The hotel is basic, nothing special, but reasonable value for the money. Williams is a historic route 66 town, the hotel is located west from the historic city center. Within a 50 minutes drive to Grand Canyon national park. Staff was basic. Rooms are large.

Pool area was horrible, very dated and not clean at all. The worst I have ever seen. No coffee in the morning.

Big room with 2 doubled beds. One hour away from Gran Canyon entrance. Free parking

The room had a strange smell. No breakfast. It has 2 buildings and one of them is really hoy, because the polo is inside it.

    Nothing

No military discounts! No extra towels, pillows or a box of tissues. You could hear the family above us stomp back and fourth all night long. Beding was old and torn. Not worth the cost.

It's in town, close to Safeway. Has an indoor pool. As we were checking out, they were delivering new mattresses (for future check in's, it might be worth it). The cooling/heating system is really good. Some are excessively loud. There is a man that I think must run the place that is really nice.

Bad mattresses. If you're on the first floor, you'll hear everyone over you. And outside your bedroom door. There is no elevator, so if you're upstairs, you'll have to lug everything up. No in room refrigerator or micro. No breakfast, which I thought was no big deal, until I discovered that breakfast in town ran me $40 with 2 kids (no Denny's, and a shortage of fast food). A better choice would be one that included breakfast with a slightly higher room rate if you have kids. Wifi is ridiculously slow, if you can even get on. I usually gave up. Best time is early morning. Oh, they serve coffee in the morning (no in room coffee) but no creamer - even dry creamer.

Location - close to downtown and Grand Canyon Train station

I understand the hotel had just been redone, and you choose a hotel for low cost - but there was no artwork on the walls - very bland. and in the lobby - no furniture. A refrigerator is standard in most hotels, and please - mostly - could we have an elevator? I watched one family with older grandparents having to climb to the 2nd floor - it was very difficult for them.

I liked the location and d town. Wooden floor in the motel room.

I didn't like the I side of the motel as u enter I smells like it's not been aired for a while. Rooms have a typical smell of not being aired. Drapes are dirty. Restroom is old and tiles are worn out. Same issue with d sink. It does not give feeling of being clean. All other furniture is ages old and dirty.
