Good location and fairly comfortable and quiet. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Coffee available all day. No breakfast. Tv had to be re-set as the remote did not work. The air con was very noisy.

Room was clean Vending machines didnt work, hot tub didnt work, room microwave and refrigerator didnt work, no coffee pot in the room, no alarm clock, no free hbo as advertised, room tv was messed up had a green picture all the time.

The staff at the front counter was polite. The room was plain, no pictures or alarm clock. Very little furniture only two small chairs. There were no lamps only bright florescent lights. There was no way to hang the shower nozzle, so had to turn the water on and off to lather up. Mold on the wall above the shower tiles.

I really liked the indoor pool and hot tub both were very nice after a day of travel. Was also nice to have both of them to ourselves. Beds were a little hard, decor was kind of outdated.

Upon initial check in I had booked a smoking room because of price but I am a non smoker and I requested a ground floor because I am handicapped. The clerk informed me all smoking rooms were on 3rd floor but he would see what he could do and found me a room within 5 minutes. But he was so sociable and we had so much in commen I must have stood there and talked with him for an hour or more. When I got to my room the guests in the adjoining room began to make a lot of racket and tried to enter through the door I informed the front desk and it was immediately taken care of with the manager and 2 other staff members asking my neighbors to kindly leave the motel before the police were called. I would recommend this motel to anyone wanting a centralized location to get anywhere in Roswell quickly and be around friendly helpful staff that care about the guests stay and they DO NOT want any rif raf around to mess up your stay The heat outside but that's what my ac car is for

Good (but not great) location, nice room, helpful staff. During my two-night stay the wi-fi worked for only a minute or two. After the first night housekeeping missed my room completely.

Pool and hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of travel and sight seeing We booked a room with two queen sized beds . When we arrived we were told our room was on the third floor . Then told that that room was not available and another room like that the manager had said to give that room to someone else. So we ended up in a room on the bottom floor which I guess was ok it was right by the pool however the room was small and kind of crowded . However we still enjoyed our stay we were treated well by your staff and over all we enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy. Jason at the front desk was so cool! There was coffee in the lobby 24 hours, and vending machines on each floor. There was a pool and hot tub available. Plenty of parking. Hotel is old and in need of updating. The beds were short, and the bedspreads were really ugly! The hotel is about 1 block off Main St. but not bad.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war ok, für ein bis zwei Nächte. Gute Lage, Geschäfte und Essen in der Nähe. Ich persönlich war froh das wir nur eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten, da Roswell nicht so spektakulär ist. Selbst vom UFO Museum hatte ich mehr erwartet.

Nice and clean rooms ! The remote to the tv did not work! but on the other side i now live on a best western hotel wich is a real super hotel and the remote doesent work here eather!

The price of the rooms were good. The Service of the staff was good. The second room we rented was very cool and nice for the price. The room was very warm and never really cooled down. Talked to the manager of the hotel. Received a discounted room price since the AC didn't work well.
