Score from 31 reviews Excellent
Pet friendly, clean, looked like it has had a fresh coat of paint and some new floors put in.
Uncomfortable beds, cramped room
Asked for a quiet location. Instead given a room above pool area and a huge noisy drunken party, exactly what we did not want.
Cheapest in the town for the quality offered.
No WiFy !!!!!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the room appeared clean. Sheets were clean. The room was quiet once patrons settled in for the night and the neighborhood dogs were able to settle down. The area was nice and felt safe.
Small, rough towels and not so pleasant smelling soap. While the room appeared clean, with up-graded laminate flooring, the room had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of stale smoke (it was a non-smoking room) and stale bodies.
The staff was friendly and for the incredibly low price for a one night stay (under $50), it provided a clean place to sleep. The bed was actually fairly comfortable. This was a surprise. It was a very basic motel.
The decor was very outdated and the room was small.
I almost went with another hotel, there are some nicer ones in the area for sure, but what won me over was the price. The other ones were at least twice the price. Sure they had breakfast but we had an awesome breakfast with the money we saved.
- dark room
Honestly good value if you just need to rest for the night. The staff were friendly and even helped me carry my bag upstairs. (Was traveling with the kiddo)
The sheets were a bit on the thin side for my liking but that's just an opinion.
I cannot find anything to attract us.
It is so inconvenient that no refrigerator is available. Fungi smell and tobacco smell are so terrible even for nonsmoking room.
NO HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF ROOM. NOT SEAT HIEGHT COMMODE. PUTTING IN FEW BARS DOES NOT MAKE A ROOM HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
Great staff. Clean room. Would stay there again.
Nice facility. Very nice staff.
They try to charge for wifi. How lame!
Liked the location on the main blvd, small fridge was also included.
Extra charge for internet, when it had been included in room cost of the Motel 6 that I stayed in the previous night. Please standardize to include it with the room cost at all locations. No rooms were available on the bottom floor.
The staff was really nice and helpful and I was suprised how much I liked the room. They have wood floor instead of carpet, which surprised me but I really liked it. It was very clean and comfortable and everything you need is right around the hotel. Just a little drive down from the freeway but easy. I really enjoyed my stay!
It appeared clean. The price was cheap and we just needed a shower and some rest before continuing our journey. Not a place I would "stay" for vacation, but a decent place to stop and rest along the way.
The bed was hard as a rock. No shampoo or conditioner.
location and price
had tv quiet
no HD tv no amenities, shampoo, conditioner etc.
Cleanness of the room
WiFi is not included. The bed made me feel itchy and I could not sleep all night
This was a very clean motel. In all respects, exactly what I was looking for and expected. What I did not expect, and was pleasantly surprised by, was the young lady checking me in. Too often these days, I find myself wondering, "What happened to customer service?" The young lady who checked me in (I feel awful that I cannot recall her name) was so friendly, courteous, polite and helpful. Having a person like her at the front desk really sets the tone for your customers' experience. If I had a business in Twin Falls, I would do whatever I had to to hire her for my front office.
small, few amenities, and those available were for an extra fee; not very good value for price paid.
I liked everything. It was close to everything and staff was very helpful with directions and information since I had never been in Twins Falls before.
Staff were helpful. Pool was ice at the end of a hot day. Outside picnic tables were a bonus.
We had a ground floor room and the floor above us squeaked every time occupants moved. Also heard noisy people coming in late at night - not the motels fault but we did get woken several times.
It's okay if you are looking for the cheapest motel, but you will get what you paid for. Still, it was clean enough that I didn't feel grossed out. So I would recommend it if you don't have a lot of money.
Rooms are not very nice; I think the cost should be $10.00 cheaper. But it is decent enough to stay in. I did notice later that the Days Inn was the same price, but they have free WiFi and breakfast.
If I didn't run the air conditioner in my room it would rattle loudly. I also did not like the door to the room next door.
