Everything was great.

The breakfast was very nice and gave my husband and I along with our four kids plenty to choose from. Very friendly people and it was quite comfortable even with small children.

The room had an overpowering chemical smell and the carpets felt like they had either just been shampooed and were stiff and made crinkling sounds when walking on them.

The staff (Tia and Casey) were awesome! They went above and beyond to make people feel welcome and helped whenever needed. The breakfasts were very well stocked and offered much variety.

First night the towels were left in the bathroom on the floor. Beds were not made.

Staff very friendly, breakfast was ready, hot and cold on time. We had cereal and yougart but if we wanted anything other it was there.

Needs updating. Feels old. Coffee machine in the room. Change shower doors, the caulking etc is very tired. The only thing that would bring us back would be the friendly staff.

Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice having a Walgreens across the street for all the things we forgot!

The room was very warm unless we left the a/c on, and then it was too cold! It was only 73 degrees outside so I don't know why it was so warm.

Fridge and microwave in room.

Ac outlets in room were too few, and the ones there were too old and loose to hold a power plug in. So anything we tried to charge, I.E. cellphones, laptops, never got charged. Very important these days.

The kid at checkin worked with us and made things happen. Rooms clean and warm.

We beat the booking reservations to the hotel. We live 2.5 hours away

Really liked the cozy room, the weather was cold when we were there. The staff was really friendly and they have an extensive breakfast for a budget motel.

No coffee pot in the room; but it wasn't a big deal since we wer near the coffee in the breakfast room.

Friendly people, very nice breakfast, easy check in and out. Quiet rooms and clean!

The location was great. It's close to Wahooz Family Fun Zone, which was perfect since my daughter had her 16th birthday there. There is a restaurant within practically steps of the hotel and a gas station for convenience.

The rooms were clean. The access was good. The Breakfast was excellent and included cereals, Juices, waffles, toast, Eggs, Meat, Potatoes, yogurt and drinks. At the price of the room, this was a super deal

Large with great beds and convenient small kitchenette in King Suites

I booked on line specifiying that I needed a handicapped suite, since the website specified that they were available. When we got there I was told that the King Suites had no handicapped rooms. Someone could have called or emailed me about this problem but the desk clerk acted like I was an inconvenience. Also they originally booked us on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators, they obviously don't pay very good attention to peoples needs. The bathroom was very inconvenient for me.

Close to family in Meridian, convenient for breakfast. The receptionist was wonderful and very friendly. The cost was great.

It s was all good. Alittle concern if they had more than one exit to the building.

The worker at front desk was not friendly at all. Very pushy and not helpful as to where to go, where was the breakfast at, and put us in a non-smoking room and we had requested a smoking room. Was a big hassle for us. We will not stay there again and will tell others that it was a disaster.....overall stay was awful!!!!!!!

Convenient to freeway and our venue. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

No phone number on web site which caused us endless problems in changing a reservation which was confirmed but then the site said there was no record of the reservation. Told AFTER we were there that we could have had a hospital discount buy only if we did it on line BEFORE we arrived. There was no information that we saw about that on the web site. We were able to contact a parent company that called for us and changed the reservation and yet the desk still indicated we had been signed up for two days and not one so could be charged a second night. Only the information that the manager, Tony, had been notified of the change ended that problem. Since there were hairs on the sheets and items on the floor we had to wonder if it had been cleaned but the room looked very nice. We do not recommend.

The price

This was a very run-down, old hotel. It is in bad need of an update and major repairs. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke and the rooms are perfumed to the point of giving me a headache - are they masking something? I understand we stayed here for budget reasons, but I would never do so again. Lastly, the billing snafu that occurred after we left is enough to cause me to write the Better Business Bureau.

Convenient location, easy parking, nice coffee shop next door, reasonable, staff has always been friendly & helpful.

Seemed like the entire staff was new since our last stay in Dec. 2011. They were all trying & pleasant, but didn't know how to program our keys for a multiple days stay. We kept getting locked out! The res specified Non Smoking & we got a room with heavy smoke smell. They apologized & gave us another room.

the breakfast was not good, we ate in a restaurant the second day. Could have been because they were re-doing the breakfast room. Wondered why the pool wasn't open on a 90 degree day.

It was quiet and comfortable

Needed new sheets, ours had big yellow stains but instead of housekeeping making our bed the front desk just gave us new sheets to do it our selves. They also forgot the baby bed we requested. Not impressed
