Location is fantastic and I love the outdoor heated pool

The place could use a little moderation

location, ambiance or the property in general, although it was 'dated' nice pool

breakfast service was inadequate and had declined since my previous stay 2 months prior, pool table was broken

Location is great, bar with music was a surprise

Dated no hot tub- how is that possible at a ski resort. Don't let the outdoor 'heated' pool fool you !

    Location and value

It was a loud place there was a lot of college age kids on our floor for the Super Bowl but that's just the luck of the draw and was fine with us

Hotel was dirty, walls too thin, pillows too thin, mattresses awful! When was the last time it was updated. No excuse for $200/ night that it is so disheveled. Just because it's close! Shameful!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was so convenient being able to get ready to ski, pick up our skis from the special locker room and wait for the free shuttle bus to arrive in the adjacent warm waiting room. On the way back from the mountain this hotel was the first stop so we were always back in our warm room within minutes. The hotel is nicely laid out with a warm and comfortable ambience.

Breakfast was a little more basic than we'd have liked (not a lot of choice and everything kept running out fast) but wasn't a big deal really. Free wireless internet was extremely slow (I measured 0.3Mbps download) so we stuck to using 4G.

The location and the warm atmosphere at the hotel.

Awful breakfast and altogether too expensive for this old hotel who needs refurbishing.

Fireplace was cool, good location if you wanted to ski.

Only the third floor electricity was on, and that was just in certain places. The "den" had no power. . We tried to go into the pool room- locked, the game room - locked, the restaurant was closed. The only thing we could do was go to our room. Usually not a problem as we like to explore, but since it was November in Vermont, the options were limited. Also, it smelt like bananas..
