Score from 51 reviews Very good
Room was clean and I liked the location.
Very noisy.. TV and talking from next room was very loud as well as a barking dog.. Room was very dated and everything was very old. Not much offered for breakfast. Got coffee and it was awful.
I like the rates. Very good value. Clean and comfortable.
Stayed on our way to Gatlinburg, Tenneessee. Great for the price we paid for just a over night quick stay !
They had a room
Very dated, and not very clean.
The suite was very clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The room looked nice and was equipped with great air conditioning and a flat screen TV. The water was hot and the pressure was very nice. It was the same quality of a room that's $120 a night in the metropolitan area. I was weary about booking this location due to the mixed reviews, but I can say that our experience in the suite w/ balcony access (which overlooks a field) that we got for an extra $8 for was well worth it.
The exterior doesn't look that great, but once you're in the room, it's pretty nice. The bed was made with a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet, but that wasn't a big deal. The wireless network was down half of the time, but was stable when it was online.
The room was really clean and comfort, and personally I think it's good for the money you spent. I like that you could just park your car in front of your room.
The breakfast was okay and nothing really exciting.
We enjoyed the swimming pool and the WIFI service
I was perfect for the money spent.
The first room had not been cleaned and the second room smelt of cigarette smoke!
the pillow cases were dirty, the alarm clock didn't work, and I wouldn't walk on the carpet with bare feet.I would have changed hotels but nothing else was available in the area.
Room was big with couch and large TV and AC worked great.
Flooring and stairs in disrepair,Dirty shoes of worker from other rooms left outside of there rooms.
Very helpful and pleasant owner. We had beautiful weather and that was the main reason for being in that area.
It is farther from the main attractions than we thought. The motel is old. Some renevations have been done but others are still lacking.
Room getting run-down. Light in sink area did not work. Staff very, very good in responding to needs.
Staff was very friendly and professional.
Continental breakfast could be a litter more varied.
comfortable bed quiet location clean pool
room smelledof dog urine, had to call housekeeping for deoterizing fogger. breakfast was meager even for a continental breakfast, and it was up in the next building
We have stayed there a number of Times. This room was really big and will try to request it again
Location. Also size of the room was good.
Snoring next door. Tv blaring nextdoor. Noise up above me. Seemed all patrons were jammed into 1 corner of the Inn.
Rooms were quiet, grounds well maintained. Good location if you like being near restaurants, grocery store, etc. We did. Only 1 mile from the famous Dillard House Restaurant.
Maid service was hit or miss. They don't give you enough towels or wash cloths. We often just said give us clean towels and we'll be okay. When they did clean the room they missed things, such as neglecting to leave coffee. I must have coffee.
the type room i reserved was not ready at 3:00 pm. had to pay more to get room at 3
The beds were old and hard. And while we were there the police raided a room there and had a lot big guns
Staff was friendly Location was good
Furnished only 1 hand towel 1 pk coffee - no decaf steps to 2nd floor rotting 2nd floor walkway rotting lab in room next to bed - cramped very limited items for breakfast
Clean and comfortable. Good value.
Fridge didn't work.
I loved the location and the price. When we arrived in a little after 10 pm, we were checked in quickly to Room 133. Our first night was comfortable. I loved the deck looking out at the mountains. The shower was hot, and the room was spacious for me and my two sons; 2 queen size beds and a couch. We got clean towels each day. The boys enjoyed the pool.
Although we had a reservation, the air conditioner was unplugged and the room had a musty smell. It soon cleared after we turned the air on. The second night we rested comfortably, but my son woke with bug bites on his knees and ankles. We spoke to the girl at the desk before going out to dinner about the problem. When we came back after supper, we spoke to the owners about the bug bites. They claimed that they never had a problem with bugs, and suggested that we had caused the problem by leaving the door open. There was no offer of money restitution or moving to another room. They took my son's offer to sleep on top of .the bedspread with an extra sheet and blanket. The next morning my son had more bug bites. On checking out, I once again spoke to the owners - and got the same story -they don't have bugs, and we probably left the door open to let the bugs in. No remorse for the difficulty.
Great location. Close to all the things we enjoy in the mountains.(waterfalls, hiking and sight seeing) Very kid friendly with a clean pool and playground. I would recommend this inn to anyone on a tight budget.
The only negative thing comment I have is when they cleaned our room they left no washcloths or fresh towels.
The courtesy of the staff, cleanliness and price of the room. The location was perfect, quiet, and comfortable. We will definitely visit again.
We did not dislike anything.
Close to the highway. Was stopping here on the way to the smoky mts. This is a place to lay your head down.
There was a family reunion of some sort going on in the parking lot. They were making noise very late. We were unable to use the pool because it was overcrowded from the reunion. This is a run down hotel, and the room and view is NOT like the pictures!
