キッチン付きで料理が出来た。 部屋が広い。 部屋の中でインターネットアクセスが出来た。

バスタブが浅すぎる。 電子レンジがあれば更に良かった。 食事の片づけ用にスポンジと洗剤があれば。

スタッフの対応は良かったです。 部屋のカギを失くすようなトラブルを避けるため、 外出の際、鍵をフロントに預けていました。 ７泊したので、スタッフとは顔見知りになり、 フロントのスタッフが忙しいとき、 ドアマンが部屋のカギを出してくれるなど、親切に対応してくれました。 設備は少し古いですが、バスタブ、シャワーは清潔で、 アメニティも不足なく用意されていました。 グランド・セントラル駅が徒歩4～５分、夜の移動は問題ありませんでした。 PIZZAやお手軽チャイニーズ、２４時間営業のダイナーやデリ、 徒歩2～3分のエリアにスターバックス、ダンキンドーナツがあります。 キッチンで調理する機会はなく、冷蔵庫のみ使用しました。 free wifi　は１階フロントのみで、部屋でwifiを使用する場合は有料です。 ビジネスで滞在するのなら、少し不便かもしれません。

SMOKING in rooms? Smells in room and hallway. LOUDNESS in lobby.

Location, location, location. Also the staff was cordial, attentive and thorough. The suite was very spacious and comfortable for 3 good girl friends on a trip to the city.

Kitchen cabinets were tacky, old, doors stuck. Not up to the rest of the suite.

Staff that are helpful and prompt with their response - from the door-person, to front desk staff, cleaners and maintenance staff. Makes one stay comfortable and hassle free.

- everything was fine even for a person who did not have a money card to use.

great location, we have stayed here before, and its well placed for travelling the city, be it by foot or public transport, the rooms are spacious, and well equipped.

The location was ideal and the price was good.

Work on the elevator made it a bit inconvenient and had a guest show up and they never rang the room to inform us so unfortunately we missed our visit.

Excellent hotel strategically located in the heart of Manhattan,large rooms with a kitchenette,at least our room was very quiet which is rare in NY.The staff was efficient and polite.

Excellent location. Really liked the suite, as it gave plenty of room. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

No kettle to make tea in the kitchen. A minor point as improvised with a saucepan.

Did not get a king bed. Husband had to sleep on couch second night. Water not hot. Wait for elevator as only one in service. (But, other being upgraded.)

Very convenient location for Mid-town. Relatively quiet street (for NY) Huge living area, and kitchen with cooker, fridge, pans, crockery and cutlery. Unobtrusive air-con, room temperature comfortable, and a window that opened!

No signs of concern for the environment: ALL towels changed daily, no recycling, not all light bulbs low energy, toiletries in small bottles. Bed was too soft: a "roll together" bed. Locker and light on one side of bed only. Bathroom was very small.

Great location close to Grand Central. We got upgraded, so the room was rather big (suite with kitchen). Did have smoking rooms (unlike what other reviewer said). Neighborhood relatively quiet. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Nothing really. As other reviewer's note, they only have one elevator working at the moment. Wifi not free (about $8/24 hours) in rooms, although available in the lobby. These are minor issues.

The size of the room was great. The kitchenette was helpful. It was away from the noise, but busy all around. The tall doorman with the accent was an incredible gentlemen and was very kind to my children and helpful to us as we looked always lost..first time to nyc!

The one elevator was being repaired, but only hindered our travels upon leaving during a busy hour upon our departure.

very dissapointed this time( I have stayed there before, also for an extended period) as some of the members of the reception and one doorman were very unhelpful and unpleasant.( I was woken up early in the morning one day by a receptionist (a few days before my departure) who phoned to ask to present my credit card which could have been done in a nicer way and at a different time of the day. When I complained at the reception desk I was met with lack of apology and lack of understanding why I was not pleased with the way they handled the above.

Elevators are being renovated, so currently only one was in service.

Very spacious and clean. Location was excellent and great restaurants in nearby area.

The absence of a restaurant and room service - it would have been nice to be able to order in dinner once in a way. The rather expensive in-room internet - it would have been nice to get a free connection, especially since business travellers like me do so much of our work online.

Wonderful friendly staff, large rooms. Ask for rooms at the back, they are much quieter.
