My dog is a service pet and u are not allowed to ask the person why.
The room was clean, the staff was courteous even with our late arrival.
Walls are a little thin so it was noisy when other guests were moving around.
Comfortable bed, big tv
The door so thin to the room you could here the road traffic like the bed was laying right on the sidewalk next to the road.
In the middle of duck, pheasant and quail hunting paradise. Right next to some of the best bass and Walley fishing in the state. Right off the interstate. I like the large flat screen tv and refrigerator (two very important things to a traveling sportsman. I also liked the laminate flooring. It's good to know that dogs stay free, I'll bring my buddy next time. I look forward to my next stay at Interstate inn. I just hope I'll get a softer bed next time ;-)
Very limited parking, if I had my boat on this trip i would've had to go elsewhere. The memory foam mattress are way to firm. No alarm clock.
Memory foam beds so comfortable. No carpeting on the floor. Stone tile in the entry and bathroom wood in the rest of the room shiney and clean. New refrigerator and microwave. Gigantic TV. Next time I'm in Moises lake for the night I'm staying here again.
There was no iron in the room which was an I inconvenience and the view was of a gravel parking lot so i kept the curtains closed .
Inexpensive and clean motel. Not many frills, but they did have ice and nice TV. Beds were comfy and location was great to the freeway.
The rooms were excellent for the price -Clean room and bathroom -Friendly service -Comfy beds
-Slightly noisy due to proximity to the road, nothing to complain about in all honesty
The price, staff and memory foam topped mattress.
The ad online and their website says there is a pool. There is not. Water stains in the ceiling, dark paint on the walls, black bugs crawling on the toilet paper roll and no towels. The sheets on the bed smelled very clean, however they were rough and I itched all night. I am not sure why. I checked in @ 1840 the night before and was gone by 0400 the next morning.
The lady at the front desk was surprisingly friendly and talkative. Customer service that feels genuinely friendly, can be hard to come by these days...at least where I come from. Good customer service can really make or break your experience. I would go here again. Also, the beds aren't bad. Everything seemed very clean.
Wi-fi is a bit weak. That's not enough to make me not return though.
Quiet rooms not far from I-90.
Great location- right off the freeway. The microwave and fridge were clean. The wood floors are nice. The lady at the desk was very nice.
There are not many parking spots, due to all the trailers and construction equipment and random 'things' parked in the lot, also there are broken down cars, parked infront of the rooms. (?) at night when we came back, I parked around the random trailers and derilict cars, where I couldn't see my car - in the morning I noticed a bunch of others parked around me practically on the otherwise of the building. It is a mess. There were also garbage cans next to my room door. I opened the curtains and noticed oily/greasy handprints on both of the headboards that are nailed to the wall. (Which I cleaned off, instead of complaining). I sprayed the room out with my car febreeze because it smells like stale smoke from 1972. I don't think the curtains have been washed since they were hung up decades ago. The ceiling in the bathroom has mold spots, and the tub leaks, which makes grimy build up on the floor. Two tiny bath towels, for a double queen room? The main floor was mostly clean, besides the beer bottle cap I saw between the night stand and the bed. They didn't have a one bedroom, for my six year old and I, so I had to pay full price for a double queen. Internet barely works. If I didn't already book this room online I would've stayed somewhere else.
A bit close to highway.
Nova foam bed and big screen tv. Were allowed to stay a few hours after our check out time due to an incident that occurred.
Freezer had 2inches of ice built up and found a frozen breakfast sandwich in there, which had been there a while. Coffee pot and shower were very dirty and the last night there, my friends motorcycle got knocked over. Most likely will never return.
The wifi connection is good.
This motel is bleak at best. Screen on filthy window was slit and view directly outside included trash, old lawn mowers and a great collection tumbleweeds.
Room was roomy; location convenient to freeway and eating establishments.
Very dim lighting at sink; garbage on floor (popcorn, paper); bedside tabletop not clean.
beds were comfey!!
Comfy memory foam bed. Lots of water pressure. If your just looking for a place to crash it's a good value
Shower height is below shoulders
The bed was comfortable and it had a new large flat screen TV. The AC worked fine and was quiet.
The floor was dirty around edges in both the room and bathroom. When I was checking in, the host told me how lucky I was paying $49 because the night before would have been $99 due to a concert at the Gorge. There isn't a room in the place worth $99. There was no TV guide in the room.
The bathrooms were literally grimy
The owners were very friendly, they made our stay comfortable. For the price we payed, best sleep i have every had in any hotel. The rooms were very simple and spaceous. I would definitely return there.
It's just needed a little outside upgrade. Painting etc. but all in all great place and great owners.
I was on the road for about two weeks. this was one of the most comfortable stays with new queen sized beds, large flat screen tv,and wifi that worked. this was the value for the
This hotel was awesome. Looks debatable on the outside but room was clean and nice. Huge tv. Clean beds. Fridge. Microwave. Wi fi.
The shower was sketchy and needed to be updated.
new floor--NOT carpeted
For the price you get what you pay for. The place is clean but don't expect any extras.
No breakfast. Outdated rooms. Old linens on bed. Small lobby with a weird smell of what I think to be ethnic food.
We stayed here after a concert at the Gorge. The price was much better than comparable hotels. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, they even kept the lobby open so we could check in after the concert (at 1:30 a.m.). We slept great on the new memory foam bed and enjoyed the large brand new TV the next morning. I'll stay again every time I'm in the area.
