!. upstairs room. climbing stairs was not easy. 2.Bathtub was sluggish draining. 3.Toilet was broken 4. Maintenance was pathetic 5.I relied on the rating system. 6.Rater certainly never looked at our room. s/b no stars 7. I will protest the CC charge

Everything! Broken fixtures, sluggish bath tub drain, overdue maintenance. Etc. The search for accomidations led me to believe that rooms were scarce and I better book the rooms quick! Not the case! The motel was empty. And I know why!
Nothing. I complained to the desk clerk about the broken toliet seat and other broken items including sluggish plumbing, he was unimpressed. I paid cash and he didn't give me a receipt. He spoke very poor English.. When I checked out, I tried to cancel my return reservation but he wouldn't accept it. He sneered and said, "Because I used Booking.com I couldn't cancel my Sunday return. Needless to say, I won't be contacting you in the future and when you charge my credit card, I will file a complaint and refuse to pay!Worst accomidation

I did not enjoy the stains on the sheets and blankets. I did not enjoy the faint smell of cigarette smoke in the linens. This room was a little overpriced for the quality. I paid approximately $76 for this room. I could pay about $10 more for holiday inn express and have a free continental breakfast... I would not mind the quality, if the price were lower.
I enjoyed the availability of the building and accessibility of the staff. I also enjoyed the water pressure in the bathroom.
