Good location. Nice breakfast. Landlord is friendly.
Received good inside advice on sights and eateries. Very good breakfast.
Tina the owner is a wonderful host. Made to your order breakfast with mouth watering warm homemade croissants. Very quiet peaceful residential area. VOLUNTEER PARK very near this bed and breakfast. A beautiful and peaceful park.
I loved this place. Such an eclectic house - very warm and cozy with an old charm. The location was amazing. It was next to a beautiful park and right in front of a bus line that takes you straight to Pike Place Market. Tina was so sweet, and her breakfasts were delicious! I'd totally stay again.
The only thing that was a bummer was that the wifi did not extend to our room. Not a deal breaker, but would have liked it for the money paid.
noise outside and in
The location was perfect for me and easy to get downtown on the 10 bus. Nice neighborhood and very pleasant host.
This B&B is a wonderful home away from home! I stayed on the 2nd floor - a large bedroom and separate bath, lots of windows. There is also a large porch with lots of comfy chairs -perfect for reading. Hospitality by Tina was great - hot breakfast made to order! The bus stop #10 is right across the street so easy access to downtown in about 15 minutes. There are also restaurants within walking distance.
Beautiful old mansion in the vibrant Capitol Hill area, right beside Volunteer Park. The hostess was really sweet. It was just her so you imagine it's not as spic and span as a typical high-end hotel. But if you're not a complete germophobe, it's a wonderful stay!
Could have been a bit more clean.
our host Tina was extremely accommodating and the rooms were lovely. Within walking distance of good restaurants and close proximity to everything.
The Location. Close to good selection of restaurants. Good parking in street Bus stop just up the road and good transport to downtown.
Was well below our expectations. Breakfast was disorganised with common tubs of yoghurt on the table. The two rooms we had were not serviced. There was no toilet paper in one bathroom upon check-in. In the bathroom of the Standard room there was no place to put anything in the shower and the bathroom was basically user unfriendly. The Land lady was only in attendance at Breakfast time.
Tina is the best thing about this property! She is very welcoming and her breakfast was wonderful! This b and b had the true flavor of a European b and b!
Great breakfast with lots of choices Tina, the owner! Comfy bedroom, nicely furnished Dinner at "Poppy", a few blocks away Pleasant 25-minute walk to downtown or short bus ride Adjacent to scenic and cultural Volunteer Park
Bathroom was tiny in our room, though that was not the case in every room A bit noisy from car traffic until about 9 pm (we had the windows open)
I had a fabulous time at Mozart House. Tina was a wonderful host, so nice and attentive. The neighborhood was great with nice restaurants and shops just down the street. I will definitely stay here again.
The B&B is in the middle of a gorgeous neighborhood and right beside Volunteer Park where you can climb the water tower and get a view of the whole city. Our room and bathroom were extremely well kept and comfortable, and we loved the private balcony off the bathroom. Tina was so accommodating - allowing us to drop off our bags when we arrived early and store them when we still had some sight seeing to do after check-out. I was in a wedding, and she provided a streamer and iron to prep all my clothes. And best of all, she made us a delicious breakfast (including homemade croissants!) and was great company. We would go back in a heartbeat!
Do not miss Volunteer Park next door. There are cute shops and good restaurants a short walk in the opposite direction of the park.
Beautiful home. Right next to a huge park with a great playground, conservatory. Accessible by bus and close to many nice areas. Hostess was very nice although a little reclusive.
For Seattle, morning coffee should be much better.
Over head light in bedroom didn't work. Not sure the bathroom was too clean. No mirror over sink in bathroom. Breakfast just so so. Stayed at a lot of B&B's, this was by far the worst.
The owner of this BnB was very welcoming and she was always there to help us when we needed her. Every morning, she made the most amazing breakfast for us: you can order whatever you want and she cooks it for you. There were also fresh berries and yoghurt. Whenever we were sitting on the terrace, Tina offered us something to drink. This made us feel at home here. The location is great and quiet, in a residential area, next to a wonderful park. There are many shops and nice little restaurants in walking distance.
This is an antique BnB and therefore, the furniture was old and there was a musty smell all over the place. It is a bit dusty, but otherwise more or less clean.

+In a beautiful neighbourhood, about a 30 minute (pleasant) walk to downtown, and 10 minutes from good restaurants. + Wonderfully run by Tina, the nicest host. +Great breakfast. +Free long-term street parking.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Tina, is the owner, she made and excellent breakfast each morning topped off with wonderful conversation. We found the Mozart Guest House inviting, friendly and warm. We look forward to our next visit.
Owner was very accommodating, room was spacious and very quiet, located in nice residential neighborhood close to shops and restaurants, excellent cooked-to-order breakfast.
Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, next to a beautiful park. The hostess was so sweet. Would recommend this lovely historic place to anyone who wants to get out of the busy part of town where there is little traffic, but is close to many stores.
We loved the location on Capitol Hill and being near Volunteer Park for early morning walks. Tina is a fabulous and warm hostess, but allows you to come and go as you need to. Loved the front porches to sit and watch the world go by! Breakfast hit the spot each morning, well prepared with plenty of offerings! Rooms was clean and very comfortable.
I don't have anything bad to report
