The place is disgusting. As soon as I arrived I started to clean the kitchen had old food stuck everywhere. I got sick because the walls and ceiling have much fungus. I really recommend you do not give away your money on this, also asked for a non smoking floor and at night it was impossible to sleep with the smell of smoke. Request a room change and they never did.
you get what you pay for
The room had a big crack in the ceiling with a water stain around it. It seemed dirty overall and smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. The window did not lock properly.
Cleanlines, pest control.
It was close to the collage.
no staff to help with problems. beds worn out and mattress very dirty. sorry but it was so discusting I couldn't stay the night, did not feel safe or comfortable.
absolutely nothing good
People of questionable character hanging around the lobby and parking lots. People actually lived here and were being evicted. I'm surprised this hotel still exists. It may look good on the outside, but the inside is different. Don't let the good looks fool you!
We had reservation booked only to find out the we're no rooms available. Check out is at noon check in is at 3pm. It was after 5pm room still were not clean. That I do not understand. I had no choice but to stay the and wait due to all of the hotel were book for graduation. And I was there for my son's graduation. The room were not cleaned well it had a bad odor. There were baby roaches walking around. This was the worse experience I have ever had. And the room was not cheap.
Sticky carpet.we had to change rooms because waterclosed was going through the wooden floor.this hotel needs a total overhaul before it should be used again.it was the worst hotel i stayedin the last 10 jears
Frank, the GM, did a very good job with checking us in. The room was clean and ready for anyone to come in.
Make sure you're atleast 40 minutes away if you book through an online source.
location kitchen A/C
DO NOT PERFORMS THE HOUSEKEEPING, BECAUSE MY STAYING WAS ONLY 6 DAYS.
That it was close to ucf for the convention
Microwave turn table did not work. The fridge door would not close. I called and they replaced the fridge. Dog barking in building at night, and activity in the halls as well. No drinking glasses. Very limited dishes, silverware ,and knives, or should I say knife. No detergent to wash dishes.
the location is close to UCF.
Rare room service to come clean. Cockroaches in the room.
Didn't feel safe, outside doors need to lock securely. Made reservation online, office was locked when we arrived
Room got upgraded for free
Toilets nasty and room did not get cleaned while gone
We liked the lay out of the room
Wi-Fi, good TV.
Cleanliness. Location nearby club no parking spots in weekend night. No thin curtains in first floor had to keep dark curtains closed room too dark. No cooking utensils or silverware.
Full sized fridge.
I got some Lysol wipes and wiped fingerprints off door frames & cabinets, etc. No flatware or plates, etc.
Bugs, holey bedding, mildew, cracks in ceiling
Hotel was musty smelling after entering the front door. Room was filthy. Furniture was old and falling apart. Drapes and windowsill were filthy as well. Checked out shortly after we checked in. Could not sleep in the room not to mention no pool.
the whole place was filty dirty horrible
Everything was okay. Fast and reliable wifi. No problem with parking.
The Hotel is in a very good location, the price is excellent.
The furniture quality is very poor, and filthy. The rooms are musty and smell of heavy smoke inside and outside in the hallways. The bed spreads were filthy as well.
I and my wife felt that the room was outdated, the bed uncomfortable (collapsed to the middle), the bathroom tub was to say the least unhealthy looking, the walls in the room seem in disrepaor. There was a lot of areas in the entrance and reception desk that needed some major repair or total makeover. In closing the place looks like nothing has been done to maintain the building... just some touch-up in areas. The help seemed courteous, however when even your employee mentioned to a customer how she prefers to go to Chick-Filet for her coffe that is pretty bad. Which brings me to my final point... to NOT have even a continental breakfast in the morning is obsurd in these days ofwanting to get people to stay with you. I personally will probably never stay at another
This place was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had! Gosh, where do I start? First, I was given a room next to the Exit door (even when the front desk employee saw I had teenage kids) where people kept going in and out all night and hanging out by the doorway to smoke and drink. Then, there was all the noise all night (the walls must be paper thin, as I heard everyone's conversation and heard their footsteps and movements throughout the night). There was mold and mildew in the bathroom, the bathroom ceiling tile looked like it was about to fall. The bed sheets, towels and sofa chairs were dirty. There were used towels left hanging in the shower and on the floor when we arrived. The room smelled. I did not want to complain for fear we'd either get an even nastier room, retaliation or mistreatment. There is just not enough room to write about how nasty this place was! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!
