Great location, shuttle pick up and drop off to Disney land front gates. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel prices were great!! Heated pool was a plus
Cleaning can be improved inside and out.
Price Location: 3/4mi walk to Disneyland about 12 minutes and about a 4-5 minute walk to Anaheim Gardenwalk where there are nice restaurants and shopping.
No coffee maker in room. Could use a little more furniture in the room. Towels and wash cloths weren't the best....but hey, you get what you pay for. If you pay for a budget room, you get budget amenities.
Location - 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Horrible rooms. Dingy public areas. Low-rent feel to the whole place, worse than other motels in the area. Noisiest ice machine I've ever encountered which could be heard in the room. Paper thin walls.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They did provide complimentary coffee and hot cocoa but no free breakfast. There is a convenient store in the lobby that you can purchase $2 Instant Ramen noodles for breakfast which we did on our last day.
No free breakfast. We ended up spending more money buying breakfast than if we would have paid a little more on a hotel that had free continental breakfast. There are no nearby restaurants. We ate at the McDonald's and Capt Kidds buffet in front of the park entrance. It is a bit far from the park so we decided to use the taxis which costed us $7 for a family of 5 instead of using ART $5ea.
The price is good..The place is excellent .. The staffs are friendly .. The cleanliness is a little bit disappointed!
The toilet bowl was dirty with a yellow spot on the cover!
you can smell the smoke from the bed sheets
Only a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Was also incredibly grateful that they allowed us to check in slightly early.
No hair-dryer. Towels slightly thread-bare. But we were only there for one night (to visit Disneyland) so it suited our needs perfectly.
Room was clean No carpet, clean wood floors Two queen (not double) beds Large room Pets welcome, no deposit, no rules Beds comfortable Free parking Shuttle very reliable
Water tasted toxic Towels were old, rough, threadbare
At first sight, the hotel looks nice but it is older and the location is ideal for travelers visiting Disneyland. It's walking distance but for $5 both ways, the van picks up every half hour
The rooms are clean considering the age of the hotel but the room had wooden floors, which was a surprise (didn't like) uncomfortable to walk on when it's cold. Bring your own because there are no Kleenex, clock, blow-dryers and no microwave or coffee maker in the room. And the fan didn't work in the bathroom. You do pay extra for Wi-Fi. Tried to make a phone call with no success, called the lobby attendant and she didn't seem concerned or assist with what I was doing wrong. There is a small gift shop for snacks/drinks but no restaurant, have to walk about a block for nearby fast food or restaurant for a sit down meal. We ordered pizza cause we didn't want to walk after traveling all day. They do offer free coffee and hot chocolate and have several vending machines in the lobby area. The bed is a single mattress on a board which is ok but not the best. I went to sit on the bed and the mattress did slide a bit. Housekeeping did not replace the wash cloths or bath mat we used the first morning so we used the remaining towels left but replaced all the following day. Would not recommend but you pay for what you get with this hotel
The staff is very accommodating. We have stayed here multiple times and have received the same service every time.
Location to Disneyland
Dirty towels, couldn't watch TV for my kids, staff didn't seem to care when told about these things. Bed felt like cardboard.
Staff was great and they had a shuttle every 20 min ️to Disneyland
Bed was uncomfortable, towels were small, the room had a weird smell.
the proximity to the park (10 minute walk) was great saved on parking fees. and the man that greeted us and checked us in was great, super nice I think his name is AJ. Very polite and helpful, moved us to a room with a view of the fireworks.
The rest of the staff was rude and seemed to be bothered when two of them were talking and I had a question. I was polite said please and thank you but still they weren't helpful. The room was minimal, I mean minimal. the bathroom door doesn't have a lock, remote hardly worked and the toilet wouldn't flush. Bottom line we would fork over a little more cash to be comfortable next time.
Gift shop on premises! Refrigerator was a plus.
They let us check in early.
When i got to the hotel the girl on the phone said she would have the shuttle pick us up. Waited 15 minutes she called back and said the shuttle couldn't get us but she would call us a cab. THE CAB NEVER CAME. We sat there forever waiting for a cab that was never going to come. The good part was they let us check in early. The motel was a lite grudgey on the outside but the room was better than what the outside made it look like. The TV liked to randomly turn off every few minutes and there were no mini fridges in the rooms which would have been nice. Also you have to pay for wifi. Also when we asked to have the shuttle pick us up the next day to take us to the airport she said it was free(it was $11 a perso ). She then asked if we wanted to schedule for it to pick us up and asked for our room number...she typed stuff on the computer and then just stood there looking at us and asked if we wanted the number to call the shuttle service. She gave us the number and I had to then clarify if she set it up...but she didn't because we had to call ourselves and call after she said it was free. Then when we asked about the shuttle service to Disneyland they said that the bus comes about every 30 minutes, but what they didn't tell us is that we buy the bus passes from them. So when we got on the bus we had to have the bus wait for us while we went back inside to wait for them to sell us two bus passes. Overall it you know what you're doing and don't actually need help from the people working there it's a good place. But don't expect the people working here to provide information is that actualy helpful and do what they said they will do.
No internet connection for the 6 days of our stay was disgusting, when you're trying to stay in contact with your family on the other side of the world the last thing you want to do is look for wifi access at 11pm.
I loved the price! It was convent for us to have a drink and walk to Disneyland! A great value compared to the hotels around their location.
The floor wasn't recently swept and the comforter had some spots. I am used to hotels with bottles of shampoo and a fridge. This was a great value and worth every penny! :-)
The shuttle that picks you up directly in front of disneyland and goes back and forth throughout the day is awesome.
Pool was heated.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable
Close to disneyland. Good value for the money
Need new mattresses
At front desk Michelle and hospitality alahundra. Good people skills.
The water pressure was not good.
Easy access to Disneyland, but further than the stated 1/2 mi (by GPS was 1/2 mi. to Harbor Blvd and another 1/2 mi to entrance to parks). I am disabled and was traveling alone; staff went out of their way to help me with everything.
Bed was uncomfortable, only 2 pillows. Refrig and microwave had to be rented.
Our stay was excellent, the staff was great.
I did not like the fact that our room did not have an iron, blow dryer, a microwave or a mini fridge. We had to use that in the main lobby and it was not very convenient for us, since we had small children.
Nice friendly desk staff. Room servicing gal, not so much.
Room was vacant of furniture. Television remote did not work well. Morning room service was very insistent on servicing the room. I told her that I was fine. I had enough towels and she didn't need to service the room. she keep pounding on the door. I finally got through to her that I wanted no service. she could service it when I checked out the following morning.I went to the front desk and told them I did not want the room serviced. When I returned that evening I found that the room had be serviced.
