Guest from room above getting up to the bathroom a 100 times at night with heavy footstep. Poor isolation between the floor levels.
Very clean rooms and grounds
Smoking area next to pool, wind blew smoke over pool area.
The accebility the people in the front desk gave us even though he was new and the training the lady was giving him was excellent.
It was clean and quiet.
The bathroom had bad lighting and it was too small.
Great location. Easy to find.
Room smelled bad. Stale cigarette smell.
Clean, quiet, pleasant staff, free parking
Wi-Fi is paid separately (not expensive) and is horribly slow (I tried the slower version, but the faster is supposed to be only twice as fast - two times horrible is still horrible). In other motels I get for free much better Wi-Fi then here paid.
The staff was very kind
Poop on carpet very smelly room. I checked out 3 days early and haven't received refund. Not happy
If you basically just need a place to sleep at night, it serves the purpose. It's by no means a luxury experience, but if you just need a bed and a bathroom for a couple of nights, then it does the job for a reasonable price. Don't stay here if you're looking to have relaxing time in your room.
My room did not have a fridge or microwave. I also asked the front desk to call a cab for me, but was told to do it myself in the room, but my room phone did not work. The deadbolt on my door also popped out when it was open and so I couldn't close the door, and hotel staff wouldn't come to look at it and told me I had to "wiggle the door handle around" which also did not work. The walls are also very thin; I would recommend downloading a white noise app on your phone for when you sleep and then it's no big deal.
Honestly, other than the price everything was sub-sub standard.
Unclean sheets (unchanged) Sticky furniture Charge for uselessly slow WiFi And attitude of the desk clerk in the morning.
location, clean, quiet
no coffee maker or refrigerator... no hot tub
Easy to find, convenient to Portland and Bridgeport Village
No free wifi, bed was like a wooden plank, obvious spelling mistakes on the notices in the room, a little pricey for a motel 6 given the other options in the area.
Good price, friendly staff, clean rooms.
They didn't in force there no smoking policy, no refrigerator in rooms, and you have to pay nightly for wifi.
The weather outside.
Bed, internet, staff, location next to strip bar, toilet overflowed, door would not open or close, manager called police on me for complaining. Bad motel
Friendly staff Friendly housekeeping Cleanliness of room
NOISE inside and out Uncomfortable bed and pillows Bathroom too small Cheap toilet paper; no facial tissue Broken fixtures and torn chair Water pressure poor No laundry facility WiFi costs but does not work well
The pool was great, the staff was great the room was always clean
Need to provide fride and microwave for long term stayers.. Difficult to keep family in the room when you have to use one of the garbage cans as a fridge.. Customers could save more money on eating out as well if they were provided and would be more likely to stay. Some sort of small insect that bites resides around the pool furniture
The location. It was right off the freeway and lots of food options near by.
The curtain was falling and no one fixed it. The wasn't a fridge or coffee maker in the room which is inconvenient. But you get what you pay for. We also asked for an ironing board and no one ever dropped it off.
location/room seemed like a cave/no coffee in room, had to go to the office.
Close to location needed
smell in exit lobby
Location was great, it was comfortable and clean. That's all we were looking for as we were returning from the STP.
the parking lot was being resurfaced.
Did not give me the facilities in the type of room we reserved. Over charged on the cotracted price. Would not stay there again nor recomend it to anyone.
poor WiFI speeds, staff not too friendly
The booking.com price was not honored at the time of check in. I reserved the room for $59.99 plus 10% tax. At check in, I was charged $75.89. I was told the extra charge was because it was Saturday. Every time I stay there it is a Saturday. I've never been charged extra. Why wasn't the charge noted on booking.com? This extra charge seems discretionary or selective. I'll explore other options when I return to Portland next month.
