(1)For two days I complained, due to strong cigarette smell in my room. the person next to my room was a heavy smoker. but thanks to the girls of front desk, everything was solved. thanks (2) No fridge, no microwave in the room.
air conditioning excellent. Beds Location. Front desk staff.
Didn't have a bad experience here.
Front desk people were very nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet.
The area where the microwave sits was not clean. The elevator was very dirty. Most of the staff were friendly but one told me they didn't have wifi but I was able to get on the connection in my room.
The rooms were really nice and clean. I like that they were updated!
I didn't like The fact that I reserved a smoking room and upon arrival there weren't anymore smoking rooms. Not to mention I ended up with a handicapped room. When I clearly did not request for one.
It was cheap, but not so much so that our room shouldn't have been cleaned and beds made in 3 days. They offered a "coffee service", but twice there were no cups and often the pot was empty. The towels are a very poor quality and tiny size too.
Don't expect anything extra here, no shampoo, no free wifi, no breakfast, no fresh towels or beds made daily. It is no frills, no fancy amenities-but it is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the tub/shower is large with lots of hot water and the motel is smack in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The price was right and the location better. If you need a place to sleep and you're not looking for fancy this is it.
The water heater only worked for 1 shower.
Our room was not cleaned during our stay and no trash cans in the room.
The hotel was clean, good parking, staff provided extra towels without hesitation and the room was exactly as photos provided online.
The staff was helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. Will book again.
That I requested for an iron but I never received it because you had to share with everyone in the building.
It wasn't far from where we needed to go very good surrounding . Very clean .
I didn't like my stay at Motel 6 because the staff was not polite no customer service. The room was not up to standards the bed was not comfortable. Overall the Motel 6 was an 2 out of a 10
My stay I didn't too much like anything about the Motel 6
The thin walls allowed me to hear everything from the vacuum in the halls to the person across the way singing and to the baby screaming a few doors down.
The modern updated look of the rooms.
Comfortable stay. Good value. Reasonably close to the downtown.
The bed was a little bit to firm for me but was perfect for my spouse.
I liked the relaxing colors in the room.
Room looked like it wasn't finished with cleaning. No towels. Had to buy our own toilet paper since what they gave us was wet and stained!!??!! Covers were stained. Just not clean.
Location was nice and convenient. Staff was very friendly.
EVERYTHING WAS FINE FOR ME AND THE KIDS
Booked a room with single bed a month ahead of time and when I got there all that were left were double bed rooms. Plus the computers were not working so couldn't check in when I got there at around 4 pm after driving all day. Had to wait 2 hours more for that. Power went out most of the first night and apparently they have no generators because nothing worked, not even a light. No coffee pot, iron, had a blood stain on my sheet. I have stayed in good motel 6's before but this one is terrible.
The night security card was nice
We booked a queen room and were given a full size bed. Took an hour for the check in lady to check us in she was talking and flirting with guys. Sink had spots in it. They refused to refund our money and argued with us about the room we booked. Very unprofessional and not worth the money.
The only bad thing I'd have to say is that the site we used to book made it seem like we would be closer to the city. The first day and a half we were there we spent $90 on cabs. Luckily we figured out that about 1/2 mile down the service road there was a bus stop which had service into New Orleans. For $3 each we could get all day passes which would allow us to not only get to and from the city, but use all in-city transport as well. Much more economical, and the buses and street cars run quite frequently.
The room was much nicer than anticipated, all hardwood floors and a good amount of space in both the main room and the bathroom. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very helpful.
Only i would have liked was a microwave and fridge
Probably the nice motel 6 I have stayed at. Love that it was 10 minutes from the quarter.
the night staff were rude and we're arguing with me about the pricing when I hAve the itinerary in hand , weren't very welcoming
beds were ok and very clean
Lack of towels and toilet paper. Could not check in until after 7pm
Very clean room
Door handle broke, room keypad was dead, wasn't any towels in bathroom, and left phone in room..came back it was gone
