The staff was helpful when you asked them questions.
The room was incredibly gross. There were roaches, broken bed, burn holes in the comforter, hair in the towels, no toilet paper, body fluids on the walls and ceiling, and food (maybe that's what it was anyway) dried up on the tables.
Everything at the hotel in our room had been remodeled! Very spacious and enjoyable!
Only thing my family did not like was there wasn't enough pillows and no coffee pot in the room
The motel is located in a risky, insalubrious area ( gang war, dealers, pervert...)
The room had been redone nicely.
The neighborhood was sketchy and there were roaches.
The real New Orleans, the old harbor. Close to several fast food chains and Family Dollar-like stores. Fair price.
Long bus rides to the business center. Otherwise, pleasing and faster than you imagine.
We liked the large room and quiet
only good beds in the room and enough parking for our car!
everything other than beds and parking!!
Right off the highway and only a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter.
The motel was dingy and smelly. The key access doors didn't close on their own so anyone could gain access - not very safe. The rooms didn't have much furniture other than the beds and a tiny table. I know this is a budget motel but that shouldn't mean it has to be filthy. I wish people took care of their businesses like they mean business.
The room looked so much better in person then in the pictures. The double room is huge with wood-like floors. Considering the hotel clerk was dealing with a difficult customer, we were still checked into our room in a timely manner.
There wasn't any Wi-Fi & they do not provide an iron & of course no ironing board. Luckily I went during Mardi Gras cuz no one cares. Lol
I didn't like how plain the room Was. No shampoo or conditioner. No dressers. Can hear everyone else in building. Location was close to travel to French Quarter but the noise from highway wasn't pleasant.
Grocery stores nearby
We had to wait a very long time because the man behind the desk had the wrong price and wont give us the price we had from booking.com so he had to make some calls before he gave us the right price. There were some black dots on the sheets walls are very thin you can heare everything what your neighbors are doing
For starters, this place looks nothing like the photos on this site. This was literally the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. While sleeping, we were bitten by bed bugs, and upon inspecting the mattress we saw sevreal more. We notified the front desk and they moved us to a new room, but were rude about it. Our new room was dirtier than the first with what looked like vomit splattered on the wall, an old dog treat just laying on the floor, and stained sheets. My socks were black after 5 minutes. We quickly decided to leave. Would never recommend that anyone stay here.
It was OK and I liked that it was clean and comfortable
I didn't like that the rooms don't come with a small refrigerator and microwave so that we could keep our drinks cool or warm up our food but other than that it was OK. Plan to come again
Price was good and comfort was OK.
Difficult to get a taxi as a bit out of the way. If here with your own car it would be fine.
The price, the room is big and the bathroom was clean an new.
Although I reserved four nights, the guy who checked us in told us that according to their system, I had reserved only three, and if I wanted to stay one more night, I would have to pay a lot more then the price I was informed when I booked the rooms on booking. I showed him the reservation confirmation and proved that I had reserved for four nightS then he called Booking, which told him that I was right, but he insisted that I could not stay on the motel for one more night paying the same price I had booked for. Only after 30 minutes telling that we weren't going anywhere until he correct their mistake and allow us to stay all the four nights, that I had reserved, paying the price I had agreed to pay previously, they allowed us to do it. I'll never recomend this motel for my friends!
Unclean rooms ( old apple) under bed. Dangerous back entrance, no secure, dirty carpet, walls dirty broken up parking lot. Harry a/n/a DeePack @ front desk hard to work with did not want to secure a safer location, reluctant to make accommodations, accused me falsely of using the room, when I never got to the room because I feared for my life at the back entrance. Finally with major discussion and creating a scene he gave me a room closer to the entrance. Never should any respectable traveler, family, single or elderly person book at room at this location
The rooms are very spacious and have been recently remodeled. It does appear as though they have some more things to work on. The room has wood flooring instead of carpet which was very nice and gave a clean feel.
Housekeeping. They failed to clean the room. Even with the sign out requesting them to clean. The manager apologized and gave an excuse that they only come by once and they must have come by early while we had the do not disturb sign out.
Quite and gated
Good location not far from the French Quarter. Easy access. Friendly staff. I would recommend change the beds.
Good pricing, near downtown.
The convenience to everything downtown. The commute was literally minutes away. The staff was nice. Great place to crash while traveling with friends. The rooms are spacious. I just love the fact that it is really just minutes away from everything. Love, love, love the location.
The location is a bit off putting. I was unfamiliar with this particular area. The decor is outdated. Not enough storage space. Would not feel comfortable bringing my family to stay, not a family atmosphere.
Bad, unsafe location, very noisy (next to the highway where you hear the traffic all night long). Barey furnished. Lobby is closed from 7pm - 7am where you have to talk to bullet proof glass.
Close to the French Quarter
The hotel was dirty, walls, carpet, floors, outside. The beds were OLD!! Sheet's were clean that was ad out it.
Wood floors (plastic)
Roaches in the room. Pillows and blankets were awful and had burn holes in them
