tv was not clear and we didn't have a microwave
The new renovation was very nice. Felt that everything was clean and new.
There was no soap, no phone book, no clock and the drape was only held up by half of the hooks, so it sagged a lot. It would have been nice to have had a comfortable chair in the room for reading or watching TV, rather than having to sit or lay on the bed. Perhaps the room details hadn't been completely finished as adjoining rooms were still under renovation.
Good service, friendly staff.
Booking process, thought I booked downtown Ogden, based on map, when the confirmation came, I realized it was Riverdale. Not as good a location. 2. Room just renovated and new, but void of amenities. No chairs, table, desk, etc. Just a bed in a big empty room.
Remodeling, very nice and clean.
Call girls for construction workers back and forth on sidewalk by our window. High heels and talking outside our window all night. We are not prudes, but would like quiet. We will return but will request another location on property.
Room freshly upgraded with new paint and possibly bath.
The site was almost inacessible with road construction on and off the property. The outside doors were inoperable to building making easy access for anyone. I counted a half-dozen units or so that were fit for occupancy. Motel 6 should have closed the entire facility. There was no holder for toilet paper in bath.
Paid WiFi and soap foam with mud and hairs on a sheet. Very unexpected for hotel chain.
Good location and access
Access was a little tricky because of the construction.
The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate, a reasonable price and close to restaurants and shopping.
Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was clean.
You have to pay for internet. No shampoo in rooms, only soap. No Breakfast. Location was hard to find, lots of construction in the area.
it had laundry facilities, a helpful staff and was exactly what we needed for the nights stay.
Close to Hill Air force Base - you can watch the planes from the parking lot.
Window facing the wall of the adjacent building- pot holes in the road going up to the motel.
Suite was roomy and convenient for my family. Pool was great.
No complimentary shampoo and conditioner. old/unclean motel.
The staff was very nice and very apologetic.
The room was very very dirty, stained carpet, an empty lotion bottle found in the cordidn't dust in every corner. Not to mention the fact there was not a single amenity that worked correctly, both ice machines were broken and down, the vending machines didn't work and the soda I did get was hot, not warm, hot.
The motel is located in a quiet area which allowed me for a good night sleep.
Agent did not have room advertised via Booking.com so we had to get a "deluxe" room which consisted on a stupid fridge and microwave. Room poorly kept up. Don't think I would return there and don't think I would use booking.com again.
I just wanted a place to sleep and I needed it to be QUIET! It was. :)
Some of the other customers I passed in the hall looked scary.
Very good location and the grounds around the motel and the driveway into the motel were lovely. ]
My husband has sleep apnea and sleeps with a bipap and needs electrical power for it and the only electrical outlets was across the room from the bed. The clerk at the front desk could not provide an extension cord so we had to go to Walmart and buy one. Something like this should be provided.
Very dirty room. No air conditioning working. Non smoking room stunk of smoke.
no towels sat morning ants in bath toilet ran all the time notified desk, problem not solved room not cleaned on Saturday will not return
Friendly staff, nice room with great amenities(desk, microwave, fridge). Great value, clean room for the price. Very quiet. A great stop over on our trip.
The bathroom was a bit small. You had to get to and stand at the side of the toilet to shut the door. It is definitely not made for physically handicapped people.
desk staff was excellent
Not used to paying for Wi-fi
The room was clean, roomy and the bed was comfortable.
It did not have a coffee pot, refrigerator or microwave. $2.99 a day for internet if you want it. I'm not sure why they charge extra for 2 adults sleeping in the same bed.
I thought my non smoking room smelled like smoke, i had a cigarette burn in the sheet and the chairs were stained and filthy
