Inexperienced staff during check-in messed up with my cash payment, the manager had to sort things out at check-out.
Nothing to lay your belongings on.
Our Granddaughter like the swimming pool.
Not ADA compliant. No maid service. Had to ask for basic things that should have been supplied in room such as shampoo, clean pillow cases, fresh towels, soap
The light was left on
The staff, Phillip and gentleman he was training, we're very courteous and joked with my husband and I. I liked the indoor pool.
personal was not very helpful
very good price and location nice and modern rooms
Smell of cigarette smoke throughout the facility.
No free WiFi, shampoo, coffee maker, frig or microwave. No free continental breakfast, alarm clock. Very bare bones motel. Too costly for the accommodation.
Bed was adequate.
Staff were very good.
The motel had the bare necessities. A bed and a restroom. Oh yeah, and a television. Don't expect much from this place. Gotta give it to them though, the place was clean.
Value for the money was great.
The light under the television.
How clean and simple the room was.
Being charged way more than price booked. Waiting an hour, trying to get price honored. Complete hassle and then having to pay higher price in order to check in after waiting for an hour trying to clarify problem.
Our non smoking room smelled of cigs so did our towels.
Cheap clean easy check in and check out
Friendliness of front desk staff
Wow! 1. No in room coffee, or coffee machine. 2. No refrig. Or microwave. 3. No place to put any cloths but, on the floor in suitcase.
1. Price 2. Location
No breakfast option in the hotel, the surroundings offer very few possibilities and are expensive (though a big supermarket is just next-door).
Renovated, clean and tidy. Consider that it is a very basic "bed and breakfast" hotel, but without the breakfast. It's not noisy, the bed is comfortable, WiFi is stable. A non-expensive resting place. P.S. A hint for hotel management: with the absence of breakfast option, a microwave in the room would be very beneficial, considering the supermarket across the road.
Very limited furniture.
Spacious room, Cleanliness of room and linen, free wifi, proximity to Safeway for grocery shopping, dining options not too far.
During my stay, wifi was not working... unfortunately !
The room was newly renovated, the location is perfect, alternative accommodation for grand canyon visitor, less expensive.
Lot of smoke as some rooms are smoking rooms, that is clearly the main drawback A bit expensive the main door let smoke and noise come in which is too bad otherwise this hotel would be a winner slow wi-fi
Brand new rooms Very clean Close to Grand Canyon (1h)
Parking lot could use more lighting a bit dark.
I've stayed at this hotel like 3yrs ago. They've remodeled since then no its great. It has a great look now flat screen tv, bed was comfortable. Great deal for the money.
The girl at the front desk was not very nice, and the building smelled like cigarettes and weed
Rooms are big and clean
Smell, barking dogs, unfriendly staff, nobody cared if we stayed or not, waiste of money.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, first when we walked in the hotel had a terrible smell. The staff at checkin was not friendly. The rooms appeared to be ok but the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next room. This is pet friendly so there was a dog barking everytime someone walked down the hall. We checked out at midnight to avoid having to stat there any longer. And when I checked out the guy at the front counter was more concerned about his girlfriend being there to visit than trying to fix any issues we had. He said maybe 2 words and handed me my reciept. Yes it was only $50 for the night but to me it still isn't a good deal. Also wifi didn't work. Overall very dissatisfied.
Nothing that I can think of.
The staff was wonderful and the hotel was just marvelous for what you pay.
It was quiet!
small parking entrance door not convenient when entering with suitcase
good price / value for $ beds are good nice town
Parking was somewhat limited. Outside grounds / landscaping can use a little improvement. The rooms were recently done however so it exterior may be coming soon.
This was our base for a family trip that included the Grand Canyon. The rooms were newly remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. A great deal for the price.
