Quiet night for such a large complex
Weak breakfast. Did not receive 1st floor room as requested when booking.
The minute you sat on the bed, it sunk, no matter where. The only part that didn't sink was the middle, and having two adults in a king size bed in the middle of it defeated the whole purpose of having a king size bed. Was definitely not worth the money.
Front desk; rooms; bathrooms yucky; beds ugly; just the whole experience was horrible
free breakfast but would be better if they offer hot breakfast
My son was excited to go swim but disappointed as the water looks dirty.
Beds Noise Area
Pool was too dirty to get into, breakfast was terrible, pancake machine broken, cant take plate to room, limited selection, very bad. Bed not comfortable, toilet plugged.
This hotel was clean and within driving distance to pretty much everything.
The only bad thing was its right next to the highway and there was a lot of traffic noise but once you turn on air unit its not unreasonable.
Reservation had arrival time attached, but still had to wait almost 2 hrs for a room to be available.
The location was good for our plans. The weeknight cost was fair.
We booked online and the surprise Friday night cost of 70. was much higher than the weekly rate of 33. Breakfast rule of not taking food to your room was a bit strict.
Price. The price was very reasonable.
There was a $50 refundable cash deposit for local visitors. It is understandable why they keep a deposit as an incentive against trashing the room. I would mention this cash deposit in the advertisement for the hotel on various websites. I personally don't like surprises.
Breakfast mostly carbs except for oranges and some apples..
Everything from the price, the location t9 the great staff
dryers were down5
Had to come up with a cash deposit.
Close to mall and castle and coasters
Asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room which reaked. Went for breakfast at 8 and was all gine
Ask for a room on the "quiet" side - that makes a difference! The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The maid service did a terrific job each day. The PTAC unit (AC) acted as an effective white-noise machine. The bed was comfortable and six pillows (three on each queen bed) let me build a nest ... like I do ... I know ... I'm weird. I slept beautifully for three nights (that never happens!). I did not partake of the free breakfast - so, no comments on this. The motel is located on Highway 17, a north-south highway. The motel can be reached very easily via the Cactus or Thunderbird exits. There are a couple of gas stations on Cactus and a 7-11 for late night snacks. Getting anywhere in Phoenix is pretty gosh darn easy. The 17 North goes to Flagstaff and Sedona. 17 South will get you to Tucson. The 17 connects with Loop 101 and the I-10, which will get you to Scottsdale, Tempe, and downtown Phoenix within minutes. At this price point and location ... yes, I would stay here again!
Nothing at all.
Nothing in particular.
Called the property to ask for first floor due to disability and guaranteed late check..I was not given a first floor room...didn't know area and they were going to charge me as a no show. She assisted me as much as possible, left me in a pAinful situation from climbing stairs
The people working the morning were nice.
Don't even know where to start. Don't go! You're better off heading to a KOA.
Just beside the freeway, very convenient
Receptionist won't smile Breakfast was poor
We did not get the room we requested. Maintenance walked in on us once we were in our room. At least 2 hours of our stay was wasted because they had a telephone tec working on our phone, which we didn't even need. We were given tickets for the free breakfast but no idea what they were for until we spoke to the morning staff about the breakfast. We didn't even sleep in our bed because it was full of hair and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Also, my boyfriend got violently I'll after eating their breakfast. It was a horrible stay.
Location Price compared to others
Our keys didn't work 5 times The place was dirty and had bugs The room smelled musty and smokey The place needs paint and repair The room was cramped
The bed was very comfortable and the hotel served its purpose. We were their for pro bowl and super bowl so we didn't need a hotel that we would be spending time at the pool. If I was looking for a hotel I would be spending time around a nice pool, I would choose a different hotel. The cleaning staff was amazing.
I can't think of anything I didn't like the hotel. For the price and the purpose of our trip it was fine. Maybe one minor dislike would be the room smelled a little bit like old smoke and the outdoors smelled like sewer every so often.
The receptionist was friendly and the room was clean.
