Rooms had been partially updated..
Bed was not good at all. Paper thin walls allowed sounds at all hours. Noisy
I got an overpriced room at last minute
Reserved room night before to get there in early morning so they can tell me none available. I was so tired n just wanted to rest but had to go look for another hotel to stay at
receptionist very rude then told me they'd call when a room got cleaned and never did.
I was not happy to have to pay $100 for a room that is usually half the price just because of the shortage of rooms in the area. I understand the need for the construction workers to have a place to stay during the areas growth spurt, but travelers passing through shouldn't have to pay the price. Just saying! Also, I was not able to use the breakfast area because it was packed with the construction men having breakfast before going to work. As a female traveling alone, this made me uncomfortable, so I skipped breakfast.
I really liked the updated, modern decor of the room. The bed was totally comfortable after a long day of traveling.
Their staff was rude the bed they first put me in should have been thrown in the dumpster. Their breakfast area had several electrical items broken no juice or fruit. No wash clothes for my last 3 fays and the price was an abomination!
The location was close the wi-fi worked
very clean updated modern colors soft white clean bedding s.s. appliances great breakfast grounds nicely landscaped and clean staff very friendly and helpful price is unbeatable Great Place to stay.
prostitutes in the facility
not very clean
This motel advertised one price then through a series of "shell shifting" charged me about $200 more a week. Every day the maid shorted something, usually no towels or pillows without cases or didn't make the bed etc... And when I would go to the front desk to ask for towels the would respond very rudely. I stayed there for 4 weeks because it was close to my job but finally couldn't take another day and moved. There are hookers everywhere, every night after about 9pm. I have traveled for a year all over Texas and Oklahoma with my job and this was the worst motel I've stayed in. The sad thing is the room was nice, small but nice just the worst service and clientele. Even with the maids slacking off, if they would have said "I'm sorry sir here's some towels" or even showed the slightest responsibility, I may have had some sympathy but to be overcharged, short changed and disrespected was too much! Stay clear of this motel!
Very difficult to find, Waaaay overpriced. Staff was not capable of helping us find the site. Would not use again or recommend.
Clean room, refrigerator in room
One lamp had a cord that was too short to reach the outlet.
Staff was friendly, checkin was easy, housekeeping did a good job
No desk and the rooms were fairly small.
The rooms are tiny. There isn't even a chair to sit in. Vending machines are empty. Even with lower price than other hotels it's still a high price for the little you get.
The motel is newly remodeled and is probably the lowest price around the area. The room was clean. All rooms are non-smoking if that's your thing.
Location, people drinking and partying outside of rooms.
The impression of Motel One having mostly long term residents rather than other travelers.
The room was clean.
The floors were all stained. The bathrooms looked liked they haven't ever been mopped. The walls were dirty, the room hadn't been dusted, the towels were rough, and the pillow cases were dirty. The maids were rude when I asked for extra towels (there was only one towel to begin with).
The A/C was not the best. The clients were rather noisy but that is more an Odessa issue I think. The room was very small. There was only a shower.
The staff was lovely and very helpful. They are working on making many up dated items. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast ok.
poor customer service, rude very unfriendly at the desk, no breakfast when breakfast offered, cleanliness was very poor, several days no towels available, a woman traveling alone for business wasn't made to feel comfortable and taken care of with staff.
Other clients. Lots of late night traffic and partying. Less than desirable people appeared to be living here.
Felt very safe and comfortable
When we first checked in, we were given a room that was Still being cleaned. They reassigned us to another room. The ac didn't cool properly and the bathroom was disgusting. There was food remains on the wall, dirty handprints and we found other people's items. We were to tired to change hotels but I did bring it to the attention of the staff. The next morning, my 5 and 7 year old were playing with the "treasures" they had found, including a little baggie with DRUGS in it! I immediately took it from my kids, dumped the contents, and went to management!! First I was told since I went through a booking agency that it will take a process to get my money back. They were suppose to call me an hour later. Two hours passed and I called them. They told me that they would not refund my money because the owner doesn't allow refunds, also insinuated that the drugs could have been mine!! They told me that I should have brought the drugs up to the front instead of dumping them. I did inform them that my children had found the baggie and if I didn't realize it, they could have ended up in the hospital!!! They still didn't care!!! I will NEVER go back there and will tell everyone I can about this experience!!! I learned the hard way to just pay the extra $100.00 for a better experience.
No coffee pot TV was fuzzy Price Road noise shower leaked
1. Overheard staff when I called to confirm reservation for my 2 rooms, rudely saying "God they don't have to call" then getting on the phone and telling me no I don't have a room causing me to become worried then after several questions from me she then stated I had my rooms. 2. Both of my rooms were dirty, the beds had stains and spots on sheets, comforter and pillowcases; some that I took a wet wash cloth and removed therefore had they really been washed??? 3. Hair (some long and others were pubic hairs) were in the sheets when my daughter pulled the linen back to get in bed. 4. My mom who stayed in room 149 went to front desk and asked for beds to be changed. Then was rudely told they could not do it that it was after hours and cleaning crew had gone. She asked for clean linens and she herself would change the bed and they told her no again!!! Therefore my daughter did not get any sleep because she was too grossed out. 5. Next night we were there my husband walked down to office after hours and asked for towels which they gladly gave him. 6. Keys did not work first night to open door to room 149. 7. Once again on Monday after returning late from moving my daughter into her college dorm room my mother's key to room 149 did not work. When she went to front desk they said someone had lost their key so they had to deactivate all keys, surprisingly my key to room 150 still worked. 8. I could continue on with my list but I do not want to waste anymore of my time with this company.
Seemed like when the bars let out the oilfield crews hung out by the pool and kept partying for a few hours
Rooms were newly remodeled. Staff was wonderful and rooms were clean.
