When we entered the non-smoking room, it smelled really bad, like someone just smoked in it!
I liked the new renovations
The bed seemed liked a full size bed versus a queen bed.
clean room, updated floors and bath fixtures
Asked staff and front desk on 3 occossions and different people for an extra two pillows- Never received
Bad internet connection Requested towels and extra sheets never got them On service road
staff was professional and courteous. Rooms newly remodeled. Very plain but clean. The price was great. I got good value for my money.
I did not rent a car during my 3 day stay. So the location if the motel is not centrally located. Costly taxi rides. Rent a vehicle or bring lots off cab fare.
Stains in some parts of the room.... No morning breakfast....
The price was the only redeeming quality.
The room did not seem to be cleaned. I found dried urine on the toilet seat. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the room and hall smelled like smoke. Two of the lights did not work. The room only included the basics: no breakfast, no wifi, no hair dryer, no shampoos, nothing but the room...
The room was nicely decorated and cozy.
The room was small for a queen one bed. No breakfast. Vending machines...
The front desk staff were polite and accomodating. The room was neat and clean. The Motel was easily accessible.
The bed was too soft. We did not receive enough towels or the right size towels on any day. The key cards repeatedly deactivated. The hall way and elevator were not clean.
The room smelt like cigarettes and the hallway smelt like marijuana. Couldn't use the ac/ heater because the smell got worse! Horrible!!!
Seemed recently undated.
Front desk clerk was extremely rude. The sink and bathtub in our room was dirty, which the manager (Matt) did come and clean himself, there was no tub stopper and we were never able to find the tv remote.
They had a young maintenace man that was very courteous and helpful. I believe his name was Thadius
The bed linen smelled and looked dirty. The A/C would not shut off it was freezing in the room
The young man at the front desk was pleasant and got me into my room quickly.
Dead cockroach on the floor of the bathroom. Need I say more? I will: it wasn't there when I arrived and must have been swept in. Nice. Debris under the bed remained there throughout my Friday-Sunday visit, and a piece of cat food - not brought by me! - seemed to enjoy a permanent place on the bathroom floor. Forget about printing a boarding pass. No clue as to how to get WiFi, if there was any. Bedding was discolored and meager.
Beds quite good.
Wifi is paid but hardly work, dryers were out of service for 3 days of our stay, staff is not trained at all, useless, common areas dirty and worn off.
Hotel was new and clean
There was no breakfast, wifi, microwave and refrigerator in The room. Many hotels have those included in The price. Far from downtown. I wouldnt prefer again
It was a nice and recently renovated hotel. Very clean and the beds were super comfy. It was a good value for the $. Even though it was a bit further out of the city than I would have liked, it was worth the extra 5 minutes drive for the clean and comfortable accommodations.
Not a huge room, but enough for 4 people for a few days. If you are planning on hanging out at the hotel a lot with several people, get a bigger place, but as a "landbase" for festivities, it was great.
clean, met my needs, staff was friendly,
thin walls, no way to block out exterior noises.Wished the bathroom had a vent
There was a really big dog in the lobby.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Matt was great.
Large German Sheppard dogs that the gentleman could not control. Came off the elevator and started coming at you. Seems kinda noisy as to we could hear everything going on in the hallways. No hairdryers.
The desk worker was friendly and very helpful
Trash over flowing in the hallway
Construction filth everywhere, stains in bathroom, unprofessional desk area, unsecured entry. Horrible sound proofing, next door discussions sounded like they were standing IN our room.
excellent place to stay for the price
pay wifi service no iron no safe no refrigerator no microwave oven short towel( the big is shorter than 3 feet) dirty , dirty, dirty hotel people post good comments in order to increase this review grade higher
Far from bus stop
The price for staying in New Orleans was great. Not far from downtown. Good neighborhood. Compared to price to stay downtown this hotel was great.
