Location was excellent! Room was cleaned every day and was spottless.Nice to have your own kitchen for little snaks for kids at night and for the morning. The staff behind the counter! They were not very customer friendly. Maybe the manager should be informed that the stay would be far more pleasant if they would be smilier and more pleasant. |

Great to have a kitchenette so we could eat in for breakfast. Location was convenient (3 blocks from Grand Central Station). It was nice to have a suite so we could spread out during our several-day stay. The blackout curtains were great and we were able to sleep in! We were awakened by noisy neighbors early one morning--the hallway doors are heavy and loud (but probably good for security)--and the hotel should prominently post quiet hours. We had to wait a long time for checkout due to the slow transaction of the person in front of us. However, the check-out staff was friendly and apologetic. |

Great location. And very roomy. Loved the kitchen and the laundry room in the basement The hotel should have wi fi through out the hotel and not just in the lobby. This was a big hassle. I would not have minded paying extra for the wi fi |

Loved being in the Murray Hill neighborhood -- so much nicer than being in the more touristy areas of town. Also loved the convenience to Grand Central and midtown generally. Room was spacious and well-appointed, and hotel was convenient to many nice restaurants. Would have been nice to have had wi-fi for an internet connection for my computer, but wasn't essential. |

The hotel was very close to Times Square and within walking distance to the theater district and many NY attractions. The hotel upgraded our original booking on arrival at no cost. |

The location and the staff was very friendly. When I asked for my room's key, the receptionist gave me the wrong one by mistake but I was able to open the door of my room anyway! |

the hotel is at walking distance from places of my interest the hotel is poorly maintained and dirty. The bed sheets were badly smelling. The carpet seems not renewed since the hotel has been built |

I was very impressed with the value offered by the hotel: a real apartment, with full kitchen and separate bedroom and living areas for $200/night in Midtown. Since I was traveling with two adult kids, the extra space and the privacy the separate rooms afforded, was perfect. I had a little trouble with the Internet connection I had in the lobby. WiFi in the rooms would have been lovely. |

room was fine, and the bathroom very clean. I also liked the "kitchenette" very accomodating honesty, the bed was "not the most comfortable" of my experiences. It was just OK, all else was good. One more thing, COULD HAVE USED AN ICE/SODA MACHINE on floor or lobby. |

The spaciousness of the rooms and the full kitchen. The location of the hotel in midtown Manhatten was also excellent. |

Lots of space, ideal location for exploring New York City, not too loud. The reception staff are not friendly. The States used to be paradise as regards customer orientation and friendliness, not any more. Having travelled the States for over a month, Murray Hill East is no exception to the rule. Staff are only interested in printing out bills, basic forms of politeness eg. saying hello, please or thank you are non-existent. |

Price, large rooms, kitchen inside. Wi-fi only in the lobby is absurd in our times. |
