Motel 6 Hollywood  

Rooms were updated, very clean. Guy at front desk was polite. It's very close of walk to walk of fame and places to dine.

Rooms are small, and you can hear your loud neighbors. Noise was a prob.

I really like the location.

Hidden cost of the car parking

Great location for Hollywood Blvd, Walk of Fame and easy access to attractions such as Universal Studios. 5 minute walk to the Metro Hollywood/Highland Station. Good value for money with all the basics needed. The staff were very helpful.

Can be quite noisy inside the motel, hearing people walk on the floor above and party goers on the weekend.

Location was excellent, Clean rooms Guy on reception was very helpful.

The girl on the desk was very, very unhelpful. The 2 guys were very good tho!!!

Location. Check in guy was very polite and friendly. Just what i needed after a long flight. Elevator worked. Wifi was good. Big rooms. Comfortable bed.

Other guests were very noisy at night. The cleaning staff were really noisy during the day. The heater/cooler/fan made alot of noise too. No hair dryer. The TV was locked with a code. The towels were very scratchy and small. No kettle. No extra blankets or pillows. Had to go right down to the lobby for ice. Long black hairs in the bed. Would suit someone ONLY needing a bed for the night. Don't try to sleep during the day!

There was no microwave in the room. You have to pay to park at the motel. The lot was full so we had to pay even more to park somewhere else. Very inconvenient. It was noisy all night. People running in halls. You can hear the elevator door open and close and every sound. Didn't get sleep!

The bed was the absolute worst! The floor would have been better.

Sheets and bedding was not great otherwise up to my standards for an affordable room

Redone rooms, and most importantly, the front desk staff.

That the rooms were remodel.

good location for what we were doing in LA. We made reservations for a return visit because of that.

parking is very limited so we generally leave and come back early so we can avoid that.

staff were polite and very friendly. Coming from another country, you would like to have meet nice people to make the trip more enjoyable. Thanks Gary.

It could have done with a wardrobe but thats just a small matter.

It was clean, modern, and affordable

The people upstairs ran back and forth all night, I couldn't get enough rest. The walls are thin.

The location is great! Located next to the Egyptian Theater, restaurants, Hollywood walk of fame. The rooms are clean and cozy with free internet and cable TV.

They do not give you a receipt after each payment and give a long digital one at the end. This was confusing and we had to go back to the video cameras to confirm the transactions.

Location and only location otherwise not worth it

wifi doesn't work in room try say weak signal please come in lobby to use as there is strong signal there Staff at reception is a bit cold I suggested they should have a weighing scale for luggage for guest to check and use but try just didn't bother I booked cab to goto airport from motel 6 It looked like private cab which motel 6 has relations but Cab service didn't use meter nor was any Rate card or process discussed or informed to me And the service of the cab driver was pathetic too pushy for tips and was talking on phone whole time while driving And I was not comfortable with it

The room was adequate.

The building was a dump in the middle of a dumpy area. There was construction going on adjacent to the elevator, so I was requested to use the fire escape stairs that opened on the alley to get to my third floor room.

The hotel was good value for the money. Rooms clean and comfortable. No onsite parking but paid parking available in the same street. Computers available which was good as we were not carrying laptops etc. Close to Hollywood which is a bonus . Renovations being carried out but did not impact on our stay.

Had to carry heavy bags up a few stairs into foyer a ramp would have helped
