    The Motel6 that i stayed at had redone the interior of the room. Simple , but nice for the cost .

    Bedding is adequate for the price of room , perhaps get rid of box spring would improve feel. Minor dislike.

    Friendly staff, room was clean and no issues when we asked for clean towels for the second night stay.

    Room had odd odor when we first arrived. Ice machine only in lobby.

    When I arrived 7/25/14, it was around 2:00 am. I was tired, but I couldn't rest because one of the beds' cover sheets was very dirty with black marks on it. I took the pictures of it and showed to the front desk lady. She gave me a new sheet. Her customer service was okay. She couldn't deliver the sheet to my room, so I had to go down to the front desk to pick it up and prepared the bed myself because no one was around but her. On the day I checked out 7/26/14, I felt very sick; nausea, weak and exhausted. While I was sitting on a couch to wait for my sister to check out at 12:30 PM, I threw up in a plastic bag. The front desk lady who was pregnant told my sister that I needed to go outside because she didn't want to see that with a very rude voice. I couldn't walk without my sister's help. She showed no sympathy but very rude and unacceptable attitude toward a sick customer. I wonder how she could get hire in the first place if she doesn't have customer service skills. I felt so horrible and wonder how many customers got treated the way I got treated. I paid for my stay and don't think I deserved to be treated like that. I think this hotel has turned away many customers because their employees don't have customer service skills or they don't care about the business. I hope my situation should be brought up to the management. I will post this on Yelp to help other customers to be aware of this hotel's customer service. Thanks,

    Not one thing

    My room had used dirty sheets with stains. The rooms were nonsmoking yet there was smoke billowing out of rooms into the hallway. The TV reception was bad. There was mold on the shower floor. It is by far the worst place I have EVER stayed in my life.

    clean quiet room. Good location for my requirements.

    reserved a non-smoking room. When I got there (5:00pm) they said they didn't have a non-smoking room avaialable. Note, I booked the room 5 days in advance. Stayed 3 nites. I got back from my business late at night, All three nights I had to go down to the front desk and re-activate my entry card to get in the room.

    Front desk staff very nice.

    I was with two teen girls and they put us in the only room that was outside the security doors. THe girls were frighten about the stairs that lead right up to our door from the back parking lot. Not very sensitive. Also they mentioned twice that I hadn't booked the room through them.

    I liked the professionalism the front desk provided me. Also love the convenience of being able to park in front of my room.

    airplane noise but i actually slept thru it and it was muffled by the air conditioner. would like to get special offers for Motel 6.

    We had three rooms. Door was stuck shut. If there was a fire would have burned to death. Clogged toilet. Top room. Door not to code. My four year old could open the door!!! Dogs barking on and off. Could not get a pillow. I was told nobody was available to get us one, we offered to come and get it. She was all alone?

    Best of all it was the close location to John Wayne airport, the staff was fine and, nice to have free coffee to go.

    The room was older but worst of all it smelled awful. What stunk was two items...1) The carpet smelled like had been left wet in a closed room for some time 2) the bathroom smelled of bleach like a strong chemical solvent was used to clean it and it was very over powering. It gave us a not so sure feeling about the rest of the room cleanliness (ie pillows, sheets and mostly the bed spread. People or kids running up and down the hallway made it tough to sleep at night.

    Price and location

    No shampoo packets and artificial creamer for complimentary coffee in lobby. Front desk gave me the wrong directions to the property when I called for directions prior to arriving. Otherwise, the visit was what I expected.

    Nothing

    Whole place smells of cigarrette and fungus. Dont ever go there unless you are ok with breathing in asbestos and hearing cars wiz by right outside your door. Noise is unbearable due to freeway being right next to roaach motel.

    1. A cockroach in the bath room 2. No floor mat (to wipe feet) in the bath room 3. Towel looked old and dirty 3. Big holes and stains on the comforter 4. Too noisy when a neighbor take shower 5. Reservation was for 2 nights but the room key only worked one night and we had to go and get a different one for the 2nd night.

    The location was great. Right off of the freeway and very easy to find.

    The room was filthy. Bedding had cigarette burns and looked dirty. Carpet in room was dirty and disgusting. The room smelled. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were overused to the point that they no longer resembled pillows.

    The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. I was scheduled to stay 6 nights and when I checked in they suggested that i make the reservation for 7 nights as it would give me the week rate and save me $20 total. they did explain that it there would not be maid service every day but that I could get clean towels at eh front desk etc...

    tends to have a lot of children there so was a little noisy in the day time
