This B&B is a wonderful home away from home! I stayed on the 2nd floor - a large bedroom and separate bath, lots of windows. There is also a large porch with lots of comfy chairs -perfect for reading. Hospitality by Tina was great - hot breakfast made to order! The bus stop #10 is right across the street so easy access to downtown in about 15 minutes. There are also restaurants within walking distance.

The Location. Close to good selection of restaurants. Good parking in street Bus stop just up the road and good transport to downtown.

Was well below our expectations. Breakfast was disorganised with common tubs of yoghurt on the table. The two rooms we had were not serviced. There was no toilet paper in one bathroom upon check-in. In the bathroom of the Standard room there was no place to put anything in the shower and the bathroom was basically user unfriendly. The Land lady was only in attendance at Breakfast time.

I had a fabulous time at Mozart House. Tina was a wonderful host, so nice and attentive. The neighborhood was great with nice restaurants and shops just down the street. I will definitely stay here again.

The B&B is in the middle of a gorgeous neighborhood and right beside Volunteer Park where you can climb the water tower and get a view of the whole city. Our room and bathroom were extremely well kept and comfortable, and we loved the private balcony off the bathroom. Tina was so accommodating - allowing us to drop off our bags when we arrived early and store them when we still had some sight seeing to do after check-out. I was in a wedding, and she provided a streamer and iron to prep all my clothes. And best of all, she made us a delicious breakfast (including homemade croissants!) and was great company. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Do not miss Volunteer Park next door. There are cute shops and good restaurants a short walk in the opposite direction of the park.

Beautiful home. Right next to a huge park with a great playground, conservatory. Accessible by bus and close to many nice areas. Hostess was very nice although a little reclusive.

For Seattle, morning coffee should be much better.

Over head light in bedroom didn't work. Not sure the bathroom was too clean. No mirror over sink in bathroom. Breakfast just so so. Stayed at a lot of B&B's, this was by far the worst.

The owner of this BnB was very welcoming and she was always there to help us when we needed her. Every morning, she made the most amazing breakfast for us: you can order whatever you want and she cooks it for you. There were also fresh berries and yoghurt. Whenever we were sitting on the terrace, Tina offered us something to drink. This made us feel at home here. The location is great and quiet, in a residential area, next to a wonderful park. There are many shops and nice little restaurants in walking distance.

This is an antique BnB and therefore, the furniture was old and there was a musty smell all over the place. It is a bit dusty, but otherwise more or less clean.

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, next to a beautiful park. The hostess was so sweet. Would recommend this lovely historic place to anyone who wants to get out of the busy part of town where there is little traffic, but is close to many stores.

We loved the location on Capitol Hill and being near Volunteer Park for early morning walks. Tina is a fabulous and warm hostess, but allows you to come and go as you need to. Loved the front porches to sit and watch the world go by! Breakfast hit the spot each morning, well prepared with plenty of offerings! Rooms was clean and very comfortable.

I don't have anything bad to report

perfect neighbor hood in an historic area. the house is two houses down from a beautiful park where people walk dogs and push strollers. The Asian art museum in the park has beautiful collections. There are at least two excellent neighborhood restaurants within walking distance; The Volunteer Park Cafe and in the other direction, Coastal Kitchen. Tina is a warm & friendly hostess.

There is street\traffic noise and a lot of planes flying low overhead, but it's an urban environment.

The hostess was lovely and breakfast substantial.

The bathroom was tiny nd the sink the smallest I've ever seen. Difficult to even brush teeth.

Delicious breakfasts, quiet, clean & comfortable. Just a few steps away from Volunteer Park, with stunning views of Seattle proper, an art museum and the Water Tank Observation Tower. Tina is an excellent hostess, accommodating and welcoming - providing useful tips about the neighborhood yet never intrusive. It's a beautiful area filled with large houses from a bygone era. While not downtown (which we liked), it's close enough by car or the #10 bus line. Or, if you're in the mood, a decent walk. Coming back is mostly uphill, though, just so you know!

I chose this place because of the location, but it ended up being a great little find! It was my first experience staying in a b&b and I loved it. Tina was an excellent host, and her breakfast was very nice.
