location, cleanness, simplicity.
No signs to direct you to the hotel entrance from the aft or the sides of the building.
Great location. Great roof-top restaurant and bar. Front desk was very pleasant and efficient.
Decor could be a bit more contemporary.
the location seems to be the best thing going for Motif
they have a lot of issues to address before i'd consider staying there again, or recommending to anyone. one of the worst things is having to wait in a long line for elevators to get to your room. an unapologetic staff regarding that and things in general
Personal was more than "Super", the staff was very friendly and helpfull, nice clean hotel, nice room, good location
Took no breakfast as it is quite expensive but you have many options in the city
English pub downstairs was great for drinks. Clean room Nice view from room Mini fridge in room Free wifi
Gym was very small Bathroom was basic
Came over for the game, the hotel stored our bags & arranged for a driver to take us back to the airport after the game. Also liked the outside bar area. Nice view!
Hotel was close to everything and very convenient for us. Optional, underground parking was an option, but really necessary as there was no other option. It was a little pricey, but worth having.
Excellent location and staff were very helpful! Thank you for a great stay!
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous during our stay. The decor was great and hip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Seattle.
-wi-fi was terrible -comfort was not great -parking was to expensive you guys should give a discount for customer
friendly service, great location, good food, nice, small rooms.
Overpriced, friendly but incompetent room service. no robes (for $500+ should have them).
Staff was very courteous
Don't have 24 hour room service
Too expensive for what it is
The staff was very friendly and helpful
Wifi was very terrible
Linens were smaller than the bed. I had never seen that before. Internet didn't work.
The staff were very nice, and accommodating. The rooms were lovely. Being in the heart of Seattle within walking distance of so many things was valuable. The restaurant and staff in the hotel were great. We will stay here again.
The location is excellent. The basement bar was fun, casual, and easy to access. Frolic nightclub on fifth floor was great to take my girlfriend for a drink. Especially the slightly quieter outdoor areas.
For ~$300/night, I expected a higher level of service and accommodations: There were three dilapidated pillows on the bed and we had to request more. We had to request robes. The first night the room was a cool, comfortable temperature, but the second afternoon it was too warm (78+F) and I called the front desk. He told me to "flick the thermostat to off and back three times and wait five minutes" which sounded like he was giving me an idiot switch to play with so he could get off the phone. This did not fix the temperature of the room. We did not know that PAX Prime would be going on, and the hotel was booked solid. They did not have any programming on the elevators to speed up the process of getting people up and down. This resulted in waits of (10-15 mins+) any time we wanted to come or go from our room. We had to ask for packets of coffee dressing (complimentary Keurig coffee in the morning, so that was nice) and the girl at the front desk was not listening and hung up before I could explain myself. Someone brought us more K-cups when we just needed the creamer and sugar etc
The location was perfect. The room was quiet
The elevators smelled of puke, there were no slippers, the hotel was okay. I would give it a 3 out of 5
Location - Just about perfect, New Decor, Lobby w/ Patio, Clean, Staff
Parking ~$35/night, Taxes were an add-on figure +$20-$30, Free WiFi extremely slow & often nonfunctional, Very thin room insulation - you will hear almost everything inside & out - bring a fan if you need white-noise to sleep
We liked the great location, friendly staff and fine accommodations. They all made for a wonderful weekend in Seattle!
Room service left me 3 days without cleaning.
Great location near Pike Place (5 blocks) and all the downtown shopping. We went down to seattle for a Jays game and the entire hotel was full of canadian fans. Hotel staff was great!
The puke smell in the parking lot!
Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors showering when sleeping.
