nice lady at counter
moldy, dirty, locks broken
Location, bed, breakfast ok, large room
Very run down, old furniture, bathroom, shower and shower head, window closures
The entire place can use a complete makeover. Everything is very old. Upon checking in I should have known the room would be bad from the look of the lobby. Went into room and the musty odor was so overpowering that we went immediately back to reception and asked for another room. The next room also had the same odor but was not as bad as the first. My daughter refused to let her body touch the bed. She laid towels on the bed and slept with all of her clothes on, including a hoodie sweatshirt over her head. The next morning we went to check out the continental breakfast. Lets just say we walked in and walked right back out. I would never recommend staying here.
Breakfast better than expected
Dingy, very poor wifi.
We didn't like the room that we reserved, the family suite, so they gave us two adjoining rooms at no additional cost! The owner works the desk and was amazing. She gave good recommendations for sightseeing and attractions.
Family suite had an odd smell.
The location is great for the local amenities, easy to walk everywhere. The room was really clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent value for money.
Perfect location to get to Grand Canyon if you cannot afford staying close to the Park entrance. VERY affordable - especially for traveling with a large family. Great breakfast included in price. Very accommodating and helpful staff.
Breakfast was OK
Rooms,No Restaurant/Bar open
Williams village is nice and must see place. Motel is well located.
Old motel with old stuff, unworking tv, unworking selected lights at room.
Windows do not open Phone not working TV not working-changed room Wi Fi not working poorly maintained bathroom AC noisy Burned lightbulbs Lamp switches miss lever
Location of hotel was good. Williams is a great community. busy nightlife and lots to do in town. Hotel is at one end of business main street. It was quiet and away from the noise. Great route 66 hotel. Free breakfast was good.
location no croud breackfast variety
furniture was run down breackfast place was run down
beds were awful
Close to Grand Canyon
Door broken, tv had poor reception, jacuzzi pain was peeling and one side jet working, broken chair in pool area, windows in room did not work even though it had handles to open it.
Breakfast. Friendliness of staff
No fridge in the room as advertised
Beds were comfortable and the showers despite their odd control were surpisingly good. The location was also reasonably quiet. The price is cheap so if you are on a budget it's good. Continental breakfast is included.
The place is generally run down and probably hasn't had a makeover since the 70's. The carpets are old, the TV is old school, some ligjts didn't work, even the bedding looks worn out. The rooms hadnt been cleaned properly there was an empty can under the bed in one room and a sock under the bed in our other room. All in all you just feel the place needs to raise it's standards.
Well located for what we wanted to see, friendly helpful staff and good sleeping arrangements for a family of five. Breakfast not bad either. Ideal for travellers on a budget.
It is a little dated and could do with a full renovation. Not advised if you are expecting all mod cons and 5 star luxury
Its not a bad place. we had to change rooms because our tv didn't work. then we got to whether room and the remote didn't have batteries. i noticed some of the wall outlets were weird and plugs wouldn't stay in them. other than that the staff was friendly, place was clean, nice pool, nice location and the free breakfast was pretty decent.
Room was quiet. AC worked well. Mini fridge and microwave worked well. Breakfast was good enough for the average person. Bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. Ok for a decent nights sleep.
Wi-fi didn't work much of the time and when it did it was very slow. Bed was never changed or even made the whole five days we were there. All housekeeping did was change the towels and empty the one tiny trash bin. Not much in the way of TV channels. Ants in the room but I brought spray and took care of them the first day. The whole place was generally tired and could use a refresh. No restaurant on site even though their web page says they have one.
Very Old needs upgrades
Location was excellent.
Pool was so tiny and breakfast was ok. We wanted to go to Sedona. The receptionist was helpful with her suggestions but did not have accurate information regarding road closures. So we ended up going a long way and in fact the road was open. Beforehand, we tried looking for the information online and said it was closed. So we did the long drive anyway. When we got to Sedona, they said the road was open for another week. They should be better informed than that since live in the area, just saying. But all in all, the service is good and quality and pricewise, hotel is reasonable.
Location was good and staff was friendly.
Pool was dirty. Linen did not appear thoroughly clean. There were dust/dirt built up on the corner of walls and behind nightstand saw a dead bug. When we walked in my children cringed. Bathroom door did not lock. Bed was as hard as a rock very uncomfortable. We booked last minute and stayed due to lack of availability elsewhere. Very disappointed - should have paid half of the cost for accommodations as such.
