No frills, but all we need for our stay.
Hotel HVAC is so dry. Bothers my breathing. I take a humidifier in cooler months.
I liked the fact that it was off the highway, the room was comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast was good.
There aren't a lot of good places to eat nearby.
I like the location and the staff was very nice.
Price was a bit high.
Staff personable and helpful.
Online site listed address as Fletcher, NC, but our GPS found no match. Noticed info in hotel showed location as Hendersonville.
Very comfortable, clean and up to date.
Felt like room was dated well past it's prime. Not at all as advertised. Don't believe pics of rooms.
Everything. I would stay again.
Nothing that I can think of.
Comfortable place for a quick overnight Good choices for breakfast
It was a bit farther from down town Hendersonville than we expected but we had a car so it really wasn't an issue
there is nothing can choose to eat in breakfast.
Friendly staff, clean, large comfortable rooms, and close to SAFF.
The proximity of the motel to the freeway was both a plus (easy to find) and a minus (some road noise at night). I would have preferred more wattage in our room's lighting.
Friendliness of staff
The room and hotel are clean
We booked 2 weeks ahead and at checkin we had a handycap room. To make matters worse it was beside the mechanical room. Disturbing noise for the 3 nights stay. We tried to move the first night but could not make that happen
Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Excellent pillows. Refrigerator, Microwave, and air conditioner were in excellent condition and ran quietly. Handicap hold bar when getting in/out of the shower!
A few blemishes. There is no store stop so there was a hole where door hardware had punched a hole in the wall. More soundproofing would help. Overall it just comes down to the price. Mountain Inn just cost more than similar facilities I've stayed at in the area.
I liked the value and quiet atmosphere. My room was on the front side away from the interstate. The facility is very clean which is definitely a plus. No odors detected! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast could be better. Too much sugary stuff! It would have been awesome to have eggs bacon and sausage. Fresh fruit and yogurt were provided which did help some. You might want to bring you own pillow. The hotel pillows leave a lot to be desired. ... small and on the flat side. We had to ask for extra pillows.
Everyone was very friendly.
I never know how clean things are. How often are the spreads changed and the blankets washed. Everything looked good on the top.
Breakfast was ok Elevator was nice Parking nice
Mattress is worn and by the 2 night I was ready to change rooms! There were people running the halls and slamming doors until after 2 am both nights! Even camp grounds have a quiet time!! We did request a quiet room. Kind of stingy with towels. I take two showers a day they left 1 towel!!
fast check in, nice parking lot, TV ok.
Horrible mattresses, blankets very old, had slits/cuts, carpet dirty, bedspreads from the 80's, and doubt clean/very cheap! linens and towels ok, pillows were terrible. Room smelled strong like it had been sprayed heavily to make up for actual cleaning. Front desk clerks nice but dressed like they were going to WALMART! not professional. Asked one question, was told to read the book in the room, it has all the information in it about area!! She did not have time apparently, although we were only ones at desk. Breakfast bar was fair at best. Big carton set out like warehouse servicing ,Noticeably old furnishings, chair to desk was a spare that did not fit, A/C unit roared, You would have to pay me to stay here again!! horrible bed, poor sleep!!! poor lighting....
The room was awesome. Very clean, very spacious, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, even the pillows surprisingly (normally I find hotel pillow to be flat). The staff was friendly, the check in process was very fast and efficient, and the continental breakfast was much better than I have seen at other hotels. If we ever travel to the area again, this will be the hotel we stay at.
Clean and affordable!
Desk chair in room was not in the best shape. I should have let the staff know, but I just adjusted! I couldn't lean back in it. It gave way.
The cleanliness of the facility was good. The housekeeping staff was extremely nice! The hotel wasn't anything extravagant. It was a general room with normal amenities. I had requested a pack n play with my reservations. It wasn't in the room when we arrived. I brought my own, just in case. We needed a pull out sofa for our older 2 girls to sleep on. We couldn't get the bed to pull out at first. The front desk staff was more than willing to change our room for us but with a 2 year old and two other children,we wanted to avoid that if possible. My husband ended up turning the sofa upsize down and he got it to work. A few items that would have been nice to have in the room were extra towels and bedding for the pull-out. Having to go out to the desk and request these items at night is somewhat inconvenient. I would have expected those to be in the room. The breakfast was full of carbs. But...there was always plenty! The lady did a great job of keeping the shelves stocked!
Really enjoyed the fresh apples from a local orchard.
Very clean facility, helpful staff Probably one of the better hotels in the local area. Spa facility was available off site
We stayed in a suite room. It is really not a suite, seems like it was a large room where 1 bed was replaced with furniture. Did not have a small kitchen as suites typically do. The breakfast buffet was poor - all bread products and yogurt, no fruit. So I don't think this hotel has the value of other suite hotels and pricing. An exercise room on site would have been a plus and inexpensive addition
The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. I rated the cleanliness poor. To be fair - only due to the rancid smell and the feeling you got from smell. The cleanliness that housekeeping is responsible for was fine. Its the maintenance thats the problem. Carpets/filters/paint/mildew.
The first room I was given smelled like a hundred wet dogs were the previous nights occupants. I asked for a new room and the front desk was apologetic and gave me another room. That room only smelled like 10 wet dogs. I shut my mouth and stayed since all other local hotels were booked and what can I really expect for $100?
The room was large and very clean with a nice flat screen TV. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. We asked for extra pillows and the staff was very accommodating.
Breakfast was good but the area was crammed and the waffle maker made a loud noises, which was really annoying.
Hotel seems new and clean Parking free and easy Price fair Rooms are spacious 2 TV's
Breakfast is very very basic Bed is very soft and pillows are terrible
