Friendly owner. Decent food at breakfast although the setup was odd.
Very old furniture and decor.
Good location and bed. Quiet even though it is on the main street. Not too expensive.
Breakfast was a bit average. The hospital staff were not very welcoming.
Closeness town town centre. Breakfast menu.
Price - not value for money. Bathroom essentials not happy with and bathroom was a bit mouldy. Said free HBO TV but couldn't get it.
Its proximity to Grand Canyon National Park.
- The night we stayed in, the wifi didn't work, neither our TV remote control. - The breakfast was so poor. - In general, the hotel shows an old and careless appearance.
nice lady at counter
moldy, dirty, locks broken
Room was OK. Reasonable shower.
Very poor breakfast. (Cook your own waffles, 2 slice domestic toaster and some sorry looking fruit, up appealing breakfast room) Expensive. US$83 per midweek night for a 2*, really! Couldn't get onto Internet even though I could connect to the WiFi.
Location, bed, breakfast ok, large room
Very run down, old furniture, bathroom, shower and shower head, window closures
The entire place can use a complete makeover. Everything is very old. Upon checking in I should have known the room would be bad from the look of the lobby. Went into room and the musty odor was so overpowering that we went immediately back to reception and asked for another room. The next room also had the same odor but was not as bad as the first. My daughter refused to let her body touch the bed. She laid towels on the bed and slept with all of her clothes on, including a hoodie sweatshirt over her head. The next morning we went to check out the continental breakfast. Lets just say we walked in and walked right back out. I would never recommend staying here.
Breakfast better than expected
Dingy, very poor wifi.
We didn't like the room that we reserved, the family suite, so they gave us two adjoining rooms at no additional cost! The owner works the desk and was amazing. She gave good recommendations for sightseeing and attractions.
Family suite had an odd smell.
The location and the fact the ac works are the only thing going for this place.
They advertise free Wi-Fi. Doesn't work and apparently they don't care. The guy at the front desk spends his time lying on the couch in the lobby watching TV. The carpet in my room hadn't seen a vacuum in quite a while. The pillows were totally flat and looked like they came from a prison or other unsavory place. Definitely won't be staying there again. I'm sure some of the smaller and older Route 66 places take better care of their customers.
Good information from the reception about local touristic spots Breakfast was OK
WiFi didn't work at all
The location is great for the local amenities, easy to walk everywhere. The room was really clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent value for money.
Perfect location to get to Grand Canyon if you cannot afford staying close to the Park entrance. VERY affordable - especially for traveling with a large family. Great breakfast included in price. Very accommodating and helpful staff.
Breakfast was OK

Location of hotel was good. Williams is a great community. busy nightlife and lots to do in town. Hotel is at one end of business main street. It was quiet and away from the noise. Great route 66 hotel. Free breakfast was good.
