Zona tranquila i a l'hora centric. A la vora de Grand Central Station. Bones comunicacions i també barri tranquil. Mobiliari una miqueta antiquat i TV ancestral. Però tot funciona OK |

the rooms were very spacious, all that we needed was there, the location was very good, only a short hop in a taxi to all the most everything. The doorman was very friendly and helpful. The first person to greet us on arrival was a woman at the reception desk. She was brusque to the point of unfriendliness. This was a pity, as everyone else was very nice and friendly. |

The location is great--just off Lexington and an easy walk to Grand Central Terminal (as well as many restaurants and sights). The hotel is old fashioned and comfortable. The room was spacious and offered basic amenities, nothing fancy. Our family of four was comfortable enough for five days and it was great to have a kitchen. One night the teens stayed in the room with pizza from around the corner and the parents went out to a nice restaurant. Having breakfast in the room saved $$. It's a great choice for traveling with your family. One of the beds was very uncomfortable, but the other was ok and the sofa bed was ok, too. The tv was old/small and got few channels. The desk service was slow. |

Room was big and very comfortable. Kitchen was very convenient for us with a small child. Room was slightly dark during day but that did not bother us as we were out all day. It was very comfortable to come back to after a long day sightseeing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again |

This hotel is very nice located. Few steps fm 3rd avenue and Grand Central. Very noisy, the trash truck all mornings wake up us early morning with that anoying noise. The hotel doesn't dispose internet on the rooms. We ask for a 2 beds and they give us just one. Just one of the recepcionist were nice. |

The hotel is run very efficiently - it's particularly clean, convenient and priced well. We like the kitchenette and Murray Hill is a great residential neighborhood. Lots of European guests, and they know good value! We bring 4 adults and 2 of us take the mattress off the sleeper sofa and put it on the floor. Elevators are small, TVs are outdated -- but these are minor concerns when in nyc! |

Location is excellent. Close to Grand Central I stayed on the 2nd floor on the street side and it I'd very noisy. Also it would be good to have free wifi in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby for free internet and it was always hot in the lobby |

Excellent location. View of Empire State Building from room. Great to have small kitchen for snacks. Excellent size of room for NYC. Laundry was useful too. Nothing bad about this hotel. It's not luxury but the size of rooms and location make it a fantastic choice. |

Location was good for us. Room could have been cleaner especially the kitchen area. Some investment needed in new facilities here.Sofa bed was very uncomfortable....think too mant guests had sat on the edges and the springs were sticking through. |

Perfect for families who need space and flexibility that you don't get in usual hotels. The living room and kitchenette made our stay much more pleasant. We used the laundry also which worked out well and very convenient. Staff excellent and very helpful - they let us leave our luggage for a day after checking out too. Not a complaint but a comment that the decor is a little dated now. |
