Sid made the stay great!
Looks up to date, there is a good wifi signal in the room and everything looks really nice in general
Its a motel 6 so its on the road, so you may be disturbed by the noise (We weren't)
the room the grounds the cleaning staff the price , the fact i was put in an area away from offise where all the out of town workers were, and i was with my famYly!!!!! will nevewr gop back and will trll others not to stay there!
Abe made a great stay even better!
no carpet room was large
strong smell of bleach bathroom not very clean and you couldn't put your stuff nowhere no hairdryer hairs on the towels! too expensive for what you get. really dissapointing experience.
Everything. Staff was really nice!
Soda machine charges two dollars a bottle.
I didn't hear any noise from other residents and the place was booked all weekend. The room was clean. Not pretty, but clean.
There was no place to park. There's no counter space to put your tooth brush, hair stuff or any other items you typically use in a bathroom.
Awkward furniture placement in room
Close to the freeway to get on the road quickly.
There was no hairdryer, shampoo, and the towels were thin and treadbare.
Noise refrigerator. No hot water one morning. Parking
staff professional close to San Francisco
The bed was comfortable...but linens thin and scanty.
I had to bath in the sink. The shower/tub was not working (no water)! Mgt refused to service. Mgt charged full fees despite this unacceptable condition. Also, no effort was made to maintain quiet after 10:00 pm, and other tenants drank outside my window until 3:00 in the morning. I suspect the motel was accepting homeless vouchers because guests arrived with no luggage. It was a nightmare!
There wasn't much about this motel that would ever make me want to stay there again.
The staff wasn't very helpful or friendly. The room was dirty, there were no towels in bathroom, dirty floor mat in bathroom, the floors appeared to be unswept with dirt and hair on them, no parking so we were left to park in the next door furniture business' parking lot. For the money we spent I expected at least a clean room... I would never stay here again.
Close to freeway access, 15 from San Francisco , close Richmond bridge,
Gap in front door , smell of bleach was strong at first entry, parking after 6pm lot is full ask to parking at business next door
staff Sid was friendly but business like
I would like a cheaper price for off days when the motel is not jam packed I travel a lot and I think the price is high
NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER
maid service not thorough
The rooms were nice, staff was good. Nice experience overall.
It just seemed a little bit expensive for a Motel 6, but not a bad choice and would recommend it to others. Seems like Marin County Hotels are at least a $100 per night. This place would be awesome if it were $65-$75, at that price it would be hard to beat
we left early . freeway easy on and off
what a dump so scary . in the middle of shanti town .. the harbor they talk about is a ship dock . tons of homeless begging .. not one thing close to do . cant walk anywhere .. the room smelled like dog poo . the bed horrible . we had to wait to check in what a joke , even put the club on my car ..
I wanted to stay the night so that I could take a boat ride in Sausalito the next morning, and this was the cheapest hotel around. This was an incredibly seedy hotel. There were very shady characters right outside my front door, all night. I guarantee there were drug deals going on. The sheets were stained, and the room smelled. I came in late so I didn't have time to complain. I know that the area is expensive and rent is expensive, but I can't imagine someone paying 100 dollars a night for this very sketchy place. At least take the time to hire a security guard and do a better job keeping the room clean. You can pay a little extra and stay somewhere clean and safe.
The price was very good service and staff friendly and professional. The rooms very comfortable and clean our stay was very pleasant thank you'
I just remember going up and down the stairswells and commenting to my sister how dirty the stairwells and walkways were with gum and grime. maybe a good steam cleaning or a new paint would make a huge difference, however I am aware of the volume of folks that go through your places that must be tough, but that was what we noticed otherwise all was very good. Coffee in lobby was excellent :)
Price and laminate floors
Many items in Disrepair. Faucet, toilet and shower were not low flow-- drip in shower.
lack of parking on the street before 6pm is tough
