Murray Hill East Hotel

Lækkert hotel med god belliggenhed, rigtig god service vi fik et meget bedre værelse end det vi havde betalt for.

Fantastisk central beliggenhed tæt ved Grand Central Station (5 - 10 minutters gang) og f.x. FN-bygningen og Empire State Building (kunne faktisk se bygningen fra hotelværelset!). Næste gang vi besøger byen, vil vi helt sikkert forsøge at få værelse på dette hotel igen. Flere gode spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhed.

HVIS der skulle være lidt at klage over, kunne det være at enkelte medlemmer af personalet burde lære lidt om kundeservice - f.x. at smile lidt og lidt imødekommenhed. Vi fik dog den service, vi havde brug for, men følte til tider, at vi var til ulejlighed. Allerede ved check-in!

Soper central beliggenhed. Man kan gå til alt. Nyrenoveret rent og pænt. Dejlige store værelser. Fik suite uden ekstra betaling

Room was spacious, like a full one bedroom apartment, at a very reasonable price.

Great location with several good eating places nearby. Friendly staff who were pleasant and willing to help. Maid service each day. The comfort of the beds were great even the pull down in the lounge. Bathroom small but shower powerful. Kitchen a good resource with teenagers. Overall a great place to stay for a city trip as within easy walking distance of Grand Central Station.

Only thing that I would like to say was that the room was a bit dusty , ie it needed a good dust over the venetians and on the table tops.

the hotel is very clean and comfortable

comfortable but dated hotel in the location of manhattan I needed. Lots of space if you are staying for a few days and have several people in your party. kitchenette nice if you want to save some money on food.

Cleaning people needed to do a better job in the bathroom. the floor was not clean.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It was in walking distance of most of the sites I wanted to see. The suite was a nice size.

Most of the staff was not friendly. As a visitor, I wanted to know of good restaurants in the area, but I guess they don't eat at the hotel and didn't seem to know or care to tell you where to go. Also, in most hotels there is a directory of restaurants and close attractions in the room. There was no such thing there. The air was not working as it was cut off for the season and the hot water was off for 12 hours which was very inconvenient for my party.

The location was good not far from subway and places to eat. It was reasonably close to the airport.

It was a dark dismal place. The wireless access was half a dozen lounge chairs in the foyer. People were often cramped together trying to read their email. the sofa bed was uncomfortable and it was over heated.the lift broke down twice while I was there.

The proximity to Central station. Nearness to underground.

The staff were not very helpful. The elevators needed maintenance.

The space, the kitchen, hhe location

very comfortable center city hotel at a reasonable price. I would certainly stay again. unusually large rooms for such a hotel.

close to everything we wanted to see. great price. plenty of room. courteous staff.
