My stay at the holiday inn had nothing but issues after issues. Arriving at 2:30 in the morning I was informed that I had no room for reservation after 30 minutes of discussing we were given a room different than the one paid for in advance. In addition to paying in advance I was over charged $80 and brought this to booking.coms attention. The cost said $188 my card was charged $260. The next day I put do not disturb and the cleaning lady knocked until I answered door from being woken up. Left my room over 4 times over the coarse of 3 days and every time my room keys didn't work. I went to tr jacuzzi to relax and the water was Luke warm. Lastly I called from desk my last nights stay for a 4am wake up call and I was not called as requested. I would not suggest staying at the holiday inn mount prospect and I will not being staying there my next visit holiday inn mount prospect.

宿泊費、空港送迎に加え、行きたかったアーリントン競馬場から近そうという理由でここに宿泊しました。昨年- オープンしたばかりのようで、施設はダウンタウンの高級ホテル並に綺麗で、大変快適に過ごせました。また、- オヘア空港からの往復シャトルも無料で利用でき、スタッフも優しく対応してくれました。アーリントン競馬場- へは徒歩でMetraの最寄駅(Mt. Prospect Sta.)まで約1.5km(約20分)＋Metra2駅(5分、$3)で行け、これも便利で経済的でした。Metraは本数が- 少ないので、ある程度時間を調べてから利用する必要がありましたが、空港やアーリントンハインツ、競馬場利- 用者にはオススメのホテルだと思いました。 個人的には不要でしたが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったです。また、気持ちインターネットが遅かったような気がし- ました。
