I loved the area it was beautiful
The room was dirty with cobwebs. The beds had stains that looked like pee and were as hard as a rock & the continental breakfast was a joke. We went and got McDonalds as we left town
Still trying to figure it out.
The room was ice cold when we arrived and then about 1 am it was roasting hot. We couldn't regulate it for the rest of the night. The bunk bed railing was broken and the frame squeeked. The bedding was probably original, towels were thin and small and a couple of the towels had never been washed.
the location was close to everything. breakfast is included but your better off going to a local restaurant. checking in and out was very easy. the motel is in need of remodeling but a great place to just sleep while visiting.
breakfast needs to have more variety.
wifi weak and unusable don't look under the beds run down and old
Room smells Breakfast is a joke Old outlets, lack of them Old, just old place with lots of wear and tear
Room was very clean, always our priority. Great value, close to amenities and tourism places we were visiting. We needed to change date at last minute and they were accommodating and so helpful, no fuss.
Cable stations/WIFI need upgrading.
No microwave, no refrigerator
Family came for Thanksgiving from out of state. They wanted to go to Grand Canyon. No reservations available near Canyon so looked to Williams for a room. There were 9 of us so we needed multiple rooms. The Mountainside Inn had sleeps 5 family rooms. This was just what we needed. After we booked I saw negative reviews about the Mountainside Inn. So we approached our stay with some trepidation. We arrived an hour before check in and we're told the rooms were ready early and we could check in. We got to the room and what a pleasant surprise the room smelled fresh, was very clean and even had a table and comfortable chair. The beds were very comfortable and there was room for all 5 of us. My daughter who works for Maricopa County Dept. Of Public Health checked the mattresses. No Bedbugs. In fact the mattresses looked almost new. In addition our room had a fridge and a microwave!! Overall with friendly helpful staff, clean room, good amenities and a great location I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to friends. This place is an outstanding value.
The continental breakfast was sparse, however we all had a good meal of fruit, cereal , waffles milk and coffee. The money we saved on the room could pay for several big breakfasts.
Good location near train station
When first greeted the man was not friendly at all. The lobby has a smell of cat urine. The room was adequate but very uncomfortable beds. The bunk beds my daughters were on squeaked all night. The lady the next morning in front office was no where near friendly looked like I just interrupted whatever she was doing and wasn't happy. If I visit Williams again I will not be staying here again.
Wild-west atmosphere in the town, locomotives exhibited at station, trains cruising the town, Rod´s steakhouse nearby
untidy breakfest room
I don't think fresh linens were used. I think they'd been placed on the bed months ago. Everything smelled dusty. I don't mind outdated furniture because what I am seeking is a good night's sleep. I got no sleep on the bed I had to use for the two nights we were there. I think one person WAS the "staff" - behind the desk, the maid service and got the continental breakfast served. It was supposed to be served from 7 - 9 and she wasn't even there to unlock the door at that time!!!That was a huge farce. They couldn't even served any pastries. Only a couple of cereals. The place looked appalling! I think of it as a insult to anyone traveling. It's the worst place we've ever stayed in all our years of traveling. I felt sorry for any unsuspecting traveling who might wander in to stay. Maybe there is more business in the height of the summer season but this was a pathetic place.
location good to walk to downtown williams area
no coffee machine
location, Rooms in general
breakfast area , very unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and also food items.absolute poor state no proper quality of food or utensils .Dirty and horrendous.
Great location for visiting Grand Canyon Very flexible sleeping accommodations.
Great location. About an hour from Grand Canyon. Williams is great place to visit - shops, restaurants.
Not very clean. Old place, needs much remodeling. Poor breakfast. Staff ok
Kinda handy to Grand Canyon. Much cheaper than closer alternatives.
Breakfast finished too early. Coffee machine with no coffee.
Everything This place needs love and a lot of it Rain in the room Place and room are non appealing Included breakfast is minimal and everybody serves itself in the original jar of Jelly or peanut butter, yark Coffee is awfull Not enough utensils (and dirty) I've said enough
The hotel contacted us in advance as we were arriving very late. The customer service was very good. Great deal for Williams, just off the 40 and only 1hr away from South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
Bathrooms could use some upgrades (new show nozzle). Bunk bed was held together with zip ties.
Location, room was clean.
Hotel felt old, outside needed renovation. Poor breakfast.
King bed was comfortable. Room smelled fresh and clean. Downtown was within walking distance. Pool and hot tub as advertised.
There were no wash cloths. Continental breakfast was marginal. Trains all night long just across the road.
good price as we were a group of 6 people, its tough to find one room for so many people at this cost
for a night stay over it is definitely a good option
Staff were friendly, and the standard of facilities were basic as expected for the low price. Wireless internet was hit and miss. Overall fair - good.
Room cleanliness was just ok, as were the mattresses. Internet was ad hoc.
We liked the location of the motel and the friendliness of the staff. Agreed to change rooms with no hassle. Within walking distance of all attractions.
No coffee maker Depending on room, not well maintained. Windows didn't quite close, screens didn't quite fit. No kleenex in the room. At breakfast one day , ran out of coffee, ran out of batter, ran out of hot water.
Not enough towels for number os guest. Not enough blankets..there were no blankets on bed and we had young children. Breakfast was messy..service..also the layout of it all. When supplies ran out, we all had to ask for replenishments.
Breakfast is OK !
Internet connetion is sucks !!!! The owner do not willing to solove internaet connection problem for customers
