location and price
Too much like in room at night, close to interstate
Bed was to small
The location was good, where I wanted to go.
The room was very small. Didn't like the cleanliness or the smell of the room
The entire staff was very courteous and attentive. The hotel is near AT&T Stadium and Six Flags. Breakfast included bacon and eggs, great value!!
Some in my group noticed some shady characters in the parking lot after dark but we had no issues.
Very friendly and courteous staff.
Location to where we were going was easy access
Outside of hotel run down I would not of felt safe if my husband had not been with me
Location n value
Too small rooms m mix-up with my rooms
outside - fence outside tore down in a couple of places room itself door - bottom of door had a whole in it. stairs to second floor had ruts in it. basically you could fall if you weren't paying attention bathrooms were not completely clean
Went in one night for the football game quite and right next to the stadium, will be staying again.
Car was still out there where we got ready to go places. Refrigerator work and microwave worked..
Room AC was loud, sink faucet was not stable tub dirty sheets smelled on the bed.. Not pleased at all.. And the room was in the back of the building blind spot
The price was ok
The room was small , also not the cleanest . I know that the price is low , but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be clean !
good location, staff efficient and friendly, good shower and beds nice clean pool, quiet rooms,no security problems, good place for the money
The inconvenience I encountered when I got to the hotel Saturday night where I couldn't get my room key to work and had to walk to and from the front desk multiple times to finally get in.
The check in took very little time. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy access to AT&T Stadium.
The price is right for the room.
Toilet was clogged.
Had virtually no interaction with staff other than check in, but she was prompt and courteous. The room was clean.
The room was poorly furnished and extremely small. Both beds were against the walls with only narrow walk space between them and a very narrow walk space at the foot of the beds.
Room was decent and clean
No WIFI as they advertise unless you want to go sit in the office
We were booked for 3 nights and immediately upon check in booked at a different hotel for the rest of the visit. Dirty, cigarette burns, holes in the wall, the deadbolt looked as if it was cut off. Very poor location. Shocked that a quality inn was so horrible.
They didn't have my reservation, so instead of a non smoking room with living quarters we got smoking, no living quarters which we were counting on someone sleeping on the couch. Plus they charged us more for less room. Not happy with Booking.com for not having the reservation
Relatively new Bathroom Fixtures, good quality mattress, iron box to press clothes
Carpet was very dirty in my room #118, it was black in color and was sticky, even bathroom flooring tiles were dirty. Also, AC didn't cool the room. If you are planning to have their breakfast, make sure you go to the pantry between 6-9AM, they'll remove everything after 9.
excellent breakfast!! Great staff.
rooms are small
The route from the motel to Six Flags was easy to navigate. Accommodated us when we were given rooms that were unacceptable. The young man at the desk was professional.
Booking.com advertised a room with a king bed. When we arrived we were given a room with a queen bed. This was doable until we were told they didn't have a roll away for our granddaughter. They moved us to a room with two full sized beds. This was also doable until we started encountering further problems. The walls and floors were filthy, we had to wear shoes because our feet turned black.Tthe iron had a tar like substance on the iron and would not heat, the internet was down, the deadbolt on the door stuck and finally, the air conditioning unit was stuffed with Kleenex along each side to keep the outside air and light from coming through. Not a relaxing experience.
They're was dead bugs in the bathroom.the room had a funky smell. I only paid sixty bucks for one night and the experience I had wasn't worth it.There was cockroaches under the a.c. the a.c barely blew out cold air. There was dry blood on the sheets. The breakfast was aWful.the bacon and eggs were me fake than mcds food. The juice was not juice it was watery like. The staff there were nice although they eye not very helpful work the computer. Seemed careless. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Liked how the hotel was close to where we needed to go, which was the At&T stadium. Also saw how close the hotel was to the Rangers' baseball stadium and six flags. The hotel didn't look very appealing from the outside but our room was updated, clean, and main office/ breakfast area was very nice as well. I did go off of reviews for this hotel and was pleased. The location of this hotel made our trip so much easier!!
The parking the size of the room the weird smell in the lobby the ac unit in our room didn't work. WE DIDN'T STAY WE WENT DOWN THE ROAD AND STAYED AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, IT WAS THAT DAMN BAD.
