Staff was very friendly and helpful
I thought that the room was clean. I loved that there was no carpet and it didn't smell of some horrible spray. It was convenient too.
No lotion or shampoo in bathroom
Later checkout time, very clean room and check in and out went quickly.
No carpets on the floors - no feeling of wondering how long since they were shampooed. Clean lines in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for my daughter and I. Location was ideal for us. Plenty of parking.
Bed was uncomfortable
The room, the picnic table, the dogs with us, and the pool.
The manager there at the time was quite rude. At first check in we had problems. We booked months ahead and over the phone we were told to bring my military ID to show and would receive a military discount. When we went to check in they said they couldn't due to booking.com and when I started to tell them what we were told over the phone the attitude and rudeness came out. Eyes were rolled and as he (the manager) walked away he said something under his breath. So no military discount was received. He said "well you're already getting a deal since our rates now" are such and such. I thought that was part of the point in booking ahead?! The next morning I went to check the desk to see if they had Do Not Disturb signs since there wasn't one in our room. Of course I had to talk to the same guy, who dismissingly replied no and acted as if I was crazy for asking. Another guest in the lobby said she had asked too and ended up just making her own. We did the same, and a couple days later it was stolen by another guest two doors down. From then on we avoided the front desk till check out. Upon check out we realized we were over charged about 75$. When I brought this up there were more eyes rolling and it was quite clear I was the most annoying customer. How dare I want my 75 dollars back. I actually apologized for being a pain in their ass. He suddenly changed his attitude and refunded my 75$ and asked for a good review.
Near by restaurants avail.
If you book on-line, be sure to get your AARP discount. The front desk will not accommodate discount otherwise.
Location. Simple but functional.
No smoking rooms . No coffee maker or hair dryer in room. Good thing I had mine with me.
convenience of location
Location Receptionist and staff Beds
No Wifi No Minifridge Bathtub did not drain Not worth $100
Location next to the highway exit with a few restaurants nearby is convenient. Quiet surroundings, was good place to sleep.
Rooms are small and basic. TV didn't work and the coffee bar in the lobby was empty.
The friendly staff, well kept rooms, and location.
The showerhead and no blow dryer.
From the moment we arrived there till we left there everyone who worked there was nothing but friendly and helpful.what more could u ask for.
The place was clean and everything seemed to work ok.
There are virtually no amenities. with a price of over $100/night there should be more than just soap in the bathroom, a reasonably sized towel. By 9:00 in the morning the coffee in the lobby was gone.
I enjoyed the Hotel stay. Will definately to back. Was a bit saddened that my concerns of cigarette smell both days I was there, where disregarded. In fact, he looked at me like he didn't understand what I was saying.
The stay in General was a delight. Convinient location.
No shampooing and no hair blower. little bit noisy.
Laundry achenes were great and front desk guy very helpful
Internet service spotty
Front End Staff
Smell of Room.
When the room was filthy it was cleaned within the hour of the second call.
The dirty sheets, staff attitude, The only immenities was a single bar of soap. There were two glasses one of which was damaged it leaked. There was a tiny tiny bag to put the ice in and it was it hygienic. Bathtub was dirty.
Easy convenient with elevator and luggage racks
No hair dryer-glad I had mine!
Clean room, good value for the money
A little out of the way, no hair dryer, no kleenex, no coffee....very basic
Close to downtown Burlington. Cheapest price around. Clean room. Pool.
The price reflects what you get. No shampoo in shower. No free internet. No breakfast. No fridge or iron in room. Just the basics...
Location was good, with an adjacent McDonald's and main hwy. access.
I do not recall booking a handicap room which had no vanity, just a wall hung sink. I get free Wi Fi at McDonald's and it cost me $3 to $4 to hook up. Come on! At $125 a night (Fri. night) I could have gotten a 'non chain' hotel/motel about 2 miles further out of the city with way more amenities at a much more reasonable price.
