas a preços acessíveis. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho. Obras a decorrer ao lado. (9am - 4pm)

ロケーションはとても良く閑静な住宅街でロデオまでも徒歩圏、すぐ隣にペニンシュラがありビバリーヒルズ感- 満点でした。

シャワーの設備が壊れていたのに部屋の交換も無く済まされました。 宿泊代の交渉しようにもBOOKING.COM（旅行代理店）からの予約扱いでホテルは対応せず、しかもBOOKING.COMはよくも悪くもネット会社で一体どうすればいいのか困りました。ネット予約も考えものです。

Отель небольшой,но очень тихий,уютный с удивительной домашней атмосферой,подобный маленьким частным отелям Европы.Идеальная чистота! Прекрасный и внимательный персонал. Отличное расположение.
