Clean, large rooms Friendly staff good location
Brakfast only in cafe nearby No buffet breakfast
No laundry service
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good location too, close to subway and felt secure. Great views of south skyline.
Rooms are tiny and there are no amenities. A little bit of a high price for the accommodations.
staff location tea/coffee - not available in next 5* hotel
Breakfast in nearby cafe - paper plates & cups, limited choices - should do better for the rate
It had a clean room and the hotel in general was clean.
The location was not so good, breakfast was not included, the personal was unfriendly and not helpful and the hotel was really lonely and small. The personal did not help to carry luggage, to help find a cab etc... The hotel had few workers and there was no view.
My window view of the park across the street & the fabulous water pressure in the shower.
Beds too soft
The staff at the hotel were very helpful and courteous! The views from the balcony were spectacular and the location is great. Free breakfast at Mama's was excellent too!
Great room, price & location. Spoilt for choice for places to eat & vibrant bars
Breakfast 4 doors down from hotel. Plenty of better places to eat
Discount for nearby parking. walking distance to Chinatown and Little Italy, even if we have funeral parlor for a neighbor. Too pricey for this kind of accommodation. Nearby Best Western charges 60% less for just 20% less standard.
There is no room for flexibility like extending length of stay for 1 more day was not granted. Advertised late check out imply easy management by notification. Wasn't able to do that either.
This hotel is in a great location, the hotel is perfectly maintained, and I booked the room shown on the Booking.com page : fantastic views of Manhattan in all directions - just superb.
The reception staff really shouldn't be dealing with customers - all four I dealt with were miserable and grumpy, barely greeting me or answering my questions. A big let down for what is otherwise an excellent facility.
I didn't expect the room to be so spacious for a NYC hotel, so it was a nice surprise. The room was tastefully done, clean, and very comfortable.
Even though we made the reservation for 4 people, there was only enough toiletry for 2, as were the complementary breakfasts.
THE BED WAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE I HAVE SLEPT IN AT ANY HOTEL, VERY CLEAN AND WAS QUIET
I WASN'T TOO HAPPY WITH THE LOCATION A BIT TOO FOR FROM WHERE I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO BE
The location was very good in Chinatown, just opposite of Columbus park and quite close to the subway. Perfect service from the staff. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and big, nice bathrooms. Nice wiew of the South Manhattan. Breakfast was served in a cafeteria a few houses away, it was not very rich but okey for the price of the hotel.
The AC was a bit problematic, to cold in the afternoons/evenings and during the night time it didn´t work very well and it was to hot.
Room was very pleasant all be it rather cramped. Staff very friendly and helpful.
INTERNET was extremely bad.
The hotel was very clean, quiet and close to Soho, Little Italy and main streets of Chinatown
We had a problem with the vending machine but the staff was not really helpful. Staff could be more attending to customers and friendly.
View location staff comfort
wifi was not available on the first day we stayed, I had to go to the lobby to get my banking done at 2am after 2hours of trying. Nothing really excited us staying here, didn't meet our expectation of an excellent review on booking.com, felt completely misled. Will definitely not come back again.
Clean, quiet,location ,staff, parking
Just the resturant must be renew and have better design.
The first thing I noticed when entering the hotel was how clean it was and welcoming. We received are keys and went up to the room. A beautiful view of the park and other buildings. Beds extremely comfortable. The only thing we didn't try was the breakfast. Would stay there again
Parking was expensive. It was 90 dollars for two nights and one day even with hotel discount. That's about all I didn't like. I had a wonderful time in New York
Bed was really comfortable, especially after walking so far each day. Free wifi, coffee in reception in mornings.
Limited choice at breakfast.
Enjoyed free breakfast for two, comfortable beds, and mini fridge.
Size of room
Convientely located and clean and comfy.
The night view from the room 1201 patio was spectacular.
