The staff changed our room when asked
We asked for a non smoking, was given a smokers room that reeked. The door to this room would not close all the way and self lock. The second room had LONG black hairs all over the towels and bedding.
It was only $50/night. Location is decent in terms of being close to downtown.
Non-smoking hallway smelled very much like smoke, as did our room. Hallways around motel were very sketchy, like out of a horror movie. Don't expect this to be luxurious or even comfortable. It's a bed to sleep in, that's it. You also might run into some drugged out folks.
The place looked seedy and run down. Worn out carpet in the halls a tacky high gloss pure white paint on all the walls, halls and rooms.
The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.
Older hotel and facilities weren't the prettiest. Room seemed clean though.
Price and available at the time of booking.
Carpet was so dirty that feared for my shoes.
The AC worked.
We were told at check in the rooms were quiet. But the construction outside was very noisy and we couldn't sleep. At 2 am in the desk clerk said we could refund at check out. Desk clerk in the morning was a rude lady who would not refund. Shower had mold and there is no place to potty your pets at all.
Great room- very clean. Good shower. Wonderful, helpful staff
Location kind of off the freeway Hallways kind of stink and carpet coming up
The price and the night manager was very helpful.
Room was dirty. Bed was not clean. Bugs and spider nest. Lot of traffic noise, especially motorcycles, all hours of the night.
The price was ok, and it had a nice little outdoor pool.
The hallway carpets were filthy and worn out, so stretched they had waves in them that you had to be careful not to trip over. The hallways smelled bad and were very hot. There were cobwebs hanging on the walls near the ceiling and spilled soda or coffee on the walls both in the room and in the bathroom.
Pool and price
Too soft bed
We stayed during July and the temps were over 100 F every day. The air conditioner was great and kept the room nice and cool the whole time. Although we chose the hotel in part because of the pool, we didn't take the opportunity to use it. However, the pool looked very well maintained and clean.
The bed was a disappointment. Hard as a board, so it was difficult to get to and stay asleep despite the cool room temp. Every morning started with a backache from the bed, not a good way to begin the day. The pillows were of prison quality, small and flat. We did miss an in-room fridge, the cable channel choice was decidedly small, and although there was soap provided, no shampoo was. We realize that this is definitely a low-end motel, so we didn't have much expectation of comfort, but having a good bed is critical no matter what the price level. If you can't sleep in comfort, what's the point?
Room was clean. Close to a Denny's and other places to eat.
Carpets dirty in hallway. Room had lingering smoke smell from ciggaretts
I did not like that you allowed smoking in the hotel. Even the non smoking rooms smelled of smoke. It was disgusting.
Horrible beds and smell
We were there because I was running a half marathon so we really didn't spend a lot of time in the motel. It was close to the start and finish line and that made it very convenient which was why I chose it.
Carpets, etc. were kind of old and had a few stains.
The fact that the staff was polite and apologetic the next morning and also in returning an item that was left behind in the confusion of what happened that evening.
There was a bad situation that kept us up most of the night and wasn't resolved until 4:30 am. We wanted to leave but were not comfortable exiting our room. Sometimes the staff cannot control who enters their premises but they should have resolved the situation in a more timely manner.
The rate was good.
It was very old and looked warn down
Great price, close to Snowbasin ski resort so very convenient.
We could smell smoke in the hallway even though we had a non-smoking room. Need to do something about that since every time we left the room, smoke smell would come inside. We had to open a window to clear the smell of that smoke.
You get what you pay for. Comforter was alright, and the shower took about 3-5 minutes to warm up. I thought I was gonna take a cold shower. Let it ran for 10 minutes until it got to a decent, warm shower.
Extremely noisy, noise from other rooms on both sides and from above at all hours of the night. Extremely noisy bathroom fans. Didn't sleep at all.
NO FREE WIFI, NO GOOD
Attendant at the front desk was decent.
When i stayed there on midnight at 12/3/13 the wifi took three hours to function properly and two phone calls to the computer tech, as well as one phone call from the hotel attendant to the tech to get it to work. 3 hours of wasted time for an exhausted person.
The price was reasonable. The front desk gentleman was very nice.
Parking lot is difficult to get into if you have a large vehicle and a trailer. The walls are very thin. There is no grass for your pet unless you walk out if the property.
