Location to Disneyland
Dirty towels, couldn't watch TV for my kids, staff didn't seem to care when told about these things. Bed felt like cardboard.
Staff was great and they had a shuttle every 20 min ️to Disneyland
Bed was uncomfortable, towels were small, the room had a weird smell.
the proximity to the park (10 minute walk) was great saved on parking fees. and the man that greeted us and checked us in was great, super nice I think his name is AJ. Very polite and helpful, moved us to a room with a view of the fireworks.
The rest of the staff was rude and seemed to be bothered when two of them were talking and I had a question. I was polite said please and thank you but still they weren't helpful. The room was minimal, I mean minimal. the bathroom door doesn't have a lock, remote hardly worked and the toilet wouldn't flush. Bottom line we would fork over a little more cash to be comfortable next time.
Gift shop on premises! Refrigerator was a plus.
They let us check in early.
When i got to the hotel the girl on the phone said she would have the shuttle pick us up. Waited 15 minutes she called back and said the shuttle couldn't get us but she would call us a cab. THE CAB NEVER CAME. We sat there forever waiting for a cab that was never going to come. The good part was they let us check in early. The motel was a lite grudgey on the outside but the room was better than what the outside made it look like. The TV liked to randomly turn off every few minutes and there were no mini fridges in the rooms which would have been nice. Also you have to pay for wifi. Also when we asked to have the shuttle pick us up the next day to take us to the airport she said it was free(it was $11 a perso ). She then asked if we wanted to schedule for it to pick us up and asked for our room number...she typed stuff on the computer and then just stood there looking at us and asked if we wanted the number to call the shuttle service. She gave us the number and I had to then clarify if she set it up...but she didn't because we had to call ourselves and call after she said it was free. Then when we asked about the shuttle service to Disneyland they said that the bus comes about every 30 minutes, but what they didn't tell us is that we buy the bus passes from them. So when we got on the bus we had to have the bus wait for us while we went back inside to wait for them to sell us two bus passes. Overall it you know what you're doing and don't actually need help from the people working there it's a good place. But don't expect the people working here to provide information is that actualy helpful and do what they said they will do.
No internet connection for the 6 days of our stay was disgusting, when you're trying to stay in contact with your family on the other side of the world the last thing you want to do is look for wifi access at 11pm.
I loved the price! It was convent for us to have a drink and walk to Disneyland! A great value compared to the hotels around their location.
The floor wasn't recently swept and the comforter had some spots. I am used to hotels with bottles of shampoo and a fridge. This was a great value and worth every penny! :-)
The shuttle that picks you up directly in front of disneyland and goes back and forth throughout the day is awesome.
Pool was heated.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable
Close to disneyland. Good value for the money
Need new mattresses
At front desk Michelle and hospitality alahundra. Good people skills.
The water pressure was not good.
Easy access to Disneyland, but further than the stated 1/2 mi (by GPS was 1/2 mi. to Harbor Blvd and another 1/2 mi to entrance to parks). I am disabled and was traveling alone; staff went out of their way to help me with everything.
Bed was uncomfortable, only 2 pillows. Refrig and microwave had to be rented.
Our stay was excellent, the staff was great.
I did not like the fact that our room did not have an iron, blow dryer, a microwave or a mini fridge. We had to use that in the main lobby and it was not very convenient for us, since we had small children.
Nice friendly desk staff. Room servicing gal, not so much.
Room was vacant of furniture. Television remote did not work well. Morning room service was very insistent on servicing the room. I told her that I was fine. I had enough towels and she didn't need to service the room. she keep pounding on the door. I finally got through to her that I wanted no service. she could service it when I checked out the following morning.I went to the front desk and told them I did not want the room serviced. When I returned that evening I found that the room had be serviced.
the staff was really nice. Very friendly, and not fake friendly. Liked the wood floors, made the room seem cleaner. The bathroom was weird at first, but after taking a second to think about it, it was actually really nicely designed, as it gave a ton of room!
There were stains on the bed linens, and the sheets were torn. My daughter managed to drop something between the wall and headboard and when I went to retrieve it, it was so disgustingly dirty back there that her trinket stayed there.
Easy to find, right off the freeway but quiet room. Free parking. Walking distance to Disneyland.
You get what you pay for. If you just need a bed for night without extravagant prices then this is a great option. The front desk staff were awesome and very friendly
No pet fee was awesome. Ample room space and morning coffee was a nice touch. It was close to all main attractions.
Not many food options.
I had an issue with my credit card not going through even though all was good on my end. Alejandra at the front desk lent me her phone and spoke to my bank (when I was able to get a real person on the line) to get this resolved, plus did a couple of favors for me. She really went above and beyond! Bravo! : ) Also loved the IEKA-esque furnishings...way cool.
I feel bad reporting this, but something needs to be done...While the room was absolutely sparkling and spotlessly clean, we found two cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) on the floor. We put wastebaskets over them (in case they just looked dead), and left the light on (yes, pun intended) in the bathroom during the night in order to not lure them out into a dark room. We did not see any live ones. I am sure that this issue is prevalent in the entire hotel area of Anaheim, but the entire area needs to make an effort to step up the eradication process.
The staff was wonderful at the front desk
Non smoking room smelled of smoke blankets and sheets had burn marks all over as well as bath towels smelled like smoke too! Room had bugs! Other peoples hair was in bathroom! I slept with my hood over my head
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Great price and perfect location. Also for a small fee the bus is great directly into disneyland.
loved location to where we visited. beds were comfy. room was modernly updated. service was excellent. :)
no where to put clothes, towels were extremely rough.
The staff was amazing! I forgot to bring a hair dryer and they had one available at the front desk. The location to Disneyland was great and the free coffee was a bonus :)
Obviously you get what you pay for. There was some wear and tear, but I felt clean and safe.
highly recommend staying here. Staff were friendly rooms were clean it's about a 15 minute walk to the disneyland gate.
Only complaints are the gift/convenience shop hours were limited and there wasn't another shop close by. Maybe a map with surrounding shops would be handy. Only other thing it would have been good if staff explained the shuttle service as I had no idea it was even offered til day three.
