Blankets only the blankets or nice and warm or maybe it was because we are freezing because heater didn't work in the room we had to get electric heater and that barely worked
Stay two tonight's did not change the sheets but gave us clean towels Second night room upstairs had I don't know how many kids very noisy keep jumping on beds had to call the front desk to complain out of hundreds rooms available they had to put the family above us
The room smells funny .
Looks like a 1960's movie set frozen in time
Continental breakfast was hearty, super clean room, and a good price for the room.
The wifi didn't work for us due to being so far away from the office.
The breakfast was ok.
The floors in the room were dirty with food on them. The wallpaper was peeling. The tv had static. The windows had peeling paint and the lock on the door was broken.
The room was a good size, the staff was nice, the bed was comfortable.
The pillows were too soft and we couldn't get the wifi to work.
The price was great for the size of the room.
The bed squeaked a lot and we had loud neighbors
memories of past history of the hotel.
changes of time has did to the hotel.
Size of room
Kitchen shut down because the Koren owners didn't want to fix american food or have american cooks or managers when they would cook for Koren tour buses that stopped in. Big dinning area that was shut down an spa was shut down nothing like pictures
That I had a place to sleep after our daily adventures.
The free breakfast isn't even worth getting up and going over there, it was very bad. The bed was incredibly hard, no give whatsoever and I am pretty heavy, not a single spring moved. Terrible sleep ensued. The heater only went to mildly warm and we were in 18 degree weather with snow. It takes the entire night to warm the room and by then you're awake.
Nothing. Wifi but doesn't work most time . Warm but too noise. Breakfast but you wouldn't want to... TV,too old and not clear.
Some people in the first floor complained us making noise. So the staff thought my child running and jumping ,she threatened us:I do something with you! But my kid had been staying at bed and enjoying watching tv all the time.He came in the room, and climbed to the bed and even never got off the bed. It was only around 9:30pm, they could not sleep because our noise !!! I asked my friends took off their shoes and took every step slower and slower ...we couldn't take bath and tried to use less restroom . The thinnest wood floor, and some sensitive people...the staff didn't think about it. They didn't have a coffee maker in one of our room, when I asked for it, she told me she could take it from other room for me. It was cold,we needed a little hot water, but the woman staff needed staying at the worm reception...
Opening the door we were greated with an unusual ordor. The carpet was lumpy and ripped at the thresholds. The placed had NOT been cleaned. The night stands had sand and small gravel on them. The staff appeared as if we were bothering them. Nor staying there again, ever.
I liked the location.
I did not like the cleanliness of the room. The sheets were stained and had hair on them. The tub had mold around the top of the walls. There was a rust colored substance on the bathroom floor. The floor was dirty when we arrived like it had not been cleaned after the previous occupants. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I have been to. The "Free WiFi" was not even available as the website stated that the bill had not been paid.
Staff was friendly and very helpful!
Room took a little while to heat up - other than that no complaints.
I loved the area it was beautiful
The room was dirty with cobwebs. The beds had stains that looked like pee and were as hard as a rock & the continental breakfast was a joke. We went and got McDonalds as we left town
Still trying to figure it out.
The room was ice cold when we arrived and then about 1 am it was roasting hot. We couldn't regulate it for the rest of the night. The bunk bed railing was broken and the frame squeeked. The bedding was probably original, towels were thin and small and a couple of the towels had never been washed.
the location was close to everything. breakfast is included but your better off going to a local restaurant. checking in and out was very easy. the motel is in need of remodeling but a great place to just sleep while visiting.
breakfast needs to have more variety.
wifi weak and unusable don't look under the beds run down and old
Room smells Breakfast is a joke Old outlets, lack of them Old, just old place with lots of wear and tear
Room was very clean, always our priority. Great value, close to amenities and tourism places we were visiting. We needed to change date at last minute and they were accommodating and so helpful, no fuss.
Cable stations/WIFI need upgrading.
No microwave, no refrigerator
Family came for Thanksgiving from out of state. They wanted to go to Grand Canyon. No reservations available near Canyon so looked to Williams for a room. There were 9 of us so we needed multiple rooms. The Mountainside Inn had sleeps 5 family rooms. This was just what we needed. After we booked I saw negative reviews about the Mountainside Inn. So we approached our stay with some trepidation. We arrived an hour before check in and we're told the rooms were ready early and we could check in. We got to the room and what a pleasant surprise the room smelled fresh, was very clean and even had a table and comfortable chair. The beds were very comfortable and there was room for all 5 of us. My daughter who works for Maricopa County Dept. Of Public Health checked the mattresses. No Bedbugs. In fact the mattresses looked almost new. In addition our room had a fridge and a microwave!! Overall with friendly helpful staff, clean room, good amenities and a great location I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to friends. This place is an outstanding value.
The continental breakfast was sparse, however we all had a good meal of fruit, cereal , waffles milk and coffee. The money we saved on the room could pay for several big breakfasts.
Good location near train station
When first greeted the man was not friendly at all. The lobby has a smell of cat urine. The room was adequate but very uncomfortable beds. The bunk beds my daughters were on squeaked all night. The lady the next morning in front office was no where near friendly looked like I just interrupted whatever she was doing and wasn't happy. If I visit Williams again I will not be staying here again.
Wild-west atmosphere in the town, locomotives exhibited at station, trains cruising the town, Rod´s steakhouse nearby
untidy breakfest room
